My husband was in an accident that totalled his vehicle, and it was towed here. We came to clear out personal belongings and get photos for insurance, and Vaden was super helpful, even after I had to return a second time for additional photos.
Always the highest price. Even in a medical emergency. Driver taken to the hospital, car towed & impounded. If I had been there I could have called a less expensive service & not have to pay storage

Broke down on n14 west call when lady phone was really busy but helped me and very friendly, towing teuck got there within 5 minutes.. towing truck driver very friendly .. would definitely use them again
Do not recommend, guys at the yard and office are extremely rude, and they treat you like you’re an inconvenience to deal with. I don’t know how they are in business. If you get the lady in the office on the phone she was very nice and polite.
I got my horse trailer and truck very stuck. I called triangle out and they came within 1/2 hour and acknowledged the fact that I had my best friend on board. vaden and bill worked quickly to get my rig out a bad position and set me loose without damage to my rig, my horse or myself. Would definitely recommend.
Ran out of gas on I94 and had called 911 none emergency. They sent out Triangle Towing and the guy pulled up and asked if we had cash or card. We asked how much and he said $75. So your telling me a gallon of gas is $75? They man was very angry and complained and stated that he dont do anything under $75. FYI if your ever in this position call Highway Courtesy Patrol. Gas if very free and their much more respectful.

They’re so good they didn’t even need to come out to start my car! I called them and at the mere threat of getting towed my car started right up!
But on a more serious side they seemed very professional and polite on the phone, even though they didn’t end up needing to come out.
The price was okay and they were fairly prompt. The person who answered the phone was great. However, the person who showed up to tow my car wore no mask during the entire interaction, including while I was in the car (wearing mine). While he was polite and otherwise helpful, he was coughing and spitting out the window for most of the drive. I wouldn't rule out going to them again, but only if I had no other options. Especially during a pandemic, I would expect the health and safety of both drivers and customers to be protected as best as possible.
Triangle Towing responded to a roadside service request for Progressive Insurance. The driver was prompt and changed the tire. Unfortunately in the process he did not return the wheel lug lock and this became a ridiculous ordeal. Bill, the Manager, had absolutely no sense of urgency in finding the lock lug and didn't seem to care that it was missing. He told us that he had already been paid by Progressive Insurance, implying he didn't care. After two calls to Progressive Insurance, we finally got resolution although he is not replacing the lug locks with the same quality of lug that was on the vehicle. Ultimately this is only a temporary fix that will end up costing us money in the end. The driver was great. It is unfortunate for him that he works for a manager that doesn't care about his customers until he is pushed to do so by the company paying him.
The worst. Held hostage trapped outside in a thunderstorm. Charged over $250 for towing my car less than a mile. No joke. They also pulled my car on a traditional truck instead of a flatbed and bent my muffler up and my c. Converter was missing the protective heat shield. The worst. Just the worst. Ha, no. New car. Less than 1000 miles on it.
My car would not start and the cooling system was damaged after they towed it.

The repair shop told me the engine blew!
It was towed after they gave me gas and my card was declined. So it was driving fine before they took it!

I WOULD GIVE THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD! My car broke down on the expressway during the morning rush and I accidentally gave them the wrong location 3 times, but Fred still showed up promptly with a warm smile and really helped me stay calm in the situation. Next day, I needed a tow from one garage to the next. Cameron was able to get to me in less than half an hour of my call and was great company on the ride over. Even the woman in the office who answered my calls was extremely helpful and had a great personality. Triangle made my car breaking down the best-worst experience I’ve had!
The company was so helpful and friendly. I originally thought I just had a flat to repair but had to change this to a tow due to not having a wheel lock key. They were so accommodating and arrived right on time. Tim, who towed the car was wonderful. Prompt and friendly. They made the process painless.
I've not used your services but yesterday one of your driver who was either high on drugs or over worked almost hit us head on. He was headed into town on liberty right by the Fleetwood and the beer garden which was packed. This was right around 7 pm. We were going straight on liberty and he just starts driving right at us trying to make a left hand turn. We were pretty close when he did this and luckily we were both able to stop probably a foot from the front of each other. My dad then pulled up next to him and asked what his problem was except in a more colorful manner then asked if he was high on drugs he looked very dazed and confused and stammered and said uhhh I'm trying to make it to a police call. We weren't concerned that he would have hit our brand new truck with only 90 miles on it but concerned he might run over a pedestrian later in his stuper. Oh and you can give me 5 stars if you want I'll give you my name phone number and address upon request. I saw you said you'd give another guy two stars because he used his real name. I'll even video chat with you for the five stars.
I had a flat tire today and no spare on hand. Shane was the tow truck driver who responded to my insurance agency's call. Even in the crazy traffic in Ann Arbor and not k owing the city that well, he arrived within a hour of my call for a pick up. He was wonderful and very professional! His skills with driving the truck was as good as a professional semi truck driver, which impressed me immensely! I've never had such great customer service as I had today! My car was taken care of to the fullest extent and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!!
Took a ticket they couldn't fulfill and then made it our problem. Threatened to charge my triple a card even though they weren't going to help us and mocked us. They are very bad at customer service. It’s also amazing how he took months to respond. Wanted me to go away before he said anything because he knew he treated us so bad. I kept watch because I knew he would do that. He should be ashame. You were rude and you did mock us. You do a disservice to all who do business. BTW, if you are good to your customers, how is you have mostly bad reviews?
Rude treat you like a second-class citizen anybody that uses this service is a detriment to any poor Patron that happens to have their car stuck in their lot for more than 24 hours.
*** My response to your response. My "rant" had nothing to do with being towed. It had everything to do with the way I was treated by the girl in the front office. If you read through your other reviews you will see others have had the same problem. Admit you have an issue and fix it. No one wants to deal with a rude individual.
Drivers are rude. The sales rep who answers the phone is incompetent. I understand it's a towing company but it's hard to believe there is zero professionalism. Never want anything to do with these folks again.

No, I did not have my park illegally. I wanted to tow my car from my assigned parking area to the nearest auto repair shop. The driver was dispatched and had trouble finding the car, was very short with my wife, and did not come back even after I spoke with the rep. I took the day off to take care of my car and was not able to do so.
Broke down outside of AA during the morning rush. Called through AAA, got an estimate for 40 minutes, and Triangle arrived even sooner than that. Got a call to confirm where we were, then the driver (Will) called to update when they were 10 minutes away. We were at the garage within an hour, and the driver confirmed that we had a way to get where we were going before heading off. Fantastic service by Will.
My roadside assistance setup the towing with triangle. The first day they were sent to the wrong address so roughly 30 minutes late. The second day they sent a regular tow truck even though they confirmed on the phone that they would send a flat bed. So far I've waited 2 1/2 hours, and I've just confirmed they're still 20 minutes away. I'll pay for towing next time so I can use a different company, then I'll get reimbursed.
My emergency roadside assistance contacted this place for emergency towing, and they were very easy to work with for getting my vehicle to the required destination.
I had accidentally given the wrong pickup address to roadside assistance but was able to directly call them and change the pickup location without a hitch
All estimated fees were given with advanced warning, and the driver was extremely helpful and professional.
Reading through all the other reviews, it seems like people expect tow truck drivers to magically appear within an hour without taking into account that said drivers need time to get ready, or the fact that bad weather might cause some delays... At the end of the day, the poor drivers are essentially on call 24/7 to provide you assistance; cut them some slack...
I write this as I am currently stranded on the side of the road. AAA recommended Triangle Towing and I was informed the truck would be here in 60 minutes. The extremely disrespectful female dispatcher hung up on me twice after finally calling once the hour was up to tell me it would be another 90 minutes. It is November in Michigan and I cannot turn the car on to get any heat due to the issue with the engine. I will be calling the manager Monday.
I was in an accident due to hydroplanning on the highway the officer called Triangle Towing. I must say the drivers that responded where really quick to load up my Chevy Volt, also very friendly. They took me to the nearest gas station to get me off the highway and told me they would take the car to a lot overnight. That first thing in the morning they would take it to the dealer. I live in Jackson so about 45-60 mins away ; I called to ask if my car was taken to the dealership being I have to still sign for the repairs and get a rental car from the dealer - The lady who took my call informed me it was in route.
About 45-60 mins later I arrive in Ann Arbor, stop to grab some stuff from Meijer so I decide to pull the location of my car from Onstar only to find the location still sitting in the tow yard. This delayed me from getting my rental car and going into work.
Honestly is the best policy and could have got you 5 stars out of 5...
Customer service rep was rude. Should of figured the call wouldn't of went well with the 2 star rating. I had a technician stranded with a dead battery not even 2 miles away, and they refused my credit card over the phone. I'll use Stadium towing when I need it in the future. Stadium accommodated me quickly.
The secretary and the owner are rude, rude, rude! I locked my keys in the car and asked for somebody to open it (this is after I gave them my address) and they said 3 hours. My car was running and I told them they could charge me for a tow truck, I was literally 4 miles away, just have a person in a car come. They refused to do it so I was kind of mad and commented "if I had a child in the car you would come". They sent an ambulance to my house. I am not kidding you. They wasted a medical teams time! I specifically never ask for Don's body shop or Triangle towing because they are very rude.
We were driving home today and accidentally hit a pair of pliers on the road. The tire went flat pretty quickly, and we were having a hard time loosening the lug nuts. I called up to AAA, who told me that it would be at least 45 minutes before anyone could help. Not five minutes later, Triangle Towing called to let us know that someone was on their way. After waiting another ten minutes, Brian showed up and helped us switch out the tire. He was incredibly polite, professional, and fast. My boyfriend and I were both so impressed at how quickly it was taken care of, and soon were back on the road. I'd happily call these guys again if I ever needed help!
We needed a tow from AAA the main call center receptionist Terri was very rude from the onset. The tow truck showed up within 25 minutes which is great, but with smoke billowing from the rear tires and severe burning smell. The driver informed us he couldn't tow us and to call AAA. AAA had to speak with Terri who informed them that we refused towing and that there was nothing wrong with their truck and they would not service us further. LOL. There really wasnt much we could do and AAA got another service right out but what a joke. I thought for sure the tow company was going to need a tow for their own vehicle... avoid if you can...but you unfortunately May not be able to.
I called for towing this morning at 8:00 AM because they are the closest towing to my location. I was a little took back when I see the 2.4 Google rating. The tower truck arrived at 8:45 AM. I rode the truck with my car. In the car, I heard the driver was notified he was 10 minute late for another car accident. I realized they really work hard and try their best to keep their promise to arrive in an tour. But the road condition is something they have no control with. They deserve better that 2.4 rating. I am very satisfied with their service.
We were on our way home from vacation and developed a coolant leak which left us unable to continue our drive. We called for a tow at 4am 40 minutes from our home. Scott the owner answered right away, quoted the price and Jon the tow driver came within the hour. He was very professional and charged us the quoted rate. I was very thankful considering we had a long day already.
