Luke was AMAZING!! So patient and kind. The van I had a flat on, had to have the tire lowered and had a lock on the tire itself. The car was rusty and hard to maneuver, but Luke did it all with a smile. It was toughest tire change ever, and took a lot of grit, but Luke did fantastic!! I highly recommend & would call Brewer’s again anytime I needed service. They also arrived within an hour of calling.
I was driving on Independence Road and my ball joint snapped luckily I wasn’t hurt was very shaken up though so Kenton County police Was very helpful so they called for the tow and I ask if he could tow to my house and he said he couldn’t because he was on call but he could the next morning I called 1030am The next morning and I ask what time he could tow my car to my house and his response was”I CANT TOW IT MY WRECKER IS GOING TO GARBAGE GETTING SOME WORK DONE THIS WAS 12 HOURS LATER!! LONG story short, $503 and I had to pay another $80 to have it towed to my house !! That was daily storage fee for three days And to have it towed from Independence to Walton !! Shame on you !!! You ripped me off and got away with it!! You Reap what you SOW !! Beware if your car breaks down!! They will rip you off and get away with it!!
Horrible tow company. My fiancé was stuck on us 23 under the Plymouth road overpass about 1.8 miles from where we broke down. Refused to come help us and denied our road side service even when asked by MIchigan State Police. All they needed to do was pick up the car and tow to discount tire on carpenter road 4.7 miles away. Ridiculous
I called the Ann Arbor police because I had a flat tire; flat to the point where I could no longer drive my vehicle. Ann Arbor police dispatched Brewers Towing; I had a gentleman by the name of Cody help me out. This gentleman was amazing; he reassured me that he would do whatever it took to fix my tire and get me back on the road. Within half hour he had it all situated and done. Please take care of Cody he was truly amazing. I was crying so upset bc I was far from home and there was no gas station in sight. No one to help; he was sent from up above and I truly feel this.
Very thankful for Ian, our tow truck driver. He showed up quickly after we got stuck in a frozen ditch, and he went above and beyond anything we expected. Not only did he safely pull us out, but he also helped us move a massive concrete block that had become wedged underneath the truck. Ian was professional, calm, and genuinely committed to helping us get back on the road. You don’t see that level of effort or care every day. If you’re ever in a tough situation, Ian is exactly the person you want showing up. Highly recommend!
Many thanks to Josh, who helped out my daughter who had two leaking valve stems while visiting friends at U of M. He was quick, kind and courteous; even following her to a tire shop in case her tires couldn’t make it there.
They towed my vehicle from a no parking zone. Which my car was only parked there for a short period of time. My boyfriend had to drop me and our son off to get to his appointment at Mott’s cuz there was no parking in the parking garages and there was so much construction going on. Being there was other cars parked in the area he parked there too. Anyways my all wheel drive got towed in a way it should not and now my car isn’t driveable and is waiting to get fixed. ($1700) Tried to call brewers and they won’t talk. I sent the pics of the damage to them and no response.
Called because I needed my spare tire put on I asked Jesse if the spare had air in it he said yes. I’m standing looking at it it looks flat and he assures me there’s air in it. It wasn’t I had to pay three dollars for air on top of the $80 spare tire replacement. They can do much better. Would not recommend.
Two gentlemen just helped me get to a shop. Quick service, super efficient and nice tradesmen, and they were kind enough to give me some grace on the bill after I think I sent them to the wrong address at first. If I'm in the area again and need a tow, I'm calling Brewer's before anyone else. Hell, if they were too booked I'd probably rather wait for Brewer's to free up before I called anywhere else.
My wife and I were returning from a trip when something in the road sliced one of our tires. Being a Corvette, the run-flats are useless when slashed—and of course, Corvettes don’t come with spare tires. Since we were from out of town and unsure of who might show up to help or what kind of service we’d get, I had no choice but to Google "roadside assistance."
A call was made, and a tow truck arrived at our location within about 20 minutes. Thankfully, God was looking out for us because the gentleman who showed up—in a clean, well-presented tow truck—was absolutely the right person for the job. He took great pride in safely mobilizing the car for transport and drove my wife and me to a Discount Tire, where the tire was replaced and we were back on the road within a couple of hours.
Billing was simple—an invoice was sent to my phone, which made paying a breeze. You won’t find anyone more professional or capable than Brewer's Towing.
Huge thanks to the amazing girl from the towing company who gave us a ride after our accident. She was so kind, helpful, and friendly—it really made a tough moment easier. Her warm attitude and support meant a lot. She’s truly the best!
My experience with the company was fantastic. A prompt phone answer, empathy and knowledge were much appreciated from the girl who answered the phone. Jesse who came to the car was fast and kind. He helped me feel less stressed and took great care of my vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Ann Arbor area.
I had parked in a lot for 5 minutes to pick up food while working as a DoorDasher (so I can afford college/food), and I when I came back my car was gone (apparently they had a truck hiding). When I went to pick my car up, they even tried charging me a “storage fee,” even though I beat the truck to the lot. This is on top of the exorbitant amount of money they charged in the first place. This company is predatory, preying on broke college students. Nothing else to say, these guys are scummy.
When I was moving into my apartment I parked in the spot I had rented and ran inside for one minute to get my parking pass, when I came back outside they were taking my car away and would not listen to me when I was explaining there was no way for me to have had a pass yet because I just got there but it was indeed my spot. Nice ticket for my move in day. About a month later I got back to my spot and there was someone in it- when I called to get them towed I was given a lot of attitude and told it would take 2 hours to get there. The owner of the car got outside after a hour and told me they were parked there all day and were able to leave before the truck got there. I find it crazy that I as someone who rent that spot for myself will get towed in one minute but the person parked illegally in my spot gets off on nothing. Note that I was stuck outside to wait during that hour (evening and winter time) because I can not park in any spot that’s not my own
Cheaper than others, dispatch was very understanding when I wanted to call for other rates and then response was quick once I ordered the truck. The driver was courteous and efficient.
Excellent service, faster than AAA. Luke did a fantastic job with my ‘87 240 Volvo and completely understood why I was a bit anxious because he had learned to drive on a Volvo as well . just had my car dropped off and to where i needed it. The lady that picked up the phone was very helpful in setting this up. they had the a very fair price and when it came time to pay it was what they quoted. no extra charges at the time of payment like other places ive used. i would use them again if i needed another tow

This is my go-to towing service. Luke was incredible! My front axel gave out in an intersection and he was there within 30 minutes and got my car hooked up in no time. So grateful for this company and their response time.
My car repeatedly wouldn’t start and the battery was fine so I called Brewer’s for a tow. They came within 30 minutes. But the best part of my experience today was that I didn’t need a tow! Michael recognized I had a starter issue… and tricked the ignition into starting by repeatedly turning the ignition. I then drove the car to the mechanic, with no call or tow fee. Thanks for the honest and generous assist, Brewer’s!
I called for service for this company my truck died in the worst possible spot on Carpenter Road and Ellsworth the dispatch lady was professional kind and patient with me she told me the driver would be out there in 15 minutes and he was. This tow truck driver was probably the best tow truck driver I've ever had to deal with I was stressed out it was hot and his professionalism was amazing his calm cool Collective made the situation so much better. He was cheerful just made this situation a lot easier to deal. It was truck 68 and Driver LR. This man is a shining example of what customer service should be and you should be proud to have him as an employee.
Mike helped get my teenage kids out off a ditch after they slid off an icy road. He got there very quick and was so helpful and understanding. Very happy with the service he provided.
Kyle and the entire staff are the best around! As a local repair shop owner this is the company that I personally use for my business. Great service and the most reasonable priced towing company in this entire area. Call them, you will not regret it! In fact if your cars broke and you need a tow to a good repair shop, tell them to send it to Auto Revise on Washtenaw Ave! Thank you to everyone here for always taking care of me and my customers!!!!
After taking over an hour and a half to arrive the driver took the longest route possible and charged me $70 more than what I was quoted. I could have saved myself a lot of time and money if they would have been honest upfront so I could call someone else. I do not recommend.
Jimmy was excellent this morning. Very calm and professional. Our car ended up just needing a jump, but he took extra time to make sure everything was set for us to drive it to the dealership for further testing.
