I have used these guys MULTIPLE TIMES for several different things for MANY YEARS! First,they repaired a Ford ranger I had that kept dying and not restarting, after taking it to 3 or 4 places I brought it here. It took only a couple hours for them to figure out it was a master fuse! I purchased a car for myself as well as my husband and daughter and my ex husband even bought one that had only 38k miles! If I had any issues, I was never ignored or swindled! My mom had a city sweeper rip her 2 drivers side doors open like it was a can opener opening a can, they replaced her doors in the same color, switched the locks so she didn't need multiple keys, and did it for less than half of what other places quoted just for the installation. These are some of the most honest, hard working kind people I've ever dealt with. This is a junk yard and they sell used and or damaged parts at times but they have always told me, they even refused to take payment for a fender because it had some scratches and a small dent and wanted me to see it first. If you want a perfect NEW part,GO GET IT FROM THE DEALERSHIP, or how about even inspecting the parts your buying before you leave with them. My whole family has used these guys for everything from parts to repairs to reliable, running, vehicles for THE BEST prices around PERIOD!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS! My daughter bought a 2005 Ford focus from these Thieves. They told us they did a safety inspection, but wouldn't let us take it for a test drive. When I drove the car home it was acting like the tie-rods weren't right. Sure enough, they were all loose! Not to mention the rust had eaten though the attachments to the frame (We didn't know this yet). The damage was in a place where we would need a lift to see it. So after using it for less than a month, she has no car again. Overall it was almost a $2000 lesson (with insurance),never trust Town and Country Salvage, for anything! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKS!

Called them at 4:30 on Friday to go pick up a part i need to complete the job on a veh i was working on and i was hour and half away they told me that they will be closed by the time i get there and explained to them what i was dealing with and owner was very understanding and told me that he would wait for me which i arrived 30 minutes after there closing time. I'm very pleased with there service and height quality parts. Highly recommended

I called a few days in advance to confirm parts were available for my Ford C-Max as listed in online inventory. I called the night before to make arrangements to have two doors pulled off the stock number requested - upon arriving first thing in the morning everything was available and ready to load. Great price and great service. One of the doors didn't fit inside the car and I quickly put it on the vehicle and transferred the old pieces to their door leaving the shell for disposal. Excellent service all around and accommodating of take it or leave it need for the doors. Very satisfying experience!

I purchased an engine and transmission from them. Installed the pair, and the transmission was bad. I had to remove the transmission and get a refund for it. I am out 10 hours of labor, fluid and programming cost. Car it came out of was wrecked in the front hard. They replaced the broken trans pan when they pulled it without notifying me. I know this since the TCM under the pan had a large chip taken out of it and the fasteners were out of place. That was my first and last purchase from this place. Reply from Town and Country Response: What a strange, and totally false response from you. I personally installed this transmission being licensed by the State of Michigan as a mechanic for >20 years with automatic transmission as one of my certs. Trans was installed using Mercon LV fluid, cooler was flushed, transmission adaptive shifts were reset and the solenoid shift strategies were programmed into the PCM utilizing a Cardaq J2534 connected through FJDS to Motorcraft website. It was installed 100% by the book. The transmission was aerating fluid you sold me, I believe its from a broken internal filter or a bad pump. I have attached pictures showing how hard the car was hit Town and Country Pulled it out of. This transmission should have NEVER been sold in my opinion. You can also see the TCM cracked if you zoom in on the left upper part of the trans. You can also see the aerated fluid in that same picture.

I called about a fender and asked if it was off the car. It was not I said I have a 30min drive. They said it’s plenty of time to pull it please call back when your on your way. I left work to take a long lunch called them and asked again if it would be ready. They assured me it would be. When I showed up they asked me questions about how to remove it. There tech comes in and they tell him to remove it. Clearly they didn’t even start to take it off. I had a frustrated look on my face but didn’t say anything. Then they ask everything good? I say quietly yea just trying to get back work. They got an attitude with me flashing their computer screen showing how busy they are. 35min later they had it off. If they actually started when they said they would I would have waited only 5min tops. No respect for peoples time and terrible communication skills. I find it important to support local family business but this is not something I recommend.

Great experience! I spoke with a guy named Mike. Told me he has two parts for me with the same color. I came and the fender was the same color but damaged from them taking it off and was still asking a high price and the hood turned out to be a whole different color not even close to the color I asked and confirmed he had. Did not care that I came from an hour and a half away. Terrible customer service.
