Owner of Karl Weis Body Shop. Purchased a bumper for our shop truck alittle over 6 months ago. Just got around to putting it on. When we opened it was for a 2020-2022 Ford F450/F550. I needed it for a 2024 Ford F250. Invoice says 2023-2024 Ford F250. Needless to say it won't work plus had a scratch in the chrome. They will not take it back. I even offered to pay shipping back. Still no. Being a business owner that's just not how you do things or treat customers. The coward won't even talk to me. Had messages relayed threw his worker Angel. (Which she was very nice). Bottom line they screwed up by not tagging the part correctly. I would never buy or recommend doing business with them ever.
I looked up the motor through an app called in to confirm availability the receptionist confirmed availability and miles they delivered the same day motor was super clean professionally taken out And saved all the parts she was very Polite and delivery person was as well
Called for a tail light and told them that’ll be there in an hour to pick it up. Arrived there tail light was not ready and the lady working there did not know where her employees went to. Told her to radio them as it usually takes a couple of minutes to get that taillight off, she said she had no way to contact them smh
Sold my car to this company. They were excellent to deal with. Polite, professional, kept the appointment time and fee promised. The driver who picked up my car helped me get my plate off and was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend.
I bought a driver side mirror for my focus , after they took it off from their car , the guy brought it to the counter saying that one of the 3 screws got broken and he lost the threaded insert for the screw , I didn't think much of it , I paid them the money and left , it turned out the mirror is useless, even the dealer doesn't have those threaded inserts , so I had to buy another one .
Great service, lots of repeat customers, good pricing. Cookie & Khalil very helpful and respectful up front and great place to work. If what you need isn't here they will help point you in the right direction.
Worst place to work, or buy a car. They treat staff and customers nasty, don't buy a car with out an inspection they hide frame and body damage very good. Do your homework people
Website showed they had an a+ hood in stock, I called on a Thursday, and they created a work order so no one could purchase the hood, I want to even give money down to hold it... Fri at 530 I drove 1 hr to buy the hood, they were closing the doors, said the hood was still on the car no mechanic to take it off... gave me a good story about a discount of 100$ and met me halfway on Monday to buy.. so I call on Monday, no work order, put on hold. Then a call back... 1st said the hood was sold, then proceeds to tell me the hood was smashed and no good... I don't know what to believe...

This place really helped me out of a bind. I went to 4 different places before I came here I wish I knew about it sooner! Staff is quick and detailed and they had every part I needed for my domestic daily ride and my wife's Mercedes. Surprisingly they were cheaper than eBay and napa!!!
