Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Pat stripped my car from manifold to tailpipe aswell as rotors and oil pan. He welded junk parts on my vehicle. Seriously dont go here unless you just want to get robbed.
New to Pat’s Auto, he was recommended to me by family members and I couldn’t be happier. Quality work and Great pricing. I budgeted a lot more for the work that needed to be done, and he was half of what I budgeted. Highly recommended.
Anyone that takes their vehicle here for repairs better check and make sure your catalytic converter is still on your vehicle. Pat has been the only mechanic my family has used for years. We had to recently scrap our vehicle and found out there is a junk part rigged instead of the converter. No one else ever worked on that vehicle. He sabotaged the vehicle then continued to smile in our faces and "give us a good deal". I guarantee there are plenty of cars in town with junk rigged up converters and the owners have no idea because pat is so trustworthy.
According to Pat he had his son Tyler work on our Honda and he himself didn't check the work at all before my own son picked up our vehicle.
The oil and engine coolant were empty.
I thought his son did it to vandalize our car.
It was worse though. We found out a year later when our tail pipe fell off that our entire brand new exhaust system and catalytic converter was stolen and replaced with junk parts.
I asked Pat to make it right. He refuses.
Pat was in my homegroup in AA. It's apparent he fell off the wagon that month that he worked on our car.
He said the job will take 3 days. It took a month and cost me thousands of dollars in parts.
We've trusted Pat with all our vehicles, and we couldn't be happier. He's one of the rare mechanics who genuinely cares about doing a great job. Our family wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you, Pat, for all your hard work!
Pat is truly an amazing man! He's so kind and honest and will not screw you over. His kitty is so cute and friendly too! I've never felt unwelcome by any of the people there and they are all very nice. I was referred to him by my sister and since then I haven't gone anywhere else!!!
