Called this place 2 times to confirm they had the vehicle i needed parts from, they told me that they had multiple in the year and model i needed, drove 45 minutes to the business, when I arrived I went inside and was greeted by a lady with a cigarette hanging from her mouth, i asked where i would find the vehicles , she told me where to look. After walking the yard I found that they didn't have any! Wasted my time and very rude and unprofessional!
I came here to pull a couple of wheel covers from old cars and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was unbeatable.
Use to be a great place to go would suggest it to anybody. Not anymore. Don't waste your time because that's all you will do. They have runners and non runners. Well they basically only have runners. So they will not let you take parts off of them. It's a joke. Got all kinds of vehicles but don't let you get parts off them. Worst junkyard I've been to in last 10 years.
Shady.. my husband made arrangements to have a couple cars towed away for scrap. He was not there when the driver came for pick up.
After they were loaded, the driver handed me some folded up Cash. I glanced it and it was way short. When I called him on it, he just happened to have the difference exactly in his other pocket.
This was some years back.. just saw them pop up in my reviews and am still pissed.Just getting my review in late because I feel it is still notable that this is how they conduct business.
I called them and they said yes they had the part. So I drove over there and she said that it was way in the back. then they said I had to walk back there[ 1|2 mile] I find it and it was beat to hell.i walked back to my truck .then the lady asked me to see my tools as if I was a thief. DON"t GO THREE
On the advice of a few wheel repair shops around town, I went to this location with the understanding that I would be able to purchase a used rim to replace then one I bent when my vehicle hit a pothole. Not only did the staff refuse to locate the part for me, but also refused to tell me where, in the hundreds of random, unlabeled piles of parts, to find it. They wouldn't even tell me for certain whether they had one. They also refused to verify the bolt hole pattern and spacing on my existing rim, which just opens me to the chance of buying the wrong part; they insisted that I do it instead. Would I be asking for help if I knew how to do that?
I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I won't be back. Ever.
If you bend a rim, just go to The Tire Factory. The guy must have spent 20 minutes on it, all in, and it's been holding air just fine ever since. I deliver for a living and it's still holding up a full week later. Everyone else said it was beyond repair. Now that is a place that wants to keep its customers.
Jonathan Stevens. First all we asked for your business card. YOU WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO HER. That would be any business asking for a dealer license. Also she asked her local police if that was pretty reasonable. They also said if they don't, don't sell them to him. I would appreciate you not talking about my mom like that.
Couldn't afford new piping for green house at $35.00 for 10 ft so we went to R&R got 100 ft of tubing at $ .15 a pound scrap price . I paid about $15.00 for every thing I needed instead of $300.00 or $400.00 and they even drove it from back of scrap yard to the front for me . Above and beyond !!!!!!!!!
This is always the first place I go to look for a used auto part the staff and owners are some of the best people and knowledgeable with the best prices
Best prices in Michigan the service is great best women I ever dealt with and their father pops is pretty cool will help you out when he can trying to find what you're looking for because there's salvage yard is pretty big
Worst salvage yard I have been too I have brand new tires on my charger needed a third tail light only reason I drove it in got a flat because they don’t have a specific and or cleaned parking area they didn’t even want to help make it right just told me I couldn’t have gotten it there didn’t offer to air it up or even sell me a used tire to get me by worst place and worst customer service I will never go back there!!!!!

The workers were no help at all, lost my business I went else where and got the help I needed. I even was trying to talk to a gentleman in the office when him and the other guy walked out and left me standing there in the office by myself. Talk about RUDE!!
I read other reviews and shake my head. I sold them several cars and always got great prices. Also sold them 1000s pounds of copper over the years and always great to work with.
Found the parts we needed that we couldn't in the cities at a decent price considering we had to drive 45 miles. The staff (think they are a family) laughed at my story of disappearing on the edge of yard after they found out I was ok even though it's "enter at your own risk". Going back today maybe to get some immaculate truck seats! (Those are at a higher price point than here in city but in a truck with a good engine).
