We needed our Silverado towed to our repair shop for service. We called Chandler and was told driver would be out within an hour and he was ! It was actually , Bill the owner, who we had dealt with before... Bill was working hard w many calls this frigid day ..he even said he would leave the key and note in the garage' s drop box so we would not have to go over..we appreciate your speedy service and have confidence in your company

They’ve been great to work with, transporting a vehicle by flat bed for testing to avoid driving it on public roads. Always on time for the scheduled towing I’ve arranged, and the driver was flexible and waited almost an hour when I had some testing take longer than expected. I will use their services again when I need a car transported locally

I broke down and had to leave my car in a parking lot with the keys in it because they were stuck in the slot to turn it on. I was late for work so I got a ride. I called these guys and they got to it right away and let me put the bill on at the Repair shop to pay later when I pick up my car.
I guess I accidentally locked the doors too and they told me about it over the phone. But said since I'm getting it towed they won't charge me extra for unlocking the car as well. Couldn't be more grateful. It already was becoming an expensive day getting a tow, a ride and fixed at the auto shop.

I used Chandlers to transport a truck with no brakes to my home.
They were aware the truck had no brakes when I setup the tow.
While dropping the car off, they slammed into my garage door. This damaged the truck along with the garage door itself (had to be fully replaced).
Rather than do the right thing, they forced me to take them to small claims court (where they lost). Now they're delaying paying the judgment for the damage done to my garage door and truck.
Don't expect them to take care of you if something goes wrong.
I had a situation where my car was disabled at night and I had to leave it. In the morning I asked Chandler's to pick it up where I had left it. He got there first and let me know that the car was not where I had left it. I had to make calls to track down where it was towed. The gentleman was so patient with the whole process and went to the impound lot to get the car and take it to the repair shop. I can't praise this company enough for being flexible and reasonable cost. My only regret is that I was so worried about my car, I did not think to tip him for his trouble and patience.
Not sure what Mr. Greene is talking about. Chandler Car Carriers requires credit cards after hours. On top of that the quote Mr.Greene claims he was given is not even in the realm of what he would of been charged if Chandler's was actually dispatched to his car. Alot of fake reviewers on Google it's really a shame. Chandler Car Carriers of Michigan always goes above and beyond the customers expectations and if there is any issues, they are corrected to the best of our abilities. Called 11 pm only 3 miles from my house and close to there Business . Guy told me 125 and wouldn’t take debit card or credit card cash only said I only have 100 on me and said cash only sorry . Nice

These guys ROCK! My bike broke down and my motor club tried 3 times to get someone to get the bike to the shop before they closed. I called Chandler's, and within 45 minutes, he was here, the bike was safely loaded and secured, and we were on our way to the shop. Fast, professional, and cost effective for me! Love this service! Bill did a great job with my bike- I would call these guys any time I need a tow!
Probably the best experience I've ever had with a tow company in a long time. Made quick work of picking me and my stranded car up. They recommended a list of local garages that could help. Best thing about it I didn't feel ripped off. The tow guy was kind and didn't seemed irritated with my 20 questions. I don't leave a lot of reviews but just to best explain how positive my experience was, Chandlers is saved in my phone now. If you need a tow truck call these guys. They actually seem to care. Which is rare anymore.
