I recently had my vehicle at Garys for repair. While they were working on my car my windshield got broken. They made it right and had a glass guy at my house the next day to replace my windshield. Very honest repair shop that has earned my respect and my business

My car broke down yesterday, and being new to the area, I wasn’t sure where to tow it for diagnostics and repair. My initial plan was to tow the Beast home and research shops, thankfully GARYS Towing & Repair saved me from myself! Gary's was recommended to me by another shop to repair a broken exhaust flex pipe on my Town & Country. This was my first time here, but I'm sure it won't be the last. Tim and the crew were very friendly and helpful. They repaired my flex pipe and replaced some old flange bolts that had rusted away to prevent another problem down the road. They did excellent work and saved me a TON compared to what the dealership wanted.
Take all my vehicles to Banks!!!! There service is great, fast and always does an inspection on vehicles to let you know what might be going on in the future with your vehicles.AAA++++

I have been bringing my vehicles to Gary's for a while now. The first time was honestly a decision based on the ship being walking distance from my home at the time. They have always taken good care of my vehicles for a reasonable price and completed the work quickly. Now I ran into a problem with parts that are on backorder. After weighing my options I decided to get an inexpensive back-up vehicle to use in the meantime to avoid potentially causing more damage.
Tim especially has been very helpful and attentive, giving me solid advice and helping me find solutions. He took the time to recommend the vehicle that best met what I was looking for, offered honest evaluations about all of the vehicles i looked at, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I will continue to go back even though it isn't close to home for me anymore, because friendly, professional, and dependable service at a good price is not easy to find!

My car died on the road and it was terrifying. Gary's was there in 20 minutes. The tow truck driver was friendly and helpful and as a woman in a vehicle with a strange man I felt safe. He made a bad situation easier to deal with Had me and the vehicle home safe and sound quickly. The pricing was very fair and reasonable, Five stars all the way.
Popped a tire this morning on my way to my daughter's school, with 3 very young children. I felt very vulnerable. The 2 men that came to help were perfect gentleman. Could not have been more pleasant, helpful, and mindful that I was a mother stranded with her kids. These guys rocked it today. Even the people on the phone at the office were great. It was a stressful morning and these guys did me right. Highly recommend.
My insurance contacted them for roadside assistance. This started at 12:30p and it's now 3p - still no tow truck. They keep updating the ETA and blowing past it. How long am I supposed to wait? Why lie about the wait time? Absolutely trash experience.
Had a very positive experience here, they were able to source the best price for the new starter on my Toyota Tundra, came back a few weeks later to get my rear brakes done, finished the job fast, I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the greater Saginaw area.
I had a situation where my truck wouldn't start, so I called Gary's, they had a wrecker driver out to my house fast. The wrecker driver was extremely helpful, and well mannered he told me they would get me taken care of right at the shop. They gave me a full bumper to bumper inspection for free while they checked out my truck. Everyone at the shop was professional and very friendly. My starter went, they had me up and running the same day. With very reasonable prices, I was all around please, letting me know what was going on, just super all around very helpful. I recommend everyone to Gary's and will continue to all of my business with them.
You are going here GREAT! I will save you some time...take that money and flush it down the toilet at your home instead. You are getting the same results. Customer service is non existent, and professionalism has never been thought of in this place. But if you have some cash to burn and some time to go a long with it... this is the place to go! My advice to the leadership of this place is to treat your paying customers like adults, speak to them with respect, and display your expertise in your recommendations. Do not let your employees with big beards act in a goonish manner. This is not Chicago, you are not the muscle for Al Capone. You appear to be a mechanic please act accordingly.
I'd rather have a tooth extracted by a random stranger in the back of an alley by hand before I think of visiting this place again.
Trust the terrible reviews they have online. If you do not you will regret it like I do.
