Called twice with no answer, all I need is someone to replace my flat tire with a spare and it turns out all the local towing companies are garbage, lazy and worthless.
Johnny was great! I really appreciated his help when my car battery was dead. He also worked to accommodate my timeframe even when there was a miscommunication. Thanks again
Seth was outstanding!!! He went above and beyond to meet our expectations and was very pleasurable to work with. Although there was a terrible snowstorm that day, with plenty of business for Seth and his employer (Mr. Nice Guy Towing), Seth kept in constant contact with us; to keep us at ease while he fought the storm to come to our rescue If it wasn't for his courageous heroism and keen driving/towing skills, we probably would have been there much longer than we were. Seth was fast, courteous and had a can-do-attitude. Thank you Seth !!!
Friendly, knowledgeable (even tried testing and checking a few things to get it to start) and somehow managed to turnaround in that flatbed with a Silverado on the back, great experience with them.

Seth is the man you want. Called within half the time estimated to see if I was good for pickup. Was waiting for the cop to show up for a police report on the accident still. He did another tow before heading over. He even waited there with me, since the cop didn't show up for a couple hours after I called. Gave me a ride over to the auto shop and home after. Nice guy, easy to talk to, and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend.
Seth was super nice and fast. Great customer service! Progressive gave an ETA of 45-70min, showed up in 25 min, took my keys out and waited for me to return ( was 5 min down the road). Would def use again…if I had to!

Complaint Regarding Mr. Nice Guy Towing – Unprofessional Behavior
I recently experienced a simple lockout and was assigned Mr. Nice Guy Towing through my roadside assistance provider. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant.
I had fallen asleep on the couch after a long day at work and missed the driver’s call and text. My wife woke me up when he arrived, and she went outside to greet him. As I was walking out the door, I answered his call. Instead of understanding, he responded with an immediate attitude, saying, “I called and texted, and no one answered,” in a sharp, condescending tone.
I calmly apologized and explained that I had fallen asleep. He cut me off again and complained, “There’s a Ford Edge in my way.” He completely ignored my wife and was clearly irritated. When I stepped outside and apologized again in person, he repeated the same complaint and tone, saying, “You don’t know how many times this happens—I get there and no one is there.”
While I understand the frustration of missed contacts, his tone and lack of professionalism were uncalled for. I’ve already contacted roadside assistance to request that Mr. Nice Guy Towing never be assigned to me again, and I will not use them in the future.
My car broke down and I was able to get a ride home but still need it towed to the shop. Seth came through big for me by taking care of the situation without me being present, then he even filled out the key drop form at the mechanic shop. He saved me two trips and lots of time! The whole team was easy to work with. Thank you!

Best ever customer service today from Kevin, the tow truck driver who came out to help us get the car started. He not only jumped us,but took the time to tighten down loose cables leading to the battery!! He was friendly and very professional. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

I can't say enough about this place. It was a bad day and Kevin came out and got us moving again. Problem we have not been able to figure out for over a month.
