We will never do business with them again. We helped our 17 year old daughter purchase her first car from them. We signed the purchase agreement on July 10th. When my husband went in the next day to give them the check from the bank he was told by the salesman that he had made a mistake in his numbers and that we owed him over $150.00 more and do my husband happen to have that much cash on him. The owner and also the father of the salesman stepped in and said no, it is the dealerships mistake and we did not owe any more money. They told us they would have the plate and registration the following week. We waited two weeks and still no plate. Then I went in with my daughter and asked where the plate was and was told by the father that he had exactly 30 days to get that plate but that he would have the plate the following week. The next week still no plate. On July 10th my husband called and was told they would have it the following week. My husband informed the father that the temporary plate they had provided expired on July 10th at midnight which would then be July 11th. He was told to come and pick up a dealer plate. Finally today July 14th our daughter received her plate and registration. Because of the shoddy way whole thing was handled we will never do business with them again and I urge you not to.

I purchased a car around Christmas with 113,000 miles and no check engine light on at the time, which led me to believe it was in good condition.The next day, the check engine light came on. I later learned the light had likely been turned off before the sale something that can be considered fraudulent, especially if it was done to hide serious issues. After having it inspected, I found out the problem triggering the check engine light is so severe that repairs would cost more than the vehicle’s actual value. Within just a month of owning it, I had already had to spend hundreds of dollars trying to keep it running right after just buying it. I tried reaching out to the seller, but I was met with someone who claimed to know nothing and insisted they were a reputable business. It’s extremely disappointing and feels dishonest, especially considering how quickly the issues came up.

Sold me a suv told me it had one easy fix took it to my mechanic and told me it's not even worth fixing and had more problems than told worst experience ever and sad thing is it was my first time buying a car only up from here tho.

I am very disappointed with this dealer and I regret that I made an impulsive decision to buy a car from them before looking at the reviews and listening to my intuition. I pray no one else has to go through what I went through. I paid $9,000 and the next day after I got the car the engine light came on. It was a sensor that I was planning to fix myself and honestly didn't think much of it. I took it to my mechanic because it started acting funny and got a $4,500 bill. I was appalled and sent it to Can Am to see if they would cover any of the expenses. I haven't heard from them since.

Like others bought a vehicle here and it was toast less than a week later. Like actual toast, it went out in a blaze of glory. Day 2 it overheated, day 3 it caught fire. Luckily our full coverage saved us from paying anything o.o.p.

My daughter was originally suppose to be buying a Chrysler 300 and the day she came in another employee had sold that car lack of communication they put her in a different car without is being able to have the car looked over 6000 $ it's all rusted underneath and has alot of issues shame on you!

Put a large down-payment down on a car then ran into unexpected bills and couldn't afford anymore and they didn't car and said we will hold the car till you get the rest of our money. When I'm just trying to keep my family afloat. These people only care about taking your money and don't actually care there customers. Keep your money in your pocket looking at cars here.

my boyfriend recently got a car from here, they did something right before he test drove it and i personally had seen that and it worked fine, he then bought the car and it has had non stop problems since the day he got it (which was the next day), second day of having the car it completely stopped starting, bought new things for it to see if that was the problem then had it towed and had CAN-AM take it to a mechanic, after 2 days of having it they said they refused to have it looked at anymore and they were giving it back because they spent enough money, the car worked for 3 days after that, but during those 3 days, the brightlights kept turning on, breaks started to go out, started to make noise, power steering going out, horn completely stopped working, steering wheel heater stopped working, etc. Now the car has completely stopped starting again. $7,000 down the drain, never again.

Bought a pretty decent looking car, test drove fine, but they refused to give CARFAX until the bank I financed with got them, they had an accident on file for the car they didn’t want to tell me about, offered me a discount but then didn’t tell me my trade in was a good chunk of the “discount” and now the transmission is starting to act up and is looking like I need to replace it and I haven’t had it but a month… I brought up the issue and the dealership both stopped responding to my texts and were not overall helpful unless they were selling me a $1000+ “warranty”.

The guy was nice and easy to deal with but when I went to test drive one of their cars the battery was dead. I came back the next day and right after they jumped it, I tried to test drive it. When I put the car into gear, it would not move. I tried drive, reverse, and low but the car would not move at all. Be sure to inspect what you are buying, thoroughly.

I had a great experience when I went to buy my car from ken, he was honest and up front when I’d asked if there was any problems with the vehicle. When I told him which one I wanted he didn’t try to upsell me. Any time I tried to contact him he would answer or reply within a very reasonable timeframe and the prices are very fair or lower then market value. In the future I can say I intend to go back to can-am and it is a place I would happily recommend to my friends and family. Let me tell you that last part means something I would never recommend my family to anyone who I do not trust

Bought a 2007 cadillac from them. Vehicle had a clunk in the front end. Asked him to have it looked at. He said the mechanic didnt have a chance to get it in the shop but took it for a drive. After we bought it we took to a different mechanic to have safety done and they said it would be $5000 to have everything fixed which was more than we paid for the vehicle. Went back to can-am and at first he talked like we just had to deal with it. He eventually agreed to pay half of the total to have $1000 fixed. While it was getting fixed the mechanic couldnt find the key for my locking lug nuts so ken the owner told them to cut them off instead of calling me to find out where to find the key. Then when i went to can-am to have ken pay for the new locking lug nut set i had to buy because they cut my old ones off he was refusing and tried to come up with every excuse in the book not to pay me. Will never buy a car from here again.

I bought a 2006 ford freestyle from there. Had problems with it in my first 24 hours. Ken the owner took it to shop fixed it and we still had problems. Neatless to say we exchange it and went with 2008 escape. I love this vehicle runs great. Ken didn't have to go out of his way for me. Great customer service . I would recommend them to anyone.

Bad experience bought truck drove 300 miles up to Gaylord mi transmission went its been there for over a month still waiting on getting fixed its going to be more than I paid for the truck only had it for a week didn't even have the title and proof of insurance yet terrible and still finding more problems with it do not deal with them!!!!
