Do not trust!!
I called 4-5 places and they all quoted me $500 for my car, but I picked Hadi's bc they were local and I try to keep business local when I can. I ended up waiting almost an hour after our agreed upon time, then driver pretended to look under the car with his camera (I could see his dang screen!) and asks if someone worked on the exhaust. I say no and I could prove it bc it was in my mechanic's lot. He says someone messed with it and tells me $300. I was pretty angry and said "nope, I'll call one of the other 4 places I called" and walked to the car I was riding in and got inside. He then walked to the car I was in and was "hold on, I'll get you more" and acts like he's haggling on the phone with someone and says to me $400. I said no, that this was some bs! He then intimidatingly moves into the door opening I was in and was "come on lady, I have the money right here, just take the $400 bc it's the best you'll get!" I said no and told him to back up! My guy friend that was driving me was standing on the driver's side smoking and at that point threw his cigarette down and started to walk over and then the driver said "ok, ok, $500" and pulls out a stack of hundreds and counts out 5 and paid me finally! I'm certain he thought he could pull that BS with me bc I'm a female! The part where he gets real close and tries to intimidate me was about to get him kicked!
If I could give a no stars I would !! Very unprofessional scheduled pick up at 4 pm I had to call them he acted like driver would be there any min then driver calls me 20 min later says he just got told about it he would be there in 45 min more . Then 2 hours later the owner calling me and texting saying he on the way to pick up my Grand Cherokee ??? Problem is I don't own a grand Cherokee very incompetent owner company period it funny because there are so many places to pick from to treat your customers like the dont matter!!
Would not pay me the $400 quoted said I did not have an original catalytic converter this was my father's car he never had an accident or was only $60,000 Mi on this car supposedly took some picture underneath and showed me but would not send me a copy of this picture I would not recommend them to anyone
Awesome and quick service. Called and same day pick up, within about an hour. Alex who picked up the car was nice, friendly, and made the process very easy peasy.
they were out to my house in a few hours we exchange the title for the money.My husband tears in his eyes because that was his baby that left the driveway. we were very satisfied
