This is at least my second time using them and will definitely continue to do so. They are very friendly, nice, and professional. I was shocked at how fast they got my car back up and running. One of the best shops in the area by far. Definitely recommend

Idk who Amanda is butttt she answered the phone and she’s very nice lady. Having to had called 3-4 times to make an appt and end up canceling her and one other lady were so understanding and it seemed like Amanda sympathized with me!!! ( which I really appreciated) she also only laughed a little when she asked for my first name and I gave her the whole first last and middle name of my car ?. I had a rough day but having someone cheery on the phone made it a lot better being that I could afford to get my car looked at. Thankssss Amanda

Brake pedal went to the floor suddenly and these guys were the closest shop. Turns out I needed 2 rusted brake lines replaced. I was quoted for 3 hours + parts, but they put in way more hours than that to get the job done for the quoted amount. Very honest and friendly people. A+ WOULD RECOMMEND! UPDATE: 2 weeks later one of the new brake lines ruptured from a rock hitting it or something, they fixed it in less than an hour and only charged me for the compression fitting! A+ GOOD SIR!

Our car overheated on our trip near these guys, and it was after 3pm. They were so kind, they got us in right away and were able to get the parts and get us fixed up right away. So grateful!!

Great people and great service at this business! I came to them on a Friday morning with a wheel bearing out on my truck. They fit me in the schedule last minute and finish the job before the end of the day. I would highly recommend this company for their promptness and overall customer service. Having my truck break almost 1000 miles away from home is a pretty nerve-racking experience especially when you don’t know any of the mechanics in the area. I consider myself pretty lucky coming across these guys to make that experience a lot easier.

Took my 2008 Ford edge in to get the AC working again, after 2 plus weeks they were unable to get fixed. I was billed $ 379.39 I paid and will not go back.

While driving from Detroit to southern IL, the low pressure light came on in my car. We managed to get it to Arndt's in time and Cody was amazing! He took care of us so fast and was kind. The team in the office was wonderful as well. THANK YOU!

I first came here unexpectedly and it was a great experience. 5 stars . So I returned shortly after for a new tire. I never pick the cheapest option. I always go for the middle/better option as I did. I still make payment on this car so I am very protective of it. If any damages happens to the car it’s very crucial to the value of the car.. so when I take my car into a shop and it comes out damaged.. it’s unbelievable. It’s heart wrenching. The worker ( not John he helped the first time and was amazing) broke the hub cover to my wheel. It’s so tacky and a huge eye sore and of course lower the value to my car. First day of the tire it shots down to 30psi (45 is what it’s supposed to be at). I fill up the tire twice times and called the shop. They said they can not help much with the tire but come in and check it out. Also they said they can NOT replace the hub cover they snapped in half because they don’t have that there… there is no way to get it, she said.. very interesting considering I am sure you guys out source almost every car part you install. No help on the tire. No replacement of what you broke.. I truly want to do less than 4 stars for lowing the value in my car when you’re supposed to add to it.. but I’ll do 4 because I did have a great experience the first time. I just did not like hearing you can’t fix the hub cover YOU broke. That’s extremely unprofessional and very deserving of 2-3 star rate. I would be cautious picking up your car here. Check before you leave in case they damaged your car.

Amazing sevice . I was in dire need of tires didn't want to drive 1hr out of town. So happy a didn't. Arndts staff took great care of me and in a timely manner. Great people !!!

These people are amazing. New Years Eve day they towed me within 45 min, when my AAA coverage wouldn't even respond! Fantastic! Then they installed a starter in a couple hours for a very fair price. I have nothing but good things to say about Arndt's.

Nice and friendly people. They saved our family with a tow and brand new tire. We were back on the road quickly to continue our long trip home!

I had an emergency on Christmas weekend where my car broke down and I didn't know why. I called two other companies and even drove to those places to ask for help. Those places claimed they couldn't help us. The moment I called Arndts they not only provided a tow within 5 minutes of contact but also did a short notice diagnostic and repair! My car was running brand new and they did it for an amazing price! God bless them for helping me.

If you’re ever near Hartford Mi. And have an have an issue with your vehicle these are the people to call! We had purchased an older truck in Detroit and were heading back to iowa when it just wouldn’t start. We called them they towed it to their shop and helped me get it back on the road! And we made it all the way back to central iowa! I greatly appreciated their help, how nice every one was and the fact that they don’t take advantage of a situation by over charging people who just need help! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, thank you all again!

Nick was fantastic when I called him at 6:45 am to come rescue me. I was in tears and the car I just bought overheated on me on the highway. He was professional, explained everything and got me to the dealer. So thankful he was caring and compassionate during this as I was super stressed.

I had a fantastic experience here. I recived a check engine light while travelling on 94 heading out to Chicago from Boston and took the Hartford exit. I looked at a few places but decided this was best. I made the right choice. The entire staff was friendly, skilled, and helpful. They were able to get me up and running in around an hour and a half. Zach worked effectively and efficiently. I am so thrilled with my experience and would definitely return if I lived in the area.

Was on a road trip with my mother and 3 kids visiting family out of state. After an aweful ride in, we discovered our tire not only had a bent rim, but it was also cracked and could not be repaired. Thanks to the hardworking, professional, and super friendly team at Arndt's Auto, what started as an awful trip ended on a high note! Thank you again for everything!!!

Blew the rear end out of my Tahoe right on the off ramp to the Hartford exit and they were there within minutes! Friendly tow guy and his skills were impeccable! My rear tires were locked up and he loaded it and unloaded it like a pro! Kudos to him for that! 5 star service…

Nick rolled out of bed at 7:30 on a Sunday morning to rescue our vacation with four Fifth wheel tires. He was professional, helpful, and friendly. Great service!

This business was amazing. I called them and they came to get me within 20 minutes after I was already on the side of the road for over an hour waiting on state farm. My car was then fixed in an hour.

Had a flat when driving back home on a Sunday afternoon. Nick very kindly came in despite the shop being closed and helped us get a new tire. Quick service and very kind, we were very grateful!!

We rolled up with a thump and grind and a "something is wrong and we have 5 more hours of driving to go and are currently 4 hours from home, I know it's late Friday afternoon, but please help". They quickly assessed that the thing that holds the wheel on was not spinning right, they quickly ordered a doo-hickey and within 20 minutes, their delivery guy was there with the part! They used all the whirring and cranking gadgets and in minutes the Whatchamacallit was replaced and we were ready to go! They were super cool, super helpful, super quick and super friendly. I highly recommend them! Thank you for getting us back on the road right away!

Nick, a gentleman with glasses, really made our experience calm and smooth. He assured us and made sure that we made the right choice after an accident and drove us to a nearby hotel and made sure that we were safe. Not a kind of a person to write reviews, but I had to because of how well Nick handled the situation and how he helped my family and I.

I got an unexpected flat tire, it was after hours and they went above and beyond to getting me back on the road. Their pricing is super affordable compared to what I was going to pay. I highly recommended!!

Nick is amazing. I needed a tire replaced and he went above and beyond to find one. He also allowed my son to bring in his breaded dragon to get warm. I recommend this 10/10.

Nick is amazing. My mom and where stuck on the freeway he came and towed us searched and searched for a tire finally found one. He is very patient and knowledgeable. If I'm ever in the area and need car help definitely will be back.

Mark is by far one of the nicest most professional people I ever met. The kindness and care he showed me and my son when we broke down on the freeway was amazing. So thankful for his help. Definitely ask for Mark if you breakdown and in need of help. He's the best.

In a very desperate delicate situation, I called for towing and they got to me in record time !! The tow guy was polite, professional, and delivered my car to my home fast and with quality. I highly recommend and will use them for every towing need I have.
