AUSTIN, Literally stole money from my son. He took a large amount for a down payment for a fence never started work. He said he'd return the deposit, weeks later nothing. I have advised my son to file a police report, file a complaint with the Attorney General, file a consumer complaint and file a claim with the court. Until this issue is resolved, every avenue available will be used to see this is made right.
Wish I could provide a review on their fencing work but it never happened. Said they’d call the next day before they came out to see the job but never heard from them.
Austin was easy to work with. He and his crew did a great job. Everything looks wonderful. The fence was done quickly, professionally, and all debris was totally cleaned up at completion. The price was reasonable and Austin communicated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Austin and Unique Fence and Deck. Couldn’t ask for a better contractor.
