Phil's Auto Parts is the best. I needed a cv joint for my 2008 Lincoln Navigator and they didn't mess around and had me one within 2 hours. They didn't try to charge me top dollar or screw around like when Glens Auto ripped me off. The staff at Phil's is outstanding and treats the customer with respect. I'd never go to another car parts place. Not only do they take it off for you and make sure it's the right part but they give you a Damm good price on everything. I'd recommend Phil's Auto to everyone to go to first. They bust their knuckles so you don't have to. If I could I would give Phil's Auto Parts 10 stars and 10 to the staff. I was so worried I wasn't going to find the right hood for my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire as some of the parts are notoriously hard to source. And they had not one but TWO!! They were the only ones in the entire state, honestly their inventory is very impressive. They threw in a hood lock for me for dirt cheap too, super pleased.
I went to this place last week to get a rim for trunk and the have some really good prices and the lady at the front desk is very nice and even the owner came of the office and we had a nice conversation I will be coming back to this establishment.
They look like a scammer to me.

The lady that answered the phone tells me to assume all parts are “B” grade since they are used. Add to that a 10 year old part, I should grade it as “C” even though they have it listed as “A” condition. Very rude by the way.
Called regarding a wheel listed “A grade” on car-part.com. Rude, bitter lady on the phone can’t help you cause she’s either clueless or they are hiding the condition of a part. This is probably a family owned business so theres no repercussions for poor customer service. What a shame.
They’re very honest business they helped way more than I expected the lady in the office very polite and the tall white dude knows his stuff- if you not sure ask him
I was in search of a premium machine faced Cadillac rim. The lady that answered the phone was very polite, kind, and helpful! The puller was also very helpful. Will do business again!

Great place to deal with. Accurate, professional and courteous. Been dealing with them for over 15 YEARS. This place is awesome and always very helpful.
There are many problems in this business. First, they give you false information over the phone that the part is suitable and good, so you take a long trip to no avail. Secondly, if you want to return an item, they will deduct 25% of its value, even if they were the ones who misled you. Third, they try to sell to you with lies and deception. Fourthly, the old woman at the reception is ill-mannered and deceitful. In short, I hope this business will be closed so that people will not be deceived.

Grant provided excellent customer service, answering all my questions and sending detailed pictures of the item. He even shipped the item to MD, which I was hesitant as it was a delicate item. Part was packaged excellent, arrived quickly, and free of damage. Would recommend them to anyone.
Ordered a set of 20+ year old taillights, sight unseen on a Wednesday … arrived at my house in WNY on Friday … extremely well packaged and in great condition AND for an amazing price … no too mention nobody makes these lights anymore !!!

I've been going there for many years amongst 3 vehicles and have been nothing but satisfied with their customer service, availability of parts, quality of parts, and pricing. Allow me to begin by saying that I am not a car guy, I am intimidated at car places sometimes, and my lack of experience has gotten me taken advantage of sometimes. Never once felt this way at Phil's. If I call and explain my situation and what I need, they will listen, treat me well, and when appropriate offer me good cost effective solutions to my problem which had not occurred to me. In my dealings I have truly felt that my continued business is more important to them than just making a quick sale. I feel comfortable there, I trust them, and they have had what I needed, and gotten me out of quite a few jams. 100% recommend!
Great awesome friendly service! They had me a part that none of the chain auto retailers had, and they had it for CHEAP! Also, I bought a battery for a very low price that’s been working great! And everything has a 30 day warranty.
