I can’t rate them yet because they have not yet replied to my text and email requests. I made these requests 2-3 days ago. UPDATE: Google asked for my review before Big Mikes 2 had a fair chance to reply. When they did reply, they were polite and professional. They did not have my part, but it was for a 21-year old truck and their inventory is generally not that old (they are mostly 5-years old or newer). They gave me two suggestions of other places I might try. So, I am happy with the outcome. I rated 4 out of 5 only because they did not have the part. Their overall service was a "5".
One of the best experiences I've had with a Salvage Yard and I deal with a lot of them! I ordered three radios from Mike. All were pulled from vehicle and shipped same day. They arrived in excellent condition and each one was the correct part number. Packaged very well! Thank you!!!

I had excellent service with the initial call. After that it all went downhill. They said they would have my part delivered by 4 pm the next day. I called and they said they would call back. I called back again, once again no call back. So I called 10 minutes before and they ignored my call. Terrible customer service. At least I stopped payment in time.
I would say one of the worst yards i have ever dealt with. They always show parts in their inventory but never seem to have them when you call. I called for a steering column and they said they had it and it would be ready the next day. I called the next day, guess what? Still in. The girl that works there said she would ask Joe whats going on and call me back. Guess what? No phone call. I called back and Joe said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I gave him more time and called the next day. Guess what? Now its broke, but "we may have another option out there". Im done with these guys.
Great guy sold me my 07 G6 for inexpensive cost, offered to repair anything needed and was very honest and genuine.
I bought my car for my birthday in July 2019 and it still runs great!

Inquired about some parts online and tried calling the office number. Very poor contact, couldn’t get a straight answer or prices on anything so I gave up. Appears to be a decent little yard but like many other yards they don’t seem to care about selling anything. Just my opinion
I was looking for a winter vehicle and I came across a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera for sale with E&M Auto Parts. I was put into contact with Max the owner who gave me a great deal taking down the price by a couple hundred dollars and even did all the paperwork for my license plate. The car was in great running shape with only 88k miles. Incredibly happy with my experience with E&M Auto Parts. Honest guys who sell good running cars for cheap! What more can you ask for?
I'm rating this place a 3 I came to purchase a car from them they told me it would be ready the next day they never called me so I waited till Monday and I called them in the man on the phone told me the car had been sold.. the young man who told me that the car was going to be there I apologize to me and seem to be very sympathetic about it but I was able to find some other parts that I need it for another car they were helpful in that case your rating would have been higher with me but you guys should contact each other and let each other know that a car has been sold that where there's no confusement
The location is difficult to access. Hours on the weekend are limited. If they have it and you want it they will sell it you at a fair price. Not and ecologically friendly site so wear boots.
Do not every buy anything from here I have friends and family who worked for this place they dont work there anymore because of how shady they are i bought a vehicle from them and have done alot of buisness with them paid 3000 grand for a car it didnt last a week and they basically told me oh well they dont care after they lied to me for 3 months that they would take care of it!!! Please dont do buisness with them you will regret it!!
If i could give this place zero stars I would as well. I have never talked to a more shady place in my life. After being released from the hospital I called around and spoke to several places and they offered me the most. $300 from Ryan. My husband also spoke to him the same day and made arrangements for pick up. They called to say they were running behind and would cover the extra day we were going to have to pay for it at the tow place. They were supposed to arrive at 10am the next day and of course gave us the run around. By 2 pm now they tell me that they never offered us $300 but $125 and they were not covering the extra day. Every person there sounds like a slew of complete imbeciles. I told them they're shady and terrible to deal with. The owner than hung up on me. Super professional! No 'so sorry mama' absolutely nothing. Never ever use this place. A friend of mine told me they're super lazy when you call and ask them to look up parts. Shady, shady, rude, rude!!
They are barely better than buying stuff off ebay, because its instant.
I feel like i'm getting scammed every time when the part is just sitting there and I could easily steal it. But if you are in a pinch and need a headlight or wheel immediately, they are good enough. Bring your own tools and pull the stuff yourself, obviously.
Moderately priced stuff, i've found if you dress ghetto and say you only have X (take off ~10% of whatever they say) they usually will give it to you. I am a clean cut guy and they jack up the price when i look like it!
horrible customer service but what do you expect from a junk yard...You get routed to some angry tattooed biker guy who cant use a computer and he acts like its a total inconvenience for him to look up the part. its really kinda comical. but everyone else is pretty nice, i guess I just dont like that guy.
I had my turn signals knock themselves out every so often, and the part i needed was a new hazard button/relay switch. It worked ever since no problems. they had the part i need hands down! I will recommend this junk yard to others!
They always have the parts I need, just whether or not I'll buy it. If you call or go up, talk to the owner. His son is difficult to work with and will over charge you. And if it's just something small you need, he'll quote you for whatever it's attached to. And then your best just to order part off eBay or go else where... Really hard to rate this place because of 50/50 Customer service. Wouldn't recommend to family or friends.
Absolutely horrible. Very untrustworthy. I bought an engine that ran extremely rough. They advertise it in the junk yard parts database as tested and low mileage (95K). So 6 months after I purchased their junk motor they still have the same listing on the junk yard database (95K miles road tested) - yet the junk motor was sold 6 months ago....Complete scammers...AVOID AVOID AVOID PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS THEY DO NOT DESERVE A PENNY
Large selection used cars and parts. Staff is honest and reliable. They will install parts for you, at a fair price. I will always check here first for any spare parts.
I go here for all of my auto needs. I have been getting parts from these guys for over 19 years. Although they are not the most organized, they usually have anything I need. I bought a 99 Grand prix for my daughter from them back in 07 for $2700 and she is still driving it. I would recommend anyone to go here, they advertise "over 1500 cars for parts" and believe me, it is true.
They have the widest selection of services I ever seen for autos in one place. Weather you need Used parts, New parts, a quality used car, Body work, Mechanical work, Frame work, Or have a Junk car to get rid of, They can do it all while having some of the lowest prices around. They paid me $375 for my non running 96 escort while everyone else said $300. I would highly recommend E&M for anyone in this area!!
