Shane was so helpful in understanding what would happen to my vehicle, and what to remove from the scene of my accident - he was kind, understanding and was there within 20 mins of being called in the later parts of the evening. Towed my vehicle to their tow yard, even opened it early for me to get my childs belongings that i didn't know were in my vehicle.
I couldn't help but thank him profusely on the phone when he opened his gates with no one being at the shop, it was so kind and so beyond appreciated

In the middle of the 6 am school and work chaos, had to call to get keys out of a locked car. Phone call was answered immediately, the gentleman arrived within 20 minutes, and everyone made it to school and work on time! So thankful for the fast and friendly service : )
Was an excellent exprience, I got a flat tire and my dumbass locked myself out of my car, thankfully I had T&J’s number, he actually called the police and told them I was stranded on the side of the road and they came to warm me up. It took them about 20 min to get to me, and they were very respectful and helpful in this stressful situation.
If I EVER have any towing needs it will be through T & J’s, they made a lifelong customer.

A big shout out to a great towing company in St Charles, Michigan. School was closed this morning so done areas weren’t plowed out, especially driveways and I backed off the driveway way and couldn’t get out. I called TJ’s and they arrived within a half hour and had me on my way. Thank you so much for such wonderful and kind service.
Amazing company was very helpful and friendly with excellent communication and accommodations, came quickly and got me unstuck fast so I could get home to my son. 11/10 recommend this company to anyone who has towing needs!

Put a 10ft long rut in my yard when the driver failed to back up properly into my driveway. Don't use these guys if you care about your yard.
No offer to discount the tow, no offer for remediation. Just demanded my money and sat in his truck until he could be towed out.
Would recommend, polite, knew the right questions to ask to be fully prepared of what my situation called for. More then reasonable time waiting for them to show up. Went the extra mile to pull my car out of a muddy mess, so my feet didn’t get mud on them. Thank you! I so appreciated that.

Hit a dear head on and they were there to help and tow my suv in a very short time. Instead of waiting an hour for my daughter to pick us up to give us ride home they drove us to Saginaw to meet her half way. Very friendly and helpful, would recommend 100%.
We got stuck in snow, for hours all night with no luck from insurance. I called these guys and they were there in 30 min, had us out and on our way in 20 minutes. They SAVED US! THANKS SO SO MUCH!!

got in an accident and was picked up and helped no questions.. had to drive another hr and was already 2 hrs from destination. Driver was very nice and gave me a ride to gas station & waited w me for my ride.
We had a difficult situation which involved towing a van over grass about 150 ft to the pavement. Shane was very wise when he said he was worried that the flat bed might get stuck in the soft ground. It had been raining for weeks. He also brought a pick up truck. Good thing- the flat bed did get stuck but Shane pulled it out with his pick up. Very smart! Thanks a million!
We had a customer use this company to tow a van to our repair shop. The driver of the wrecker truck unloaded the van and then decided to take a piss in our parking lot during broad daylight! Makes the company look real professional, and even better yet the truck tire he decided to piss on was my bosses truck . Would not recommend this company to anyone!
This is the only tow truck company I will call. It's family owned and they will make sure you are well taken care of. Very trust worthy employees And my wait time has always been in a timely manner.
My girlfriend and I hit a deer last night. T&J came out to take our Explorer to the mechanic shop we wanted. They told us it would be $5 a mile it was a 41 mile trip $205 no big deal that's fair it's almost Midnight. So I don't mind paying the little extra. Instead of making the 41 mile trip the tow truck driver instead took it to the yard. Now T&J is charging us $300 for coming out last night and taking it to the yard and another $375 to get out of the yard and take it to out mechanic shop.
I called the owner and he made sure he come and picked up my car quickly. Then dripped it where I needed it. Very nice on phone and driver was very polite and made sure to go the extra mile to make sure I was pleased.
Tyler and Shane were the best. Not only did they come rescue our entire family of seven from off the interstate. They took us to a hotel and fixed the issue with our van. Top notch service, above and beyond. Highly recommend!
