You try to call them and no one answers the phone. Doesn't matter hiw many times you call. I live too far away to just drive there to find out whether or not they have what im looking for. What is the purpose of a phone if you dont answer it??

Simon and his crew were mist definitely VERY HELP. Simon helped me out today finding two rims for me with tires on them for my 2015 Malibu I had it towed there my car was in there tires were swapped out rotated and I was ready to go within an hour can you help me all morning and everything ready to go for me when I got there they're amazing thank you again so much Simon
Good folks there to help as they can! I will always call them first when I need something for any of my vehicles. They even unlocked my truck for me after I locked my keys in it!
I called in a few months ago looking for a set of mirrors for one of our vans, they got them for me quickly and in excellent shape. Super grateful for all of their help and very happy overall. I will definitely be back as soon as we need more parts!
The customer service was absolutely amazing. Even though they did not have the extremely rare classic car part I needed, the receptionist went over and beyond to assist me in locating the part.
Needed a rim and tire, the guy said he'd have it the next day and would call me back, the next day came never got called back. I called them, got a ton of excuses as to why it wasn't pulled yet. The next day I tried calling about 5 times no answer, the next day they answered after the 3rd or 4th time I called and again assured me they'd call when it was ready to be picked up, that was over a week ago, still I haven't gotten a call. So I ended up buying a brand new rim online wayyyy cheaper than what this guy was gonna charge for a used one.
Wonderful experience! My girlfriend and I went to get a spare tire, and everyone was very helpful and friendly, they weren’t sure if they had it but looked around even though they were busy and ended up finding one for us! It was a really affordable price and everyone was patient while we called and price checked other locations, turned out they had the best deal. 10/10 would go again!!
Horrible customer service, called before hand and phone rang for 5 minutes with no answer so I stopped in. I waited 15 minutes in their “lobby” before I was even acknowledged even though I was the only customer. It then took an hour to get a tail light. The workers were walking in and out arguing in the lobby the whole time. Just very unprofessional business. Zero parking. I’d go anywhere else but here again.
This is an amazing place. Awesome staff. I was in a bind working on the road and needed a differential in a bad way. Simon took care of me greatly by getting what I needed, got my part on moments notice and put it in same day. He and his employee stayed til 9pm! that night to ensure I would be on the road next morning. I truly am thankful to this business an highly recommended them to anyone needing help. God bless

Quick, efficient, and friendly. They had what I needed and valued my time just as I do, and even beat the online prices I found considerably. One of the mechanics; Joe even let me borrow his tools to grab the part. Definitely got a new repeating customer after today.
Satisfied customer I call T & M Auto Salvage because they had A motor I needed and was Not too far away The 1st motor I got Was junk I called Paul the next day the timing chain was broke It was no problem they had another motor And as soon as Josh could get to it he would pull it out They had a done by the end of the day which was awesome Paul kept me updated so I could swing by and pick it up Josh is knowledgeable And so far so good I'm getting about a 115 PSI on all cylinders just hand cranking at So I'm confident it will be a great motor once it is in and running happy with my experience And will call them with future projects
Great customer service! We went to three different yards before coming to T & M in search of a headlight housing for my husband's Sierra. No luck at the first three until the last one recommended we come here. The customer service here is amazing. When we told them what we were looking for, they first walked the yard with us to see if we could find the part. Unfortunately, we were unable to. We went inside & were told they could order a new one for us much cheaper than any price we could find online. We ended up placing the order for the headlight & my husband was so happy with how it looked, he decided to replace the other side as well & ordered it that day. Both times, the items were shipped quick & safely. I would recommend checking this place out before any other! It will save you a lot of time.
My sister recommended me to this place because she heard of all the good reviews. Honestly I was very impressed at how quickly they did my car. Simon was great and super helpful. If I could give more than five stars I would! Mad props to Paul and Simon. These guys are wonderful. They had the part I needed and even let me borrow their tools to install it. Then when I couldn't get my door panel off myself, Simon came out and helped me. He was friendly, helpful, and even gave me a big hug before I left. He also gave me five dollars off the original price. I highly recommend these guys to anyone! シ
