I placed an order on the 10th, it was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. FedEx has had it marked “out for delivery” for 4 days now. I can’t get ahold of anyone here to figure out what is going on. I sent an email and received one response with a screenshot of the same info I already had from the FedEx number. I ordered from this company because of their advertised fast shipping and I wish I would have just gone to the local parts store/ebay. If you’re expecting slow shipping and lack of customer care this is the company for you.
Customer service is solid. One component of my kit was incorrect. 5 minutes on the phone. They had the right one to my door in 5 days. Purchased titanium kit all components seem very nice. Tech support was happy to help. Tho advice was questionable. Remember ball joints do not have a break in period if they are tight you need to adjust something. I’ll order parts again from these guys.
This company has terrible, pretty much nonexistent, customer service. I ordered parts from them and was sent the wrong component. No big deal, I’ll just request a replacement. Email multiple times, call multiple times, left voicemails, no response or any call back. Finally get through to somebody and they said they’ll send the correct part. Receive the replacement about a week later and it’s still incorrect. Try to reach out via more emails, more calls, never hear back.
Either they’re severely understaffed, or they just simply don’t care about ensuring that their customers are taken care of once they get their money. Never felt so neglected by a company before, especially one where I spent a lot of money with. I’d avoid them at all costs.
Fast shipping, answered my technical question about the steering dampener bushings, excellent steering parts. my 2005 Dodge 2500 4X4 has never driven this precise
I was looking for quality parts and getting them from one supplier. They put a complete front steering parts sway bar links and bushings along with 2 steering dampeners.
FREE shipping on 60lbs of parts and they were at my house in 3 day all nicely wrapped.
I can't say how glad I was to find a company that stayed later to put my package together.

Worst customer service. Doesn't warranty parts as they should. Product only last a year. Have to purchase another set or send them back for inspection. Which leaves my truck down. Not doing all that bs. I'll purchase from moog or another company product. That actually stands behind their 100% satisfaction claim. Undercar is a joke.
I purchased a part from these guys, waited for weeks just for them to tell me they are missing a jam nut. They are advertising product that they don't even have available, then ask you to wait with no updates.
I was hesitant at first because I never heard of these guys but they were the only ones that had my parts in stock and shipped immediately AND IT ARRIVED EARLY! I'd give 10 stars if I could.
I’ve called multiple times to file a warranty claim. Called the number I received in the email they sent. Option 4 is the warranty department and all you get is voicemail leave a message and never get a call back. So much for a lifetime warranty!
Love these guys!! They do their best to take care of your needs! Very good at what they do!👍🏻 They are honest and look out for the good of their customers!
I had a set of XRF ball joints on my truck for 7 years that’s awesome for a old dodge . So good quality parts and fast shipping . Customer service however could use a little work but all in all American under car is a good company that stands by there product Thanks
