Absolutely great place. Staff member was really friendly helpful, and onsite (was a driver). They managed everything perfectly and were fun to chat with.
America 1 dispatcher took my call right away and sent a towing expert, who arrived far ahead of the time expected. He tested the battery and adjusted the tire pressures (including the spare.) When it was clear that the battery had to be replaced, he towed my car to a local repair shop. Will was polite and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
The car battery died. We called America 1 Towing to tow car to the dealer. Instead the driver offered to jump battery, which we had tried to no avail. We appreciated the help, his bigger truck batteries did the job and saved us towing. Great big thanks. Would call them again. Shout out to Ben/22.

This towing company is the absolute best! I waited for a tow truck for 7 hours through a different company (which never ended up coming).
