Better prices for recycled vehicles than other junk yards. Horrible when it comes to answering phone calls but that's mainly due to them just always having one poor dude at the phones himself all day it seems I kinda feel bad for him. Price was also different over the phone than what they gave me, originally offered 300 and that was with them coming to get it. We decided to bring it in ourselves, we told them the same car, and they took 20 dollars off the price offer for quite literally no reason and refused to acknowledge that they offered us 300 just minutes prior on the phone. The price given was still higher than other places but it really is the principle of the thing there especially when they didn't even have to come pick this one up
My buddy paid for a transmission on Wednesday paid in full they were supposed to deliver it today but now they can’t cause they didn’t have it out so it takes a day an a half to pull a transmission already paid for shut these guys don’t that’s not how you do business now they wasting are time and money
Two days in a row had to call an see if they were coming out to get the car still......the customer service over the phone wasnt good an still yet no one has come

People are waiting hours to get their parts. If they do tell you, they have a part, don’t bother showing up. Total joke. But one thats not funny.
I always use these guys for all my used part needs . They are only human and yes mistakes are made but they stand by their word and fix any problems that come about .I recommend them to all those in need of used parts . Everything worked out. I ended up having to pay a little more but it was my mistake for buying the wrong part. The communication was a little rough. Got hung up on once, guy said he'd call back another time and never did. All in all i got what I needed and a cheaper price than I would have paid somewhere else. 4 stars would have been 5, that will teach ya to hang up on me hahahaha.
I can't even get through to them. Its 11:30am on a tuesday and I just want to inquire about getting rid of a scrap car. Phone either rings infinitesimally, goes to voicemail after two rings, or randomly hangs up on me. Ridiculous lack of customer service. Judging by the general consensus and reviews, they are probably on lunch and ignoring the phones.
Bunch of lazy men, I went two separate times for parts and they had me waiting both times and never got either part. I had to go other places, for better service.*** In Response to your response, I did pay for the part, Still waited an Hour, when I went back to get it, the place closed. I’ll be back Monday to get a refund
Never used to have a problem with them but seems like they are just lazy old men that don't want to do their job now.
I shouldn't wait 2 days for a ABS module to get pulled and in the real world you need to see the part before you pay so it can be confirmed as a proper fit
Called ahead before making the trip to see if they had what I needed. "yeah we have one."... half an hour or so of waiting later after making the trip out there.

Bought a motor from them, they claimed it worked over the phone. Got the motor put n my truck n its making a clunking noise. Would never recommend these guys again.
***Beware*** Bought an engine over the phone sight unseen. I was told that I had 45 days to return the motor. At no time was I told they would charge me 25% to take it back. They are nothing but scammers and I will NEVER do business with them again. Screwed me out of over $140.00.
Called at 8 am for a alternator the guy said it would be pulled and ready by 10:15 am. Called at 10 am to let them know I was on my way to pick up the part. He said it be ready by 11:15 so I arrive at yard to pick up part and it still wasn’t pulled. The guy said they don’t pull parts until they are paid for. I told him if he would of told me that at 8 am it wouldn’t of been a problem for me to come pay it before they pulled it. Total lack of communication with customer. And huge inconvenience on getting my vehicle back up and running.
Called ahead of time and checked that the item I was driving 2 hrs for was the right thing and was told MULTIPLE times it was and it WASNT!!! $300 WASTED!!! When I called back they are playing on the phone,hanging up,refuse to let me speak to the owner,and using profanity!!! Someone needs to contact me ASAP or I’ll be contacting the news and the BBB!!
They are pretty experienced people the only issue is they take a long time to get parts for you and sometimes don't call you to let you know that they're ready but they have great prices
They to this day are a part that belongs to me and for 4 months I've got nothing but the run around.
I call I get "oh, we're busy. So call back later". "I have to talk to my parts guy". "I don't know if we have it, so I'll have to check. What's your cell?". 4 months of this B.S.. zero stars.
I was looking online for a used rear end for my astro van. Found this place right here in town. Service was good. They even help me load it. The price was very pleasing to me.
I bought a car from their used car lot out front. After putting $1,000 of repairs into the $750 car, I drove it for 100,000 miles.
I thought $,1750 for 100,000 miles was a great deal. Its a junk yard just keep that in mind that these cars aren't perfect, they're cheap.
The guys here were helpful and worked with me. I got to walk the yard but only with permission looking for a specific part.

Use to go here for parts, but not no more. I was told $45 for some lights, figured I'd think ab it. Came back to get them and they told me lowest was going for was $65, and they wouldn't make a deal cuz the boss would kill em if they sold for less. This is bad business my friends. Also beware, they are now looking online to see what parts are going for. So don't expect any deals anymore cuz whatever it's going for online, is what your gonna pay here. But THIS IS A JUNKYARD! This place is going to go out of business soon, I bought airbags for a car i own when I went to get it inspected by the state the state police seized it because the airbags where from a stolen vehicle, I already have a lawyer and they will be charged for selling stolen goods, I recommend that nobody does business with these thieves,
Will never do business with this place again! The person at the counter was not very friendly and then the parts puller was a jerk. I told him what I needed and said it was very important. The parts puller Scott broke the windshield of the vehicle and broke the part I needed. They probably break most of their stuff. And he was very rude and asked if I had pulled the part before in my life and I said yeah then he was like well what am I doing it for? It's your job jerk! Don't do business with these jerks unless you like broken stuff!
Ive been here several times and they usually let me pull parts myself if they are simple. Lately they havent, im guessing to people pocketing small things or liability. Ive always had good service and ill get one price on the phone then be charged less when i get there. Maybe other people havent been so lucky with their experience? i cant speak for others but so far theyve always done great on my part.
horrible service no help way overpriced good for nothing. have a lot to choose from becasue no one buys anything because of their prices. RPM is much better the guy that gave 3 dont know what hes talking about or he must work there.
