Really disappointed with your scale guy who wants to try and tell everyone what they have is shred or something worth significantly less. I've come here my entire life I know and understand the difference types of metals and grades. never once have I seen the scale guy seemingly everyone "I can't pay you X for this, because"... Your scale guy acts like no one knows what different types of metal are. You guys can do better. But in the mean time I'll be finding a new yard to get better prices and a scale guy who won't argue with me that a 7mm nut doesn't constitute enough steel to give me shred price for an entire unit when the entire part is in fact clean aluminum. He gave me significant less for a honda catalytic converter so I hope you guys feel good about yourself knowing your ripping people off now days, in my opinion.
Fast and friendly I couldn't believe how clean and organized this scrap yard was they are super friendly and always patient with me when it comes to sorting the copper and stuff lol
Awful place, trying to turn scrap into a chain business and it clearly isn't working. Go to Tin Man, it's 5 minutes away with much better people, better service, and better rates.
I set up an appointment to have an old car picked up to be scrapped. They never showed up or called. Completely unreliable. Don't do business with these clowns!

Guys were nice but they don't pay top dollar. I don't blame the workers they have to go by what owners tell them. So they've lost my business.
Will go to tin man from now on they paid me much more for other scrap I had.
I had a car with a bad transmission, that I needed to get rid of ASAP. I went to there website and saw they had a text option to get a quote. It was 10:30pm on a Friday and they texted me back immediately, and was very helpful and friendly. The car was towed, with cash in my hand at 10am the next morning.
They treat you pretty roughly. Left me standing in the freezing cold for 15 minutes before they opened the office window and paid me. Rude staff. Go to Tin Man on Lapeer. Smaller outfit and really nice guys there that are very polite.
