I went to Holbrook on 7 mile and had a horrible experience and no solution to the problem, I came here and Alvin was just great thanks to him my experience went smoothly.
Horrible customer service, when I asked for the manager they made me wait 1 hour. Used to do business all the time now im never gonna...absolutely childish
The price changed from when I was on that phone with Alvin rude when I arrived waited 10 minutes while the guy was the phone was a younger man who didn't know what was going on was just rushing and attempted to put new tires on I said I just needed a rim replaced and I asked if they could balance my tires the individuals said yes they did drove off felt nothing but vibration so they lied I'll never return to that establishment.
All the time I used to come here I had spent thousands over thousands of dollars I have got my transmission fixed a muffler all kinds of things I just got a new car I was going to get the mirror fixed I called for an estimate and Soon as I was given the price he hung up so I would not be spending my money somewhere that it is not appreciated I know I can understand they could be very busy but that is so inconsiderate I will go anywhere else I’d rather pay extra at a dealership
A very well run business! We were very impressed with how professionally the request for parts was handled. Phone was answered in a timely manner and the part we inquired about was verified to be in stock. It was pulled off the vehicle and ready for pickup as promised when we arrived. The part we saw online was exactly as described. Great experience all around, would highly recommend Holbrook Auto Parts.
Got the best deal i could find anywhere for a couple Honda parts, great customer service as well as a pretty nice environment to be around. 10/10 recommend to anyone.
Aramm at Holbrook Tire Center on 5 W McNichols Rd replaced my tire rim and all of my tire lock nuts, after a previous shop had broke off the key. He displayed great customer service and was very professional. He also gave me a great price as well! I would definitely recommend anyone who is having an issue with their tire or rim to come to this location to get serviced. Thank you Aramm, you're the best!
You get what you pay for don't be mad when that Part stop working this is the place you go to to get the parts for your car that you're trying to sell real quick do not get parts from here if you plan on keeping the car because once you pay for something new and it breaks down three or four days later you're still going to have to pay the mechanic to replace it
Terrible, absolutely terrible customer service. Called earlier in the week asking about getting in this morning for an inspection and possible repair, was told no problem at all, bet there when they open and they’ll get me right in. Get there right when they open and was turned away, they have limited staff, they’re already booked for the day, no way to fit me in. They had to turn another person away along with me. Biggest pet peeve is telling me no problem we have time and can get it done, and told something completely different once I get there. Why can’t anyone just be honest that they already have a lot booked that day and then maybe schedule an appointment?! Not recommending this place and will never come back.
Highway Robbery. Brought my truck up there to get it fixed. A mechanic inspected my car told me they could fix it and they had to order the part. The part came in and I brought my vehicle back up there. And now a different guy wanted to charge extra. Very unprofessional. If they already inspected my car and quoted me a price that shouldn't have change, just because it was a different person behind the counter. Just lost a loyal customer.
Raj great employee and he really helps people out a lot. He goes above and beyond to take care of people. I truly appreciate it and look forward to seeing him again
The service I received from Holbrook was over and above. Raj was very communicative when it came to me ordering my part it coming in and Raj communicating every step and also took out his day to make sure things were correct before part was ready to pick up. They charged me over $1,000 to fix my car when I got home it was leaking in the same exact places that it was before I took it there, I called and they told me that it was leaking from the air conditioning but if that was the case why didn't they tell me that before they supposedly fixed several lines that were leaking. I had to pay another auto shop to fix my car all along I had a radiator leak and a power steering fluid leak I will say this Holbrook got my ass but they won't get another chance to get me again
I needed a taillight for my 2020 Ford Escape. Unfortunately for me, the car had just arrived in their yard. The vehicle was not yet ready to have parts sold on it. Raj the store manager made it happen for me. He took care of me right away, got my taillight within 20 minutes and I got it at a great price. Everyone else was $60-$90 more!! Raj was honest, fast, and very understanding of how important it was to have my taillight. He's a great asset to the company. I recommend everyone to go to Highland Park Holbrook and have Raj take care of you!!!!
It’s so bad customer service and scams i called to make orders spindle he said it’s completely knee simply with out axle I said ok he send one with out calibre no bolt and screws and he add $16 fee for delivery he didn’t told my first time about fees I call him he didn’t answer on phone just text me I send pictures for him he said it’s come with out out bolt and screws and where’s your old one for you I told him I don’t have it’s not come with car and he doesn’t answer it’s hard time to find same bolt and screws i never do business with them again be careful I think all fives stars on his from his family or people working with him it’s terrible not good
I highly recommend this location! I had the pleasure of working with Raj who went above and beyond to help me and wasn’t just interested in taking my money. After calling around everywhere for a motor for my truck, he was the only person that actually showed a genuine interest in getting my truck back on the road. He helped me out tremendously, and my part even came with a great extended warranty for a great price. I will never do business anywhere else when it comes to my cars. I’m forever grateful to Raj & will recommend this location to anyone.

Raj general manager, at the 6 Mile and Woodward location is amazing! Our shop was in a pinch with a customer that needed their vehicle back immediately he went above and beyond to be able to accommodate us with facilitating the repair for our customer he is our first call for parts
I'm writing a review of one of the Highland Park location's employees, Raj Singh. I tell you, if there is one person in the world you want to assist you in any kind of transaction, it is Raj. He brings the 100% customer satisfaction levels that we people over 50 yrs old would have seen, "back in the day". I would work with Raj any day of the week and if I were an employer, I would hire Raj as a true asset to my company. Raj is smart, kind, thorough, an absolute pleasure to work with. Raj handled my transaction at such a high level of ethics and professionalism not seen in any industry for over 20 years.

Bought an engine for my 2013 Dodge Dart from Josh. Got the engine installed in my car and this engine runs awesome!!! Josh was super helpful and professional. Their pricing was very competitive compared to others. He worked with me on the core being I had drove 2 hours to come get this engine. Very pleased with my purchase and overall experience. Started good, but ended up being horrible. I know how my car was going in and what it looked like, yet was lied to me about what had happened to my rim. I only went in for tire and let me just say... I might have your rim on my vehicle. My vehicle is a Toyota Corolla and not sure who tire and rim this is they put on my vehicle.
