My guy Tony got me with the 10/10 service, he was great at communicating where he was and the situation. He helped me change the location of where my car had to be dropped off. And he did it all himself, it sucks when things go bad of course. But having somebody like Tony to make the process easy is very convenient. I recommend him and he will take care of you.

I called my tow company for two days in a row had to wait for total care care over 3 hours both days. That is just time wasted and sad why take the call and never show up. Stop playing with people time very unprofessional. However this company made me feel so much better cause I was heated that now my car had to get to the shop after hours. Tony was amazing!! He came and grabbed my van within 45 minutes of me calling their shop. He was actually more than fair with pricing. Even gave me extra for having good tires. These guys are awesome! They gave me top dollar and they were here within 20 minutes. I had gotten a few lowball offers that, but I’m glad that I waited. He even let me operator the controls!!!
