The process was easy other than needing two consecutive days to come get the car. They don't work weekends. Got the best offer from them but waiting to see how long before the check actually clears.

Just wanted to let everyone know that if they want to deal with a company messaging u annoying you because you used another service that paid you 100 dollars more then multiple companies offered go through here if you want the 100 dollars more go through Ruby's I have used them multiple times and this company just proves why they don't even know how to stop messaging a person when asked
This company does not listen to a word you say, they throw a price at you and what kind of towing/scap service can’t pick up a car from the side of the highway?! Big wast of time and they suck. Call a local towing place and stay far away from any third party cash for cars website
They gave me a very deal and was able to pick up my car with in 24 hours. Was very happy with everything. The only thing that I had a hard time with is that because they use a call center it can be hard to hear what the person is saying due to all the back round nosie but the people were great.

Things went fairly smoothly in getting info to sell. Had some difficulty getting through to dispatch to schedule pick up. Was transferred to North Carolinians and Greenville? The gentkrmtgst pucjed up vehicle from velocity was great. Personable polite and helpful.

Very thorough process, only issue was we had to have another towing company come & pull car out of garage (which we were told it had to be out of the garage) when the pick up tower could have done the exact same thing, it cost us $160 to have it removed!
Pickup tower was very nice and said that he could have easily removed vehicle from garage, no problem!
For this reason I am giving a 3 star but driver would get 5 star!
I feel the requirements should be amended for pick up of vehicle. If the vehicle is in a structure (garage) but can be easily “pulled” straight out to driveway, then that would be acceptable for pick up.
Also, if pictures would help assess the situation, customer could supply for evaluation.
