Very happy with them. My accident was a couple days before Christmas. And because of that, we weren't able to get our stuff out of it for a few days. They covered the broken windows, to protect it from the weather and our things were safe until we could get to it.
I called for a tow after my car's starter died on me at a gas station. Less than 5 minutes later Owen from Brokers was there and was able to get my car loaded up and back to my house where I could fix it. They are super fast, friendly and good at what they do and if I never need a tow again they'll be the first ones I call.
We were on vacation (Sept 2024) and hit a deer on US131. I googled towing in Three Rivers and called Brokers Towing. They came very quickly and were very courteous and helpful. The gentleman that came offered to call the police since he had a non emergency phone number. He even offered to drop us off somewhere if we wanted. I would highly recommend Brokers.
Thank you Owen for coming to the rescue! He was super respectful, kind, and courteous! I will be for sure calling Brokers again if I need towing help. But hopefully not anytime soon
No great at releasing your car when insurance has paperwork all done been fighting with them for two days I do not recommend these guys or will ever use them again Graham towing is so much better
Great experience here. After mentioning to the tow truck driver that the ignition keys were locked inside my car, he took time out of his day to drive several blocks to where my vehicle sat to get the door open ... and I never even asked him for help.
I had a flat tire on the side of 131 during the 3:00 rush. Brokers saw me pulled over and not only stopped to ask if I needed any help; but they were quick to get my tire changed and got me back on the road. So polite and helpful!
The gentleman that towed my car was super nice and respectful. He gave me some good insight on my vehicle and showed me a trick for when I have a dead battery. Price was very reasonable as well. Good company with good people.
I needed my truck towed to have it worked on. Broker’s was very quick and professional. I would not hesitate to use Broker’s services in any situation that calls for it.
They towed my vehicle approximately 3 miles and charged me 750$ then proceeded to try and explain how it was a deal for the tow.... I feel that they are out to take advantage of little guys just trying to get by and tear ur vehicle up worse cause why not I guess. Terrible service and absolutely outrageous. If I have another accident first word I'll say is DONT CALL BROKERS

While my daughter was out of town “in Vegas” and I was watching her house, girls & animals. I put the dog in the car and he stepped on the locks and locked himself in the car. I was horrified to even tell my daughter the news but her wonderful neighbors The Brady’s told me to call Broker’s. Owen was there in his personal vehicle so quickly and let Oliver out thankfully. Never charged me a dime!! I would refer Brokers to others when in an emergency and when it’s not. He was extremely friendly & showed great customer service skills!! Which I might add is hard to find nowadays!! Thank you so much Owen for your kindness!! Thank you Brokers!!
My Dad needed help changing a tire that had gone flat but had been fixed with a locking lug nut. He called Broker's and the gentleman was so helpful. Aaron, who says he goes by Cletus, had the tool needed to get the locking lug nuts off all four tires and patched and filled the bad tire in an incredibly timely manner. My Dad was very pleased, Cletus came ready with all the tools needed for the job; including a winning attitude.
My vehicle was brought to Brokers. I was struggling to pay the amount to get it back. I called every day for 4days. They where very helpful and worked with me to help me get my car back. Owen and Cletus were very understanding and helpful. Appreciate them both very much!! Thanks
After my son recently locked me out of my car Brokers came to help in a timely manner. We were very appreciative. We have also used them for a couple different rows and they were very helpful!
After waiting for multiple hours on a AAA tow, I decided to call Brokers instead. Walked in, handed them my keys, and they texted me when my vehicle had been dropped off. Glad we have them locally. Prices are fair and worth the peace of mind.
I was late to work and in a rush and while getting out I locked my car from the inside and forgot to grab my keys. While on my lunch break I gave these guys a call and they said they could send someone down right now. It was pouring outside and the guy pulls up and gets right out and unlocks my car within minutes of arriving. He was very nice and so were the people I talked to on the phone. If I need anything again these guys will definitely be my first option. Great place to rely on!
I was away on vacation. My son used my car with permission. They are liars. Cheaters and con artists. My car is clearly off the guard rail. They did not have a debris field to clean up and told me my car was totaled over the phone. I did not rush home. My son was fine. Then they wanted 500 dollars for me to get my personal belongings. So I called the police. Guess what? I get my things without having to spend a dime. And my vehicle is not totaled. Took my paperwork in and said I had discrepancies on it. He didn't even look at it. He threw it back at me and said take me to court. Nice friendly service. He was told in 2019 he could not charge people to get their belongings. What a crook. The police officer said take him to court. So I am. Rosemary Shahan at C.A.R.S.COM she can help all others who have been scamed too.

Brokers has always been my go to when locking my keys in my car... it happens more often than it should lol. Today my son had my keys and locked himself in my car, brokers was there within 5 minutes to help us out! Very reliable and friendly service! 100% recommend
Highly recommend this company. My girlfriend and I were headed home from Kalamazoo Mi, hit a deer on 131. Jason showed up very friendly and assured us he would take us to the local grocery store. He helped us carry our belonging and Made sure we had a ride home (Indiana ) Thanks again for your kindness!!!
Incredible service, so helpful and they were able to get my car back on the road in no time. AAA quoted a three hour wait! Jason and Andrew know their stuff! If I ever get in a jam in TR again (hoping not) they will be the first ones I call! Highly recommend!
We've always gotten good service from them. They went out of their way to help us when our spare tire was stuck under the vehicle and wouldn't come down. They came as quickly as they could to help us and were really friendly and helpful.
