Had an emergency last night and we called Porter's Towing. They assigned Craig to come give us a hand. He was so professional and took awesome care of our vehicle. I will not hesitate to call them again if we need help im the future. Also Craig made a bad situation bearable. Awesome driver.

My 17 year old was driving back from visiting his girlfriend’s grandparents and the tire blew. He got out to change the tire but in his girlfriend’s car she had no jack. When this happened he was 2 1/2 hours away from home! I called Porters and they dispatched out a driver straight away! Thankfully they were so fast to respond and put the new tire on that my son and his girlfriend made it back to our hometown safely!!!! Thank you
Setting up a tow was very quick easy and efficient. The gal I spoke with was friendly. The gentleman who was assigned my tow was punctual and quick to have my vehicle towed to it's destination and the price was cheaper than I had expected.
Quick response on a holiday weekend! Helped me trouble shoot some problems on my motorcycle before ultimately needing a tow. Bike didn’t move an inch all the at to the house and dropped off with no problems in my actual driveway! Would absolutely call them again.
I was in a situation on the side of I275. Called AAA they said 50 mins. My time was valuable so I called Porters Towing and I was home in 50 mins. Very professional and on point. I called with a flat tire (no spare)on a Saturday morning after trying to reach 2 other tow companies with no luck. Porter's answered immediately and had a truck to me in 20 minutes. They had my car on the truck and to Discount Tire in no time. Excellent service, professional, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Porters!
The cheapest and best option for towing. Called them twice now and they have never disappointed me. No matter if it was takeing a vehicle from a house to a dealership or saving us off the side of the road. Porter's is the way to go.

I broke down in 75 south, I called the dispatch and explained to them where I was, they were very patient and we worked through it. Tow truck driver picked it up within 30 minutes: NGL they got me all the way right.

My daughter's vehicle broke down at a local restaurant. I called Porter's and the driver was on scene in less than 15 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The cost of the tow to my house was very reasonable. I will definitely be using Porter's again in the future if the need arises.

Not only was Porter the most reasonable they were prompt as well. The driver, Craig, helped make a bad situation more tolerable. I will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them.
The gentleman that came was very nice and respectful. However he didn’t know how to use the gas can cap so when he pushed down on it after I showed him how to use it, it spilled everywhere and mainly down the side of my car and ground. (He did clean it off) So the gallon of gas they’re supposed to bring you didn’t even go in my tank. Luckily the gas station was (distance .2) the exit I stalled at Because my car began to start chugging again since there still was no gas. Yea I know a gallon of gas doesn’t go far to begin with. But it should’ve been plenty had I got the entire gallon I paid for to make it further than the distance it did.
Service was great!! Driver, (Craig, I believe) got to me quicker than expected, which was great because it was freezing sitting in my vehicle. Driver kept a good conversation up for the 20+ miles for my drop off location which was good considering I was stressing out because my vehicle broke down!!
Craig (I think) was great. Arrived in a timely manner. Had my car loaded in no time. Got me a d the car home safely. 100% will use Porter's again. Excellent service.
Horrible service ! The driver had a nasty attitude and didnt want to take my truck to the updates location. They were going to charge me an extra $200 on top of $110 just to take it 15 minutes away. The driver didnt have change so i had to give him more than the asking price. Dispatch is very unprofessional and answered the phone with attitude and gave me a sky rocketed price just so i can decline getting my car taken to the updated destination or where i wanted the car to go. I

I Google towing service in my area. First place I call says hello and pauses. Doesn't identify himself, so I ask if it's the towing place.
Second place I called doesn't answer.
Porter's was the third place. "Porter's Towing...". What a difference some professionalism makes!
Fast service. When the payment link the office sent me didn't work, the tow driver was able to take our card payment. He was very professional as well.

On Friday evening, my RV had a catastrophic failure of the rear dually wheel hub. Both wheels came off and went careening into the marsh off of I-75, in Newport. Thankfully, no other vehicles were damaged. I never found the wheels. I contacted Good Sam Roadside Assistance and 8 hours later they still had no one enroute. The next morning, I contacted Porter's Towing and paid out of pocket for them to come tow my RV. They even suggested a nearby yard I could tow it to where it could be evaluated / fixed on Monday. Many other operators turned down the tow offer from Good Sam, because of the difficulty of the task. Porter's showed up with a big, beautiful International heavy hauler and lifted it with no problems. I will file a reimbursement claim with Good Sam since they failed me and left my RV stranded for over 24 hours. Where they failed, Porter succeeded. They offered a fair price and delivered as promised.
Great service! Had to call on a Sunday during less than preferred conditions for a tow. The driver was prompt and experienced. The cost was better than I'd have expected for the day and weather. Got my car picked up and dropped off quickly and securely. Would definitely use this towing company again, especially while downriver.
I called this service very early in the morning (4:00 a.m.). The dispatcher was very pleasant and tried to save me money. Unfortunately, I needed service at that hour of the morning and couldn't wait for when their rates were lower. I love the way you pay for it by responding to a link. The tow truck driver arrived about 7 minutes earlier than I expected (that was great).
He knew exactly what he was doing, was very, very pleasant and very professional. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow truck, this is definitely the place to call!! You won't find better service anywhere!
I needed my truck towed from home to the dealer before I left for work early this morning. I called five 24/7 tow company’s and got five cell phone voicemails. I left no voicemails, didn’t have time to wait for a possible callback. Then I called Porter Towing and a professional operator dispatched someone immediately. I got a text alert to validate my exact location and then a live update on the map of where the tow truck was. The tow driver arrived and was super friendly and helpful. The driver even offered to bring my keys to the specific dealer service member I was working with so there was no reason for me to go up there with the tow driver. I was so happy with their service I logged in to Google just to write them a positive review. Good work, Porter’s Towing.
