Been going there my whole life, but in the last 5-10 years I’ve pretty much stopped going. Prices are ridiculous anymore, and no room for common sense negotiation. From a lifetime customer to I’ll go there if I absolutely have to.

Took a car in, they put a guy in the loader who didn't know what he was doing, took out my air suspension in my truck and damaged my new trailer, called the owner and tried to get him to do the right thing be instead he told me to take him to court. So glad he has surveillance on the property so everyone will know the truth!
A little pricey, and had an extremely backwoods, country, something from a movie kind of vibe to it ? but they had exactly what I needed!! You can pull or they can pull for you.
I had them help with roadside assistance twice within a month. Although i was dissapointed that a flatbed tow was cheaper than a tug out of the ditch they are quick and professional. Overall good experience. The junkyard also has a pull your own part option which saved me a ton of money!
$25 for a used pulley. Online They have the same exact mopar pulley, new, in the box, for $25 as well as new aftermarket pulleys for $10 that would do fine for the rest of this vehicles life. I only gave an extra star because the staff was kind.
