If I could give a no stars I would !! Very unprofessional scheduled pick up at 4 pm I had to call them he acted like driver would be there any min then driver calls me 20 min later says he just got told about it he would be there in 45 min more . Then 2 hours later the owner calling me and texting saying he on the way to pick up my Grand Cherokee ??? Problem is I don't own a grand Cherokee 😕 very incompetent owner company period it funny because there are so many places to pick from to treat your customers like the dont matter!!
Awesome and quick service. Called and same day pick up, within about an hour. Alex who picked up the car was nice, friendly, and made the process very easy peasy.
Would not pay me the $400 quoted said I did not have an original catalytic converter this was my father's car he never had an accident or was only $60,000 Mi on this car supposedly took some picture underneath and showed me but would not send me a copy of this picture I would not recommend them to anyone
