Driver showed up with another car already on his wrecker and offered me half of what I was quoted. When told him that, he said "the guys in the office just say whatever." Why waste people's time?

Wasted my time & theirs to get there and try to low ball me after an offer was made over the phone. . Said he would be there in an hour and a half. 2 and a half hours later someone shows up. Terrible.
