Needed some brake parts later in Day and a gal helped me out. She did a great job. I'm sure I could have gotten a little better price elsewhere but there close.

Got what I needed on the first order, but like most O'REILLY'S the employees attitudes could have been better.

I just wanna say it was my first time and O’Reillys and Algonac MI Jason was amazing. I have a 1970 Chevy 350 CST and I needed some parts. He was extremely helpful extremely kind. I’m a woman and those men don’t treat you that way all the time and treat you like you’re a stupid woman not Jason. He answered all my questions treated me like a person. He’s awesome.it was my father‘s truck and I love it and I work on it so thumbs up to Jason you’re amazing.👍👏😁😁😁😁😁

Hit and miss but of course they have a lot of stuff. Gave me a great deal on my marine batteries. And the correct ones. Thanks

Keith was amazing, went in because my radio wasn’t working and he changed my fuse with no hesitation.

Let me preface by stating that I have yet to experience anything less than stellar service from any of the staff at the Algonac O'Reillys location. I've always been greeted with a smile and have enjoyed prompt, courteous service whenever there. Even if I moved out of the area I would still make that location my home as it's worth the drive for that kind of amazing service. That said, there's been a dynamic, palpable shift in the overall atmosphere and appearance of the store, and not in a good way. The store manager, Keith has always kept a very tidy shop and allowed for the recognition of those under his stewardship to be displayed with pride along the back wall, a testament to his leadership as there were many plaques of note. But was most noticeable was the lack of the American, and flags of recgnitionthat were once so proudly displayed on the walls insid. This is a change I find most disturbing, almost un-American.I, as well as others, view this as a destination of sorts, if only a warm comfortable place to shoot the breeze and feel welcomed, picking up a trinket or two while there. The overall appearance of the store, while still clean, is now very barren and antiseptic, bereft of all of the little touches that made it feel inviting and alive. This, dare I say, negative change appears to have come about upon the arrival of rumored new district manager. While I've been told by staff that there's been a change in the district manager position, acquaintances tell me it's someone by the name of Tony. Now, having been in my field of repair for nearly 40 years I can, by first hand account give witness to the effect, positive or negative that one individual can have in any endeavor. I've witnessed small shops become major players in the industry as well profitable corporations hamstrung and crippled by poor allocation of personnel. Oftentimes, the lack of understanding the human element required at the face to face level and relying solely on beancounters and the bottom line is a sure way to turn a once profitable store into the outcome education based equivalent of any of the mediocre locations the good stores out earn by quite a margin. The human element has far more value than anything that can come from a book. That human element at the Algonac location in my personal opinion has been ostracized (no personal recognition), sanitized, and is in danger of being lost completely, all by the addition of a single individual, a detrimental element that by their actions, has shownzero regard to recognize said human element, that precious commodity which makes a store truly stand apart from the others. WW2 in the pacific was won because we brought those most proficient at their skills home to teach the next generation what worked and what didn't in order to make them even more successful as a whole. This principle is often overlooked in the corporate arena as profitability is always the goal, not realizing that if they only borrowed one lesson from history, that even greater windfalls could be realized. Corporate would do very well to bring in the top 50 most profitable store managers (not district nor regional) regardless of location and find the top 20+ commonalities as to what makes them superior in volume and earnings to the other locations and incorporate those lessons company wide. As corporate leadership, your ability to set collective egos aside and heed the advice of those golden few, could net exponential results in short order. Five stars for the stellar store manager(s) and crew. One star for the changes made recently as well as the soda machine in the really odd location taking up valuable space. I've never bought a pop at an auto parts store and probably never will. All I know is I lost the spot to put my old batteries and cores which I'd much rather have back.

Horrible service. Employees are very rude. Never want to help, sarcstic, wrong parts. Ill never shop there again.

Never have what I need their employees are more concerned about looking busy rather than being busy and don’t have any knowledge of what you’re looking for. I’ll make the trip to auto zone in New Baltimore.

Nathan was very helpful. Always finds the solution for me. Really takes his time to help us understand a certain part

One of the few places left that'll break out the old books to cross reference a marine part for you. Great service, and good pricing.

Best auto parts store in the area! Nathan and Kris are professionals and make sure I get the right parts the first time every time.

Staff was helpful helped me find what I needed and suggested a few different brands making sure to explain the difference between each brand as well as the price difference. Definitely a lifesaver for a girl who doesn’t know her way around an auto parts.

I give this store 5 BIG Stars! And a shout out of recognition to Randy and Chris! I'm new to the area, and I don't really know people yet. When I got off work today, my battery was dead in the car. I walked over to O'Reilly's and asked if someone could give me a jump . Without hesitation, they came to my rescue. With a smile as well! They had a genuine spirit of community and true customer service! They get my business! God Bless them.

This is my second favorite place next to Home Depot/Lowe's/ Menards. Great customer service. They always change my super blades and lights for me, and they put my battery in for me after I bought it. I love these gals and guys, highly recommend.

Will never go to this O'Reilly again! Went there at around 8:30 and this guy with glasses was super rude this is my third time making a complaint on him for being rude and he doesn't know what he is talking about....he doesn't need to comment on stuff if he doesn't know what he is talking about I will drive the 20 minutes to advanced auto for now on

The people here have zero knowledge on anything, I would give them -5 stars if I could, they always argue that a part you’d need wouldn’t work meanwhile the part they tell me to get is wrong, I will never take anything the people here tell me seriously, they’re all clowns (I gave this 5 stars so everyone can see this right at the top of the list)

Rude employees, barely know anything without looking it up or asking the customer a million questions. Overpriced and ill-informed. GO TO BRACKETT'S!!!

I wanted a certain set of wiper blades and I felt that the person helping me was looking at me cause I was a women and thinking i may not know what i was talking about, he was on his head set speaking with another individual and made a comment about the situation that i was just a airhead girl.. he would call him back in a few minutes..its people like that , that make a business look bad , I haven't been back to shop since .. don't know if I'll ever do business again here .. I'm not a silly air headed girl..I'm a woman that takes time to make a decision.. not gonna purchase because YOU. Said it was the proper item... I have other choices. Only had one incident with that individual.. and everyone else there has been kind and helpful.. but it only takes one person , one time to make it that I'm reluctant to come back ..

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They have the rudest, most ill-informed staff. The first time I went there I took the part off my car with me and they told me it was the wrong part. Turns out they gave me the wrong part. I had to make a 2nd trip there to exchange it. Now I ordered a transmission line over the phone and they said it would be in by 4. I showed up at 5 and they said it won't be in until Thursday. Today is Sunday. I asked why they didn't call me and they lied and said they did. I did not get a call. There's a whole big story with this, but suffice it to say I am done with this place.

Staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I wanted to make my car so fast, they had the pieces, the under body lighting, headlamps, even the chrome windshield wipers. They helped me understand the directions for the window tint. After all this every stop light that I come to with another car at the line, they only stare in disbelief of how fast my car is. You can see the envy in their eyes as they look at the bright yellow Aveo LT with a standard transmission. I can't wait to take it to the drag strip and show how fast it really can go.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The employee there was very rude and had an attitude with me because they put the wrong email in for my points. This place is a joke.

The store is always very clean and well taken care of. The staff is always friendly and ever helpful, they even work very well together. The guys that work here all work together and if they don't have a part, they are always quick on ordering it for you.
