My Tesla was completely dead— the 12v, a separate battery had to be jumped in order to start the computer so that he could unlock the car so that he could put the car in tow mode. This was all news to me— SO GLAD I found Jesse— I am unsure how many folks know how to tow a Tesla— (I sure didn’t)

Great service and great people. Could not get my truck to start or even shift into neutral (no power when I turned the ignition) after charging on jumper cables for an hour. Jesse made it to my location and got it started off a jump box right away. Didn’t even charge me. After Jesse got it started I drove to a nearby auto store and the truck is good to go after a new battery. Highly recommend these guys.
I had a great experience with On the Hook Towing & Recovery this evening. My car battery died and I needed a jump start. When I called he answered the phone professionaly and he came within 15 min and got me on the road quickly. Very friendly and professional! He even called me after i was on the road to ask if my car had auto stop feature and if so to turn that off so I didn't need to get another jump, very thoughtful. Hit a pot hole and got a flat at the DTW exit off I94. My roadside assistance fell through after an hour wait. I got in touch with Jesse and he was on scene in 15 mins. He even answered a couple questions via text while I was making the 2 hour trip home on the temporary tire. He was professional, helpful, and kind. The world needs more businesses like this one. I will absolutely use them again if I am ever in a bind in this area.

Beyond happy with this company called they answered first ring and was out fast “ back story have a custom bmw that was having issues they got out to me got the car loaded and wasn’t a easy task Bc it’s low to the ground with custom parts and they took there time to make sure to load it safe and not to damage anything definitely been a long time sense there was a good and understanding towing company around thanks Ronnie and Jesse
