Johnny was great! He got my car to start when it was stalled (it turned off again, whoops) and then he turned back around to tow my car where I needed it! Use best towing for all your towing needs!:)
Driver ripped exhaust off and struts, plus sway arms cost me more than car was worth, not good . My daughter's car so never call best towing unless you want a repair bill ,tires now have rear steering lol, should be called worst towing, Drivers initial on ticket were RT
I want to begin by acknowledging and sincerely thanking the kind and compassionate husband who assisted me by taking the vehicle and ensuring that I had my ID and all necessary belongings at the time. That consideration did not go unnoticed and was genuinely appreciated.
However, I also need to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the discovery that my late brothers diamond necklace and studded earrings, which were left in the center console, are now missing. Learning this has been extremely upsetting, especially given the circumstances.
I am very disappointed and would appreciate clarification on what may have happened. These items are of both personal and significant value to me, and I am hoping this matter can be addressed promptly and respectfully.

Johnny was amazing! He could have taken the easy road and just put my truck on the flatbed to take it to the tire shop because I had 2 lug nuts that were stuck and would not break loose. Instead of putting my truck on the flatbed, he spent the extra time to break the caps off and get the last 2 lug nuts off so that we could put the spare tire on my truck. It might have taken him an extra 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes was well worth it. Thank you again Johnny for doing an amazing job, I truly appreciate it!!
Had Johnny haul a old truck for me, not the first time I've had him for a driver and he's awesome every time, professional and he loves his job. Will definitely call ya'll again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about Richie from Best Towing. My son had to leave his car on the side of the road after a flat tire and get a ride to work. When I arrived much later, I saw a tow truck with flashing lights behind his car — Richie had been sitting there for nearly 45 minutes, keeping the car safe since it was on a bend and close to traffic. He wasn’t even called to our job — he had just finished with an accident nearby and stopped to help.
Richie was prepared, professional, and incredibly kind. He actually said “Well I’m not gonna leave you stranded!” Comforting words for a mom trying to get her teenage son back to work delivering pizzas! He quickly and safely changed the tire, handled the paperwork for my roadside assistance reimbursement, and was so genuine and friendly the entire time. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does and cares about people. He even shared how he moved from New York to mid-Michigan to care for his mom, who’s about to be a two-time cancer survivor (From one mom to another, you go, woman — and screw cancer!).

Richie came to help me in such a timely manner. He made me feel safe and and secure how he handled my vehicle. Stand up guy. The receptionist that answers the phone is such a sweetheart and put my mind at peace assuring me that help was soon on the way.
Very ignorant doesn't listen lies to you and to your face and will start a fight and milk you of your money I do not recommend them. They don't care about people just money they are also ignorant to women. One of the owners will pick a fight and tell you to leave and they will try to get more money off of you. We are from Traverse City and headed to Saginaw for a family crisis. The transmission starting smoking in a car that was bought 12 days ago and we were stuck on the freeway for three hours with knowing no one around us. We were towed safely and we appreciate it in our time of crisis.
My vehicle was towed by this company and the tow driver improperly hooked the tow chains up to my vehicle and caused excessive tension and ripping my exhaust pipe completely apart BREAKING ALL 3 BOLTS at the mating surface of the Y pipe. They then proceeded to just rest the pipe (while being completely broken) on top of the differential while the back half of the pipe was just dangling there slapping around and clunking while driving. I called to report this and they were willing to do nothing to stand behind there work even though I have videos of it happening on my ring camera. I’ve worked in automotive for 12 years and I’ve seen first hand what ignorant and inexperienced tow drivers are capable of and it blows my mind I wasn’t even informed of this damage. When calling to report they told me there’s nothing they can do and I need to reach out to my insurance or finance company to move forward. My vehicle was also returned with blotches of blue paint throughout the entire exterior of it which is also strange considering my vehicle was locked and I had both keys in my possession. Stand behind your work. I was told they took pictures of the undercarriage for damage and ironically enough that portion of damage was not photographed.
I couldn’t be more thankful for Johnny. I liked my keys in my car at the bank while trying to get my 2 littles in (trying to be a responsible mom and locking the doors as I walk around to the other side, except forgetting I put the keys in cup holder). Well, my son was petrified. Johnny came in minutes and was SO quick. A beyond genuine human. He let my son check out his truck and couldn’t have been kinder. Johnny, you deserve a raise with your compassion! As my son has been telling everyone the rest of the day “Johnny saved me! He’s a super hero!” Thank you form the bottom of my heart!
So... Friday I hit some metal object on the Zilwaulkee Bridge. It went through my tire and my RIM! The driver Mr. Wilson was an Outstanding guy and even was able to drop me off at work! I had a great experience, I am sure you will as well! Thanks Best Towing!
I had a flat tire while on my way to the store woth my two small children. I was connected with Best Towing through state farm road side assistance. They showed up within 10 minutes of my request and had the tire fixed and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Kyle, for your speedy service!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This horrible driver was yacking on the phone and nearly ran me over. Then he honks at me as I go by. Watch out for these trucks!!
Best towing was excellent with us today. We had a tire come off on our truck on the expressway and when we called them to have someone come and put the spare on they not only were very professional but did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Best towing for any of your towing needs. We will never hesitate to call them if they need again.
