One of the drivers almost just ran into the back of a STOPPED SCHOOL BUS, then swerved around and blew the stop sign. No regards for the CHILDREN getting off the bus. Disgusting!
Since my dad had to get rid of his bizs I only use Howard's towing. Honest, reliable, owner who isn't a rip off artist like so many mechanics are w women especially. LOVE YOU GUYS
Gary came out right away and helped with my tire repair on a extremely cold morning. He loaned me a valve stem bleeder screw wrench and had me back on the road in no time.Thanks again for the help.
Had to take a shower after leaving this place. Owner was doing everything in his power to try to either keep my friends truck or get more storage fee's out of him smh... police accepted the paperwork the way it was, but wasn't good enough for this rat. He ran out of the office making phone calls to his police buddies to find someone to come lie to us. I would push my car before EVER called him.
Apartment keys where in the car and and we called many times to have some one come out and unlock the place but no one would answer, for a towing service it’s is very unprofessional not to have someone on call 24/7. Not impressed would give 0 out of 5 stars if possible.
Called these guys to haul my car out of a ditch. It is snowing like crazy outside, so I patiently wait inside for the driver after they tell me they are on their way only to never get a call.
When I give call them back, they tell me the cops were already hauling my car when they got there. Didn't bother to pursue the next logical step which was letting me know. Just up and left the situation resulting in me having to travel to a completely different center and pay 3x the bill.
Completely unprofessional and illogical service.
I will never take my car here or get it towed here they are disrespectful and don't know how to talk to people!! Very unprofessional and if you ever need to get towed need to go to Frazier or great lakes towing two of the best in wayne!!!
Friday, I purchased my 2003 Lincoln Ls from Gary at an affordable and reasonable price. I needed to purchase a car as soon as possible and my dad told me that there were cars down the street from his Job. When I went I seen the Lincoln, at first I thought that since it was a luxury car that it was expensive. When he gave me the price I wanted to throw the money at him because it was in my price range. I'm happy with my car, just need to show it a little tlc but I'm grateful. Thank you guys. I've refered others to this place, hopefully people flood you with buisness
Just had my car towed, Howard's towing was there within a few minutes the driver was wonderful price was very reasonable compared to others and if you have insurance you shouldn't worry about the price thank you Howard's towing today, for saving me from being stranded on a hot day.
The owner was friendly enough but to charge $275 dollars for a two mile tow is ridiculous. Beyond that, it's criminal price gouging since it's a police tow. $90 for towing charge, $40 for clean up debris(less than 5 minutes cop did most) $65 for using winch, $20 storage, $40 for use of flatbed, and $20 fuel. All for a less than two mile tow. Beware of this criminal enterprise... supported by police.
