Would leave 0 starts if I could called to see if they had a bumper it was close to closing time but they said I still could go get the bumper walked across the hole yard to find out the truck I was needing the bumper off was no longer there and the scrapped it what a waste of time a simple no would of worked or a look in the yard to make sure it was there before you make someone drive 40 mins for nothing
Loved it workers were very helpful..found what I needed.. but I think I forgot to get my drivers license back and it's only Saturday and doesn't open til sunday. Ughhhhg
Stopped in about a week ago. I needed two small bolts for the timing on my car. Signed papers, gave the lady my license and headed back to find my bolts. Found the car I was looking for, got my bolts and headed back to the office. Showed the lady behind the counter my 2 bolts, she handed me my license and said no charge. May seem like a small deal but those bolts were $25 a piece. Great place I will def be back. Thanks again!
They had the part said I'd be there took my credit card number over the phone ,then was a jerl to me when I got the part..saying I said I'd take off when on way ..he knew I was in way thats why I gave my credit card number.smh..luckily the part was just laying already off or I'd be waiting more then I was ..made me go by myself and get the part and drag it all the way up front..gave me attitude when paying..just make sure you let them know I guess a couple of times .
Just about the worst place to get a used tire i've got new tires cheaper in the past they nickel and dime you to get every cent they can out of you here $60 for a used tire i paid $35 next door at weebees i'd suggest calling there first. They also have the wrong address on google and don't answer their phone half the time. The new address is 15212 telegraph though if anyones looking for it seeing that they can't be bothered to make that public knowledge.
Super nice guys and decent prices the owner Dallas looked at my SUV when I thought it was the transmission going he discovered that it was something eles entirely different so glad I went to them.
I've love that place best people in the world they help every one they can and there the best at it i've been doing buisness with them since the day i found out about them and will not go anywhere but there you shoud do the same
I recommend going any where but here. The way they managed to send my buddy off with no oil in his engine and a complete mess in the engine compartment itself. He's already had to do a full tear down. Thanks again Hull Road Auto for costing people more time and money when they paid you to do the job in the first place!
Would not recommend friend took his truck here to get a motor replaced and provided the motor and oil place used his oil in another customers vehicle and when the truck was given back it wouldnt start from the key and the new motor wasnt filled with oil at all horrible place that doesn't care about their customer s
If I could give these folks a 0, even a -10/10 I would. Sent my 1986 Ford F-150 to them with a replacement engine. It is now july 24th... I took it home today, though it is now a push button start, a lost transmission dipstick, weak starter power. Made it a mile down the road to find out that they never did an oil change. They just threw a new Filter on and used the oil I bought on one of their own vehicles. Had to change the alternator belt in the local Oreillys parking lot along with putting two quarts of oil in. Pulling into Oreillys it was knocking like crazy. Saved it just in time. Needed two jumps at O'Reillys before I got it steadily running. Drove it from Monroe to Inkster. I am terribly dissatisfied with their work.
