They worked on my truck and were very honest, reliable and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend and will be the only place that works on my truck now.

My daughter broke down on the highway in a difficult location. Mikey was the tow driver and he came out quickly. He made a scary and stressful situation so much less. Mikey was just so amazing.
I was referred here by Mike from Wesfit gym. I have met the owner once at an event but I thought he just owned a towing company but turns out they do excellent auto care as well. Larry was the person that helped me he lifted the car up and pointed out exactly what was going on with my brakes, rotors, and some other work I may need done as soon as I get the money. He gave me advice about what I should get done first. Jeff drove me home while they were working on it and I thought that was really nice. I only live 6 minutes away but still I don’t know too many places that do that. Larry took great care of me and the brakes and rotors for all 4 tires price was what I expected them to be. I would recommend them to my friends and family they were honest and friendly.

After wasting a lot of money at another shop that overcharged me for repairs that didn’t last, I explained my situation—and from the start, Frazier’s was fast, transparent, and incredibly easy to work with. Their communication was top-notch: they kept me updated every step of the way and took the time to clearly explain (and show) what was going on with my car. I was in a tough spot, and they truly went above and beyond to help me out. They treated me like a real person, not just dollar signs. This is the kind of service everyone hopes for but rarely finds. I’ll definitely be back for all my future car needs and will be recommending them to all my friends and family!
Couldn't get my jeep to start with a simple jump- gave Jeff a call and ended up needing my jeep towed to be worked on- they were quick, helpful and got the jeep right to the shop.
Larry is a great guy. Prices are fair and they back up there work. Just had my daughters Accord Serviced here and they made sure they returned the car safe. Much appreciated.
Jeff has the patients of a saint! My son’s car broke down on the hottest day Michigan has had in several years and happened to be blocking traffic in Livonia. A request for a tow was started through roadside but their response time was over two hours and we all know Livonia Police won’t wait for your tow when blocking the roadway. A coworker recommended calling Fraziers. Jeff got his driver started to my son’s location but roadside got there first so I had to call Jeff back and cancel the tow. He was more then understanding even though his driver had already been en route for 10-15 minutes.
Roadside refused to change the original drop off location and the shop it was taken to smelled my new drivers lack of vehicle mechanics and began telling him repairs that had nothing to do with why the vehicle wouldn’t start. Needless to say, I had to call Jeff back for a tow to his shop. His driver was there within minutes however, my son had to leave but I didn’t get the chance to tell Jeff before he called asking the keys whereabouts.
I say all of this to say, mechanical issues are stressful and sometimes things change without our control, Jeff was very calm and proceeded with the most professionalism and understanding I have dealt with in a very long time. I highly recommend Jeff and Fraziers towing especially in stressful situations.

Initially was just looking for a tow, but with how affordable they were ended up having them also diagnose the issue with my Jeep. They were super nice from the initial phone call, to the tow truck driver, and the person who diagnosed the vehicle and the person upon pickup was helpful and friendly. They got the issues fixed quickly and it wasn’t over priced either. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back for any further needs.
Amazing service me and my teenage daughter were stranded after hours on the side of the express way and the owner came his self in like 10 min he was very friendly and accommodating definitely would recommend
I wanted to add to this review because of the EXTRAORDINARY service from the repair shop Larry is the absolute BEST. He not only professional but also compassionate my timing belt broke and he was very upfront about the fact they’re maybe more to it when it was tore down which there was. When he called he broke the news as soft as he could giving me a very easy to understand explanation of what needed to be fixed as I am not a mechanic and then he got it done as fast as he could. I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone I would be confident that they would treat everyone with that same respect. My car now runs like brand new. Oh also they did a few other minor things that needed to be fixed most shops would not.
Second time using Frasier‘s and I still highly recommend them. My work van broke down on the highway a few weeks ago and it was extremely cold. Called Frazier‘s They came out towed me back to the shop while ordering parts upon my call and had me back on the road in an hour. They really went above and beyond to get my van fixed. I was able to finish my work that day and meet my deadlines. Thanks again to the men and woman at Frazier’s.
Took my 08 Escalade up to Fraziers, Larry was very kind and professional about replacing the exhaust manifold and motor mount. Will definitely be coming back for all auto repairs.
A1 towing service thats Fast and Efficent! Owner reached out personally to make sure I was taken care of. Very fair on pricing. Tow Driver was very knowledgeable and very courteous during the ride to my destination.
While I did not use them for my towing, AAA does not automatically reimburse if using them, Larry was very helpful in directing me to some one else. They are an independent auto service place that I would definitely go to just based on the honesty and consideration of Larry.
Took my sister's vehicle here and was recommended this place. Excellent service, her vehicle was in and out by the next day. Took it in for a misfire on cylinder 1, I replaced the ignition coils, spark plugs and fuel injectors and couldn't find out why it was still misfiring. They checked it over and found out the problem within a day and it turned out it was the throttle body. They replaced it and now it runs like a champ. Definitely recommend this place. We drove all the way from northville just for this place and Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back for any future repairs.

The company does good work. They fixed a few problems on my van. The people handling my van took great care of it. This was important because my van is low to the ground. Plus, the staff is really nice.

Really helpful. Jeff was awesome, very polite and offered great advice to not only get my money back but to help with future lockouts. I think its important to state that I don't ever give anyone Google reviews, I'm just way too lazy. This service was good enough to deserve it. They showed up within MAYBE 5min, my car was unlocked 30s later. I've waited over an hour for a tow before from other companies. Number is saved in my phone and I refuse to use another company in the area again. Truly impressed.
They understood the fact that me been a contractor my truck is a necessity to keep working. Where other shops were telling me it would be a week before they could see me Fraziers squeezed me in to their already busy schedule and got my brakes repaired in only a few hours. Can’t say enough good about them. They won my future business.
