Quoted me $500 based on the info that he asked for about my vehicle. I couldn't be present when the vehicle was picked up. They came and got the vehicle and then they told me they were giving me half of what they quoted me. I was angry because other companies offered me more than that. He offered to bring the vehicle back but never did. I finally had to threaten to call the police and report it stolen before he paid me far less than quoted. If he didn't want to pay the agreed upon price he should have left the vehicle. Essentially he thought he had the right to decide for me what I was going to accept as payment for my car. If I arrange to buy something on facebook marketplace and arrange a porch pickup I wouldn't just show up and decide the item wasn't worth the asking price and take the item anyway and leave half the amount the seller was asking. Called up there and spoke to a guy named Mike. He then told me to text him my address, but texted me before I got the chance with the wrong vehicle name. I then said back in the text message that it was not a Chevy Tahoe and that it was a GMC Yukon and asked if we were still going through with the plan. He said yes, I said sounds good and never heard back from him again.
I highly recommend this place if your looking to get rid of your car; I was offered a fair price, a very polite driver arrived about an hour later, he paid me the same amount I was offered on the phone, he hooked it up and left. Very easy process.
Quoted me $400 and then when he got here gave me some crap about it didn't have an original catalytic converter which this car was my father's car and it only had $60,000 Mi on it never had an accident the guy bent down supposedly took a picture( which I asked him to send to me and he did not) and showed it to me and then started talking how he wouldn't pay me the $400 it wasn't worth it didn't have the original yada yada offered me 150 bucks to take it away I believe he ripped me off and there is an original catalytic converter on it..
Absolutely horrible experience. I was emailing with who I would assume is the owner and was offered $425 with no mention of needing a title. We arranged for pickup at 4pm (which is on my break from work, I had to be back to work at 5pm) and was told I’d receive a text when they were on their way. 3:50 and no text. When I reached out to see if they still planned on being here at 4pm he said yes. 4:25 and no one was here. Then got a call from a different tow truck driver with no apologies. He shows up 4:55 and instantly lowballs me to $400. Then asks for the title which we didn’t have because no one told us. Then tries to take the car for $300. This was the worst experience ever. There are MANY other junk car places to use, don’t choose this one.
Very friendly, honest and fair service, and responds very quickly to vehicle recycling requests. I would personally recommend them to anyone who needs to scrap a vehicle, and will do so as those occasions arise.
Needed an old car removed from the garage. I sent in a quote request. Got back to me in a day. They came for the car the very next day. Was happy with the amount I got for the car. I'm glad they were able to help out. Highly recommend.

I picked this business to get rid of my 2006 Honda Civic based on their high Google review rating. I would have given them a higher score if they had given me the amount they quoted during our initial phone conversation. However they only gave me one third of that amount after seeing the car. Apparently it didn't have a catalytic converter or aluminum wheels like they expected. My issue is, if they don't know, don't give me a quote without seeing it or give me a range and say it depends what they find once they see it. I'm not sure I would recommend them based on that.
