Told me one price for a simple pull with no tow. When they got the vehicle out in 5 minutes the price doubled. Shady company. Also hooked to my number and ripped it off. Nor did they apologize or try to compensate for anything. Complete garbage. Better off calling tapper

I'd have to say very professional company with a great driver who represents them well. I had a catastrophic failure in my military Humvee transfercase and it was bad ?.
I called and they where on it with no issues about hauling my beast of a truck home for me. And I'll add this the driver went above and beyond his requirements to help me out in a thunderstorm with a stuck in gear Humvee. Without this company and them willing to haul my truck I would have been stranded for the night. Thank you so very much 5 star's I will use them again.

I called and explained to the dispatcher that my daughter was in a ditch and we weren't sure of the amount of damage but we knew the tire was damaged so we wanted it towed to a local tire shop. She took my information, location of the vehicle and the address of tire shop. She said he would be there in about an hour. I met with the driver (he was great) and he began wenching the car out of the ditch. He received a call from dispatch telling him that my job was a wench job and he needed to drop the car and go to a different job. If my job was a wench only why would the dispatch ask for the address of the tire shop I want the car to go to.? Driver told me he had to leave my car after he got it out of the ditch, he didn't have time to take it to the tire shop (which was literally on his way to the next location) and he would only charge me for the trip but I'd have to find another way to get it to the tire shop. I was standing on the side of an icy road in sub zero temps begging this man not to ditch me (literally) on the side of the road.
I pointed out that he was already here and the tire shop was on the way. I could tell he felt bad. He called dispatch back and told me he could do the tow but he'd have to charge me extra.
This morning I called the office to let them know I was unhappy with their service. The woman I talked to wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. She just kept repeating your job was a wench only, it was the same woman who took my call the day before so she knew I had asked for a tow. She told me I should be grateful they completed the job. Grateful you completed the job I hired / payed for? mmm okay.
No one should have to beg, cue the tears or pay extra for good customer service and don't take a job that you have no intention of completing!
Not only did Nick arrive promptly, but he saved us out of a dangerous situation we didn't know we were in. Our car broke down in a somewhat rural area right by the interstate. We were not far from nearby towns, so we assumed that when OnStar told us that they could arrange a Lyft, they would. Nick told us that he'd wait with us because there were no Lyfts or Ubers serving that area. Eventually OnStar just stopped calling, and we realized Nick's advice rescued our young family from being stranded on the side of the road indefinitely. He waited at least a half-hour until we were picked up by a combination of kind strangers and my out-of-state cousin. OnStar totally failed us, but Arndt's towing kept us safe. For this I'll forever be grateful. My three-year-old will forever be grateful because Nick even showed him how the tow truck winch worked!
10/10 service! Needed to take my car to the mechanic came within 2 hours! Employee Nick was super nice and got the job done fast and easy! Will be using them again if needed!
My boyfriend and I caught a flat tire on the side of the high way and Nick was there in no time ! It was on Sunday and no one was open but He went above and beyond to ensure we were able to be back on the road !

I will never call anyone else for towing ever again. Fast, friendly, cheap, and some pretty amazing people that helped me out. I’m homeless and live in my car. My car broke down on the highway and I’ve been there for 8+hours. I called so many places, then I asked about payment plans.
He helped me even as I have no money to my name, told me to pay him when I can.
I’m not a person of faith or nothing like that but I thank god for him helping me. Such caring people. I’m just waiting on back pay, then I’m going to repay him and more.

I had gotten a flat tire on I-94 and didn’t have a wheel lock key for my tire. It was a 90+ degree day. They came out quickly and provided excellent customer service.
