This has been my go-to for years! They recently changed the name from Brother’s Auto to Monarch Auto but prices are still low and service is as great as ever. Love the redesign!

Very good at her job and absolutely handled a situation where I had drove over an hour and my body shop guy gave her the wrong info so my part wasn't there but within 10 minutes she had the part ordered and took all my anxiety away . She's my superhero . Nadia is like no other

Great customer service! I was looking for a part for my 2015 bmw X5 everywhere until i stumbled upon brothers auto parts. i asked them for the part i was looking for and although they didn’t have the part at the time, in 2 short days he had it there for me and in great condition! Couldn’t thank them enough! Saved me so much money!
Ordered some parts from them (2017 Ford Escape APIM and Screen) and couldn't be more pleased. They gave me a great price and pictures sent within the hour. I would recommend them and might use them again
They had the part I needed in stock when no one else did. They shipped it and I received it 2 days later. Great service, very friendly, highly recommend. Will look there first in the future for any other auto part needs.

Terrible. Everytime I've called over the years I've had the same experience. I'll call to ask them for a part and then they tell you that they'll give you a call back shortly while they check if they have it, you'll never hear back from them again, I've called 4 days in a row asking for a tire and everytime I was told I'd get a call back shortly and I never heard back from them. This has happened to me every single time I've tried to do business with this place, 100% of the time. Now I tell everyone I know not to waste their time with this place, save yourself the trouble and just go to Fox Auto.
First time customer today. Not only did Brothers Auto Parts offer me the lowest price I could find, but the customer service was exemplary. Had some awful experiences with Tim who owned/ran this business many years earlier, but the new owners have added so much class and respectability. This will be my first contact for my future needs!

great family business. i called on a monday and they called me tuesday morning stating that the part has arrived. i got to the shop right at 10 and doors were open fresh coffee was made and they were ready to go. 5 stars to the business. thanks for your service. i will be back forsure for my car part needs.
Worst salvage yard I’ve ever been too, I called about getting a part and they confirmed that it was there. Said they had it and that it was ready to be picked up. Got their and was confused on why I was being lead outside to find the wrong part still bolted onto the engine. Wasted almost 3 hours of my time at this place. Front desk lady was very nice but the laziness of the workers was unreal.
They have the best service, nice guys all very hard working and always have the best work. They fix my car every time there are problems with it and it's the best. No problems ever. Best place to go if you're getting your car fixed! 10/10 recommend!!!!

Went there 3 years ago.
Tire machine was broken. So the guys decide the will remove the tire manually.
So they slam it on the ground.
Jump up and down on the tire.
Scratch the hell.out of the lip of the rim.
Then used either to try to seat the bead.
Burned some of his arm hair.
Almost comical if is was not my rim.
A few days after I installed my transmission, I noticed it rolled while in park. After some investigating I discovered the transmission was not put together properly. When I called them and asked if they would fix it, they said sure, come on up. My son drove it up there (2 and a half hours one way) they want me to pay them to fix their mistake.
I bought an engine from here, and the engine did not even last me a month. Their 30 day warranty ran out the day it broke, and argued with me that their engine was good and my mechanic screwed up the swap. Their engine was "inspected" and tested to run good, but when i got it, it burned all the oil in the engine within 2500 miles. So for another month, i ran the car with engine knock till today. The piston ring was destroyed and instantly burned through all the oil and now my car does not work. I recommend not buying anything here, because they will blame your mechanic for their incompetence
I had my transmission replaced by them. They are very friendly, best prices by far, I didn't feel like I was getting screwed. I've had no problems with the replacement transmission. I recommend them to people I know. They are awesome.
Very poor business. Does not stand behind there customers. Warranty policy is a joke. Don't buy from them unless want to deal with a world of nightmares. Very run down. Junk/parts everywhere. Repair shop has oil and other fluids all over the ground which all drains to the outside ground. They obviously don't care about the environment. Don't pay attention to newer posts. They are fake to try to push the negative posts down!.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Willis Brothers sold me a motor with a bad head gasket. I was well within the 30 day warranty period. I complied with all the demands they made and they still won't refund my money. I'm now out $550.00 dollars plus labor and gas taking the vehicle back to them for inspection of the motor. They refuse to refund my $550 cash I paid them. DO NOT DEAL WITH WILLIS MOTORS. THEY ARE RUDE, unprofessional and thiefs. Do not fall victim to their crude practices.
Horrible service I called before I went and the guy assured mebhe would give me $300 for my vehicle I got there he made a check out for $300 his mechanic came out of no where and they started talking in their native language so he folded the check put it in his back pocket and went inside and made out another check for $200 I asked to speak to the owner because I don't live here and I drove along way the mechanic said he is the owner and the other guy said he was the owner and he tried to short me. These people are liars and scammers and refuse to keep their word. Do not go here.
Would definitely recommend. Purchased an engine that was just as described over the phone and online. Very courteous and professional staff. It was my first time changing an engine and the guys gave me some useful tips.
Very friendly staff and absolutely fantastic prices! Got a job done for 1/4 of the price my local shop would have charged ($200 instead of $800!). Service was done well and I couldn't have asked for more.

This place is awesome. Not only do they have anything you need for your car but at reasonable prices. This was very positive experience for me. They are very professional and put customer satisfaction at the top of their priority list. While waiting I observed, Mike one of the owners and his receptionist, Nikki diligently working on helping a potential customer find what they needed. Brothers Auto Parts LLC knows how to treat customers. If they hear someone wasn't happy the owners attempt to correct the issue. How many places actually put customer satisfaction first? Not many. Mike and -KC owners have a strong team Nikki, Dan, Othman and Brian. It is a bit of a drive but it is a beautiful view and well worth going there if you really need a part and prefer good customer service. They can't be beat!!!
This place is exactly what you'd hope for from a salvage yard, the building is new clean and looks good . The guys there are super nice ,will definitely make deals for you, though, particularly if you're purchasing multiple items.

My husband and I went here looking for three parts for our car. I had never been to a used parts/junkyard before, but the service at Brothers Auto Parts was excellent. They took a look at our car and in 30 minutes had all the parts we needed and even helped us install one piece quickly. They also only charged us for two of the three parts which was extremely generous. Overall we saved at least $150 on the parts over purchasing new parts online. They are a bit in the middle of nowhere south of Ypsilanti, but it was worth the trip. I couldn't have been happier with the service, speed, price and experience.

This place is a New Busniess , but if you're looking for a deal on a used or aftermarket part s , you can't go wrong with their price or service. The employees here are knowledgeable and they will help you to find what you want and will offer suggestions. I needed some old tires once and they mounted them for me and charged next to nothing, saving me hundreds of dollars.
