In my past, I called towing company and you wait hour or two but with roadway Towing they were here less than a half hour and Antoine. He’s a great technician. He was polite and he knew what he was doing. I would not hesitate to call you guys back again and again and thank you for your service. Great job Antoine.
When I called in to request a price which was very reasonable. Ken told me that I could get an appointment at 8-9am . They arrived with 30 min because of traffic. Antonio, the tow truck driver was very polite and professional. The communication was on point. Antonio let me know when he arrived at the dealership and I really appreciate that.
The dispatcher was very friendly and helpful. He said I owe a small fee and I told him I will pay in cash. However when the tow truck driver arrived he was on his phone the whole time and very unprofessional! He asked for the keys to tow the car and after I gave him the keys he said I was all set and continued his conversation on the phone. This is my first time getting a car towed and I don’t know what to expect. So I figured maybe I didn’t owe anything anymore or maybe they waived the fee because it took so long. When he arrived at the auto shop he calls and said I owe him money and now I would have to pay by card. I asked if he gave them the car and he said he was waiting for payment and to call him after I pay. So I ended up paying by card (which charges a processing fee) but if he would have been off his phone and looked at his notes instead of being on his phone then he would have known to take payment! Very annoyed!
Service was quick , easy , and the guy who came was very nice. Very helpful. Forgive me , I forgot his name. We had two different visits. One for tire repair , and one to tow , when it couldn't be fixed at home. Both times , we were treated equally well! Thank you!
The tow driver that came to help me was remarkable. He was one of the most friendly and helpful gentleman!! I was nervous to ride in the truck with him but we had great conversation snd I felt safe snd I felt my car was safe. I’d recommend him a 1000 times over!!

Excellent customer service skills, faster than expected with communication and arrival time, and staff was professional and courteous over the phone and in person. I am very satisfied with my tow service experience and will use and recommend this company again and to family and friends.
Excellent, quick service. Very professional service attendant. During the freezing cold they responded so quickly, even though I was safe in my home. He even gave us a tip to help this not happen again.
Nate was phenomenal and came to the rescue. He explained exactly what damages I had and truly cared about my car as if it was his own and beyond.. I would give him 10 stars if I could.. it was a cold slippery night and I am so thankful that Nate came and helped more than he needed to!
PLEASE READ Great, Fast, Friendly service. I initially called Grand River Towing and didn’t receive an answer. When I called back they responded but the interaction felt super groggy, almost like they had just woken up. I then contacted Roadway Towing and Services who were prompt, respectful, and handled everything smoothly. 3 minute phone call, paid online, tow truck outside within 30 minutes. Huge difference in service. Will be recommending RTS from now on to anybody.
Amazing service from the moment I called and spoke with Denise who was super kind, to the moment my car was back in my driveway safe and sound thanks to Tim who towed my vehicle. Abbas was my AAA Tow Service Rep, and he did a phenomenal job! Abbas was professional, fast, and instructed me clearly, kindly and patiently on what I needed to do to assist him in getting me extracted from the situation I'd woefully gotten myself into (i.e., stuck in the snow). I'm really glad it was Abbas who came to help me. He did a fantastic job and literally got me out of a tough spot. I'd recommend Abbas to EVERYONE. He even told me I needed new tires, and to make sure I used salt to keep what happened to me from happening again. (It seems simple enough, right? Nope! I needed someone to gently tell me exactly what I needed to know and do, just like Abbas did, and NOT to make me feel bad or dumb as they conveyed some important and pertinent information to me.) Amazing service! Jeff was professional, efficient, and personable. I highly recommend using them for Towing and Services. My truck was towed in a neighborhood with narrow streets and he towed it with no problem!
They were amazing!! Came extremely fast, got the job done, and great customer service. I had a flat tire and from the minute I called, within an hour they were they and had it replaced with my spare. Would 100% recommend!
The driver was very experienced. Nice guy He did a great job. I really didn’t have to wait that long, but it was construction on the other side so that slowed everything down, but I had a good experience.
AAA immediately put in my ticker and kept me informed along the way. Attendant was kind, positive and professional. It took over an hour for them to come but I understand that it was because of the volume of calls. I’m glad a service like this exists. It helps simply my life.

Tow truck driver was friendly and helped to make my day seem like it may become better very friendly and upbeat. The customer service rep that told me about tows arrival was respectful and had a calming voice compared to the AI voice thingy I had initially. I definitely prefer to tslk to a person thanks for having one speak to me as well.
Driver arrived on time. Seemed unsure where to place the rear hooks to secure the vehicle. Once vehicle was secured, driver took me to the desired location. Upon arrival and while the vehicle was still secured, noticed the the left side muffler protection had been broken off.
I was very happy with the service provided to me. They were very thorough to ensure they were going to the right place and dropping it off at the correct place. The driver, Tim was very nice to talk with and appreciated his professionalism.
This company was fast as heck like Jimmy John's. I was only being towed from the corner but from the point of AAA connecting me to them I thought , oh they are gonna be at least an hour. When I say I just set my phone done and they called already at the tow location. All I can say is WOW!! Great attitude and very professional. Service with a smile. Timothy was great. Told him that I just had work done on my all wheel drive and didn't want any wheels on my SUV rolling. He put in the extra afford to ensure that my vehicle was probably towed. He asked questions and explained the process to me. Wonderful employee.
The tow truck driver was very helpful. Very careful with my vehicle that they got here quickly. They communicate with me through text and I called per their request. They give them a little more direction where I was at my apartment complex, but he was very polite. nice expedient, what he did very efficient and professional.

I had the most awesome experience today! The first guy who checked out my car battery was so hilarious, enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful and professional! The person who was dispatched to Tow my vehicle his name was Ray. Ray was very friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Ray went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me and to make sure that I was safe! He has a calm and pleasant personality! I would like for the both of the employees to be nominated for employees of the month and to receive a generous gift certificate from their employer for all of the hard work that they do, and to feel appreciate it!
The driver went over and beyond. He was timely, handled with care, professional and respectful. I did not have to park my car differently, he made sure it was safe and secure. He was amazing!
