Bought a transmission for my wife's Buick LeSabre. When I called I was told they had one on the shelf ready to go. I gave them fifty percent down payment and would be in next week to pick it up. Called ahead to let them know when I would be there. I had a 2 hour drive from Ohio. When I got there I couldn't find a place to park. That is my only complaint. Very friendly staff. Transmission was ready to go and had to back into the yard and the guys loaded it and l was on my way. My installer replaced seals , pressure module and smooth shift kit and bought my core for 100 dollars. Happy to say transmission works great. Could not be happier.
Sold me a used engine described as Good/tested/needs water pump. I asked at time of order if the engine was milkshaked and the sales person said no. Got it home and was prepping it, and the coolant was mixed with the oil. Trenton Auto Parts refused to issue me a refund with their 30 day warranty (after 1 day after pickup). Tried to tell me there was a restocking fee, which was not listed anywhere on the invoice. I was told to take "my" engine and leave. Small claims lawsuit pending
This place is the worst of them all they sell crap parts and the funny part is they know they do and they tell you there great they are the worst ever dealt with
Found the part I needed at this shop. I went with a screen shot of it and upon entry , I was immediately greeted and helped. Women friendly ! Not trying to rip us off ! The guy whom helped me was very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Part worked like a charm on my car and I was completely satisfied with the customer service. Will use this company again and recommend it .
Talk about a professionally run yard! I called looking for a fender for my car. Jerome (I believe this was the worker's name) took my call and said that they showed one available. Just to be sure the part was good he went out into the yard to take pictures to send to me. No less than 15 minutes later I had pictures texted. I was able to give my card info over the phone and Jerome even offered to meet me on his way home to deliver the part to me, so I didn't have to leave work early. Excellent yard and excellent customer service. It's much appreciated and I look forward to doing business with you in the future!
I hope I can change this review but I paid for a part to be pull and given 2 different days it would be ready to be picked up now I'm told it's going to be another day. My car is at a shop holding up a bay costing them money so now I could be charged extra on a job that was already not in my budget. Feels like once they have your money it's like we'll get to you when we feel like it. And this place was highly recommended by a few people. I try to keep my money downriver but I guess I'll have to start using the big names like LKQ and Fox since small businesses can't provide what's needed.
Called them about a wheel they had for my truck and they said that they have it and to bring a core with me. I told him that I am on my way and that I will be there in a half hour. I get to their shop and the guy tells me that they couldn’t find the wheel and they don’t have it and I drove over 30 minutes for nothing. What kind of establishment does not know what they have and don’t have, Especially when you call and confirmed it ahead of time. Definitely not doing business with them anymore
Bought a real nice minivan for a reasonable price it was used the guy told me to come back the next day and even gave me an oil change highly recommend them for parts and service thanks a lot
Bought a motor for a focus in January. Went to put it in the car and found the motor was junk, as the photo shows. Called them back that week wanting to return the motor, and was told “someone else sold you that motor, he’ll give you a call when he gets back from lunch.” Called again, and a third time, and was given the run around every time. Being they are over an hour from my house, and I don’t have time to just swing by and hope I catch the right person, I gave up since the motor was fairly cheap. Even so, that’s a poor customer service attitude when they claim to honor a 30 day warranty on any motor they sell.

Richard and Bill were so helpful and kind. my mothers car got stolen, Richard helped my family out by selling us another good car at a great price. He knew my mom didn't have full coverage insurance and did everything to help us out. I would recommend them to anyone for anything to do with their cars.
Sold me broken axle and refused to let me return it for cash back ... and secretary is a rude ornery lady that seems like she hates her job and is no help whatsoever.
I wish I could give a 0 star. My husband and I went in looking for a door for our vehicle. We had been shopping around and knew what the door was going for. The man at the counter, Bill I believe, was extremely rude and short with us when we tried negotiating to match nearby businesses. I'd rather drive 150 miles than give him the business. A good, friendly attitude goes a long way when dealing with the public.
Went looking for a door for a late model jeep door. The counter help was very rude short, snappy, and unwilling to listen when trying to discuss competitors prices. Boldly turned the screen stating, here are all of the prices of every junk yard in the STATE WHEN IT WAS MENTIONED THAT EVERY JUNK YARD PRICE WAS CLOSE TO 50$$ He then rudly said " I DIDNT WANT TO SELL YOU THE DOOR ANYWAYS!!!! Nice cust service BILL. Thanks for your help!!!!!
