I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The product was very reasonably priced and exactly as advertised. I also was helped by the CEO in finding a scarce component I had searched for in vain for a month as she directed me to a source across town. Customer service in this day and age seems to be a thing of the past anymore. providing good service is one thing, which Upscale auto provides top notch service. I have purchased from them several times now without any issues until the last part that was purchased which was a headlight for a 2019 F-pace Jaguar SVR. This job was one of those jobs that everything that could go wrong went wrong and took a couple months before we acquired all the parts to finish. So the day of final assembly we turn the headlights on and the one we purchased from upscale didn’t work correctly and I was devastated thinking that I’m going to have a hard time returning this 2000.00 headlight and would have no choice but to purchase a new one from the dealer which would cost me over 4000.00. So I make the dreaded phone call thinking I’m screwed and they instantly put my mind at ease and exchanged the bad headlight for a good one the very next day. I highly recommend using Upscale Auto

A few months back I got my CTS-V front end parts here and was blown away … hardest parts to find but she had them on the shelf brand new.
Julud was amazing not only were we able to buy a brand new OEM bumper at a great price, she called her husband at 3:30 in the afternoon to put it on for us at his repair shop. Which he did stopping everything he was working on and put on our bumper and got us going by 6:30. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again Julud.

I purchased an $800 new take off 2020 Silverado HD LED passenger headlight from her and she seemed very honest and upfront with information and cost including shipping. First Headlight was damaged by UPS during shipping but she immediately sent a replacement Via FedEx so I also ordered the matching driver's headlight, both arrived in perfect condition.

Called to find out if they buy used truck parts. Announced my name. Asked this female for her name and she said "How can I help you " and REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH A NAME. I just asked so I'd have a reference for the question that I was going to ask her. Instead I just hung up and ended the call. I don't and won't do business with people or deal with ignorance! I took my business elsewhere and got my answer to my question and sold a used truck part. That woman whoever she was is going to cost your business money having such an issue with her ATTITUDE.

Julud at Upscale is one of the most helpful people I’ve come across. I needed a new bumper grill and fender for my Sierra denali. She hooked me up. Parts came in excellent shape and my exact color! Can’t go wrong with Upscale power Inc!
Efficient, courteous, professional immediately come to mind. Very little time spent on hold. My point of contact seemed to be in the yard as there was background noise and yet seemed to know instantly whether or not he had the parts I requested.
Shipping fees seemed a bit high, over half the cost of the bumper, but being an oversized/awkward part I ultimately have no complaints. Bumper cover was in good condition and the grille assembly ordered was pristine.
Will definitely be using Upscale Power in Livonia, MI in the future.

I went to get a headlight and they had it at an great price, but I gave them the wrong stock number. Once I got home and tried to put the headlight in the car I realised it was the wrong part. I live an hour from the store and I called them and asked if I could trade it out for the right part and the were super kind about it. They are so kind to me because I was going to get there after they close and the stayed open to help me. I am very pleased with my service there. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended going here!!

I needed a small part for my 2018 Cadillac Escalade. The dealerships in NY and many part stores would only sell the entire front bumper fascia which includes the sensor bracket I needed. I was very lucky to find Upscale Power ( Julud ), she texted the picture, I confirmed it was what I needed and she sent just the bracket. I saved at least $900.00 because I found people how do not take advantage of situation. I run my business same way.
