As a single woman, I have been to far too many auto repair shops, and left dejected, both in spirit and cash flow wise. Lee's was recommended to me by Advance Auto and backed by the towing service provided by Progressive.
They may be 50 miles from my home, but the service and courtesy they provided was fair and appreciated!!! They have a loyal costumer.
Love the service I was given today and many other days they have been fixing the issues another mechanic created on my vehicle and so far I am very satisfied with the work the fact that their able to do the work they accepted my cars warranty and they worked with me on alot of things including showing me what is wrong with my vehicle not just telling me that something is wrong they have my business for all my repairs and I recommend them as my top pick in town and I've dealt with quite a few shops over the years I have never received the service I received there their employee Jasmine is their greatest asset she handles the customers very excellent
I was in Port Huron for a work related visit. When leaving Port Huron my outer tie rod snapped off the tire, and I was left without any steering. Even though I am experienced at working on my vehicles, I did not have the tools to fix this myself at the time. Stranded, one hour away from home, without a vehicle and tools, I called S&S Towing to tow my vehicle to Lee's Auto.
The worker there, I believe his name was Tyler, had my outer tie rod off the vehicle and replaced within an hour. The entire process for towing and repair took an hour and a half. I am unsure of how there could be any negative reviews to this place. Their repair costs were significantly lower than what other places would have charged. Tyler appeared to be very experienced and quick at what he does.
Highly recommend this family owned auto shop for any vehicle repairs.
Always have had good experiences. When I have no time to wrench on my own trucks, I bring them here. They've always been good to me and my family, and do solid work!
Had vehicle towed, sat there 2 weeks, said it was fixed took it home dead the next day, had it towed back sat there for a month total and still couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it had to pay a tow again. After nearly $600.00 into the vehicle because of “it maybe this and towing fee’s, Main Street Garage had it fixed for 75$ In 24 hours and the problem had nothing to do with what was “fixed” I am still super salty at this place and won’t go back again. The 2 stars is for the employee’s/mechanics only they have nice & semi professional attitudes.
My truck went in 8/25/2017 needing a front Differential, it was replaced,but upon further review the rear axle's pumpkin gear was sheared. Replaced the axil,but the owner Tyler was able to work out a payment option to pay this work off...thank you Lee's Auto for being so thorough. Thank you Jerry D.
The guys are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. Most importantly, I have always felt I could trust what they say, even since Lee has passed. I have taken all my vehicles here for years and will continue to do so.
