My Tesla was completely dead— the 12v, a separate battery had to be jumped in order to start the computer so that he could unlock the car so that he could put the car in tow mode. This was all news to me— SO GLAD I found Jesse— I am unsure how many folks know how to tow a Tesla— (I sure didn’t)
