I can’t say enough great things about Don’s Body Shop! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. A special shoutout to Shelly, who truly went above and beyond—she took the time to track down a hard-to-find grill for my Toyota Tacoma, keeping me updated the whole way. Her dedication and friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier.
Not only did they do excellent work on my truck, but they also reduced my deductible, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated help. To top it off, they delivered the truck right to my house, looking as good as new. The customer service here is just outstanding. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, and caring body shop, Don’s is the place. Highly recommend!
I came in to clean out my car and the lady was extremely patient and kind with me. I was frustrated with everything going on kinda being a jerk and she was so helpful and patient.
The driver was very helpful after I hit a deer. He let me sit in the cab until my ride showed up. When I went to get my stuff out of my totaled car, they got my plate off for me.
Great place to call when you need help when you break down. The wrecker driver was nice and helpful. He was on time as well. He did the job well, and we were on our way.
After living with an 8"' x 10" dent in the rear bumper cover of our 2015 Jeep Renegade for about a year, I finally found time to take the car into Don's Body Shop for the repair. The new owner, Randy, was very pleasant and professional to work with. I made an appointment and dropped off the car in the morning. Before noon I was told that the repair was made and the vehicle ready to pick up. When I arrived back at the shop and asked Randy what I owed him, he said "Nothing. It was an easy repair." I was shocked because I was expecting a significant repair bill!!

I would NOT RECOMMEND or use them for towing or any thing else. They did not take it to where I wanted. Held it in their lot and lost the key fob. Finally got it to a RECOMMEND shop, Varsity Lincoln in Wixom.
I had a VERY UNFORTUNATE situation happen approximately 3 weeks ago and HAD to have my car towed by MSP. Dons body shop showed up and towed my car and took it to their yard. Finally I was able to find out where it went and I went there today. Whoever was working today 12/17/21 With a beard, he was extremely professional and very easy to talk to. He helped me more than I could imagine. He also made a phone call to who I believe is the owner or whoever the higher up is, the owner or whoever it was knocked the price down a lot. They did nothing but try to help me out the best way they can. The price for services went down A LOT. Unfortunately for financial reasons I don’t know if I can get my car back since obviously I kinda need it to make money but if you ever need a tow, I would suggest them. They were awesome!
Dwayne (I think) was so nice and professional. He turned a really bad day upside down for us. Even suggested a way home to avoid the traffic on US23. Great place and great service!
Came in with a stuck tailgate left without spending a dollar and a working tailgate. The owner was helpful genuine and quick. Sent us on our way with our problem solved and we will 100% be back here for any body work needs in the future.

One of the most crooked back alley towing places I’ve ever experienced. The skeleton crew they have working there is rude and hardly ever in the office. Their rates are insane and the racket they have with WLPD is totally unethical. Never go here.
Great experience with their helpful driver. My car was broke down and he pulled it out of the road to a safe place while I waited for my help to arrive. Kudos to this good man! I don't know your name but I'll not forget your kindness!

I had a flat tire on 23 North, called Don's body shop and towing. A very nice guy came (Fred C.) Got me out of a dangerous situation fast! And saved me money by taking the back roads home. Cut 20 miles off my bill! $40 to $50 saving. Thanks FRED!!!
This company has incredibly rude people operating the phones for them. After not reading there paperwork fully to see that I would not be with my vehicle (my insurance company says it was wrote in big BOLD lettering) they proceeded to call me and tell me they can NOT tow my car wothout me present due to me owing them money (after my insurance company told me it was free tow). I dropped the call and when I called back they said "we have called off the tow, find someone else!" And refused to discuss it further. This company is extremely unprofessional in my opinion... you would be better off calling elsewhere.
Their evening driver Jason was great! I had to use AAA to have a uhaul trailer towed after my personal truck broke down, and I felt bad because I know those calls don't pay well. He still had a great attitude which is very important when it comes to customer service. Hopefully I won't have to utilize towing services much more but if so I'll be at ease knowing they have courteous drivers.
They showed up very quickly! I am not familiar with the area and they provided me with an excellent recommendation of where I should take my car. Highly recommend these guys!

Great service, had a ball joint break on a holiday weekend. They answered their phone and sent someone out right away. The driver Tim was amazing and very professional. He was very careful with my car and even got the ball joint back in place before putting on the flatbed so no more damage would occur. Tim was very knowledgeable and experienced, towing since 1992. Price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend! Had them tow from Ann arbor back to my house in new Hudson and it was under $150.
They were very courteous affordable everybody loves Pleasant to work with from the tow truck driver to the mechanic to the owner that came and got us from our hotel to bring it to the shop to get a few overall very satisfied customer

I have no idea what's up with these bad reviews. Dons body shop had been fixing my family's cars for years. (Parents apparently haven't gotten the hang of not hitting things).
My father recommended them to me so I went by. Greg (I believe his name was greg, sorry man I'm horrible with names!) Was incredibly helpful, gave me a much more than fair price (much better than any other quote) and went above and beyond when I did bring my car in. I'm a semi driver so what time I have home is precious. He got me in and I was out in less than an hour with a prettier looking pickup.
If you need a body shop, go to dons. They are a great place. They will have my business till I move away again.
I don't know what's with these negative reviews. And I can't remember for the life of me the guy's name... but my car's bumper fell off my car while we were on the highway. It's a crazy story, but thank god I was right by this place. He only charged me 40 dollars to put it back on, which was very reasonable. And even helped me take off my bad tire and put my new one on there. It was a pretty stressful situation for me when this happen because I was driving to my hometown of Saginaw all the way from where I live now... San Antonio, TX (Yeah that's one hell of a drive.)
Needless to say, that bumper is still on there nice and solid no problem from going to my hometown, and spending time with my family and friends I havent seen since I moved away a couple years ago. All the way back here to San Antonio and still is on there just fine and dandy. :)
I'm apalled at the service I received here. I cannot understand why they're still in business. $215 to get your car towed here, even if you have AAA. They charge a ridiculous amount just to let your car sit on their lot. Most people, after an accident, are shaken up and sensitive. The people working here don't care. I walked in the door to pay my $215 and heard a "and then this f**ker walks in," directed at me. Shocked at how poorly my family and I was treated here. Will NOT recommend Don's for towing or any body work I will hopefully never have to have done. Rude, rude, rude!
