I can’t say enough good things about Richie from Best Towing. My son had to leave his car on the side of the road after a flat tire and get a ride to work. When I arrived much later, I saw a tow truck with flashing lights behind his car — Richie had been sitting there for nearly 45 minutes, keeping the car safe since it was on a bend and close to traffic. He wasn’t even called to our job — he had just finished with an accident nearby and stopped to help.
Richie was prepared, professional, and incredibly kind. He actually said “Well I’m not gonna leave you stranded!” Comforting words for a mom trying to get her teenage son back to work delivering pizzas! He quickly and safely changed the tire, handled the paperwork for my roadside assistance reimbursement, and was so genuine and friendly the entire time. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does and cares about people. He even shared how he moved from New York to mid-Michigan to care for his mom, who’s about to be a two-time cancer survivor (From one mom to another, you go, woman — and screw cancer!).

Richie came to help me in such a timely manner. He made me feel safe and and secure how he handled my vehicle. Stand up guy. The receptionist that answers the phone is such a sweetheart and put my mind at peace assuring me that help was soon on the way.
Very ignorant doesn't listen lies to you and to your face and will start a fight and milk you of your money I do not recommend them. They don't care about people just money they are also ignorant to women. One of the owners will pick a fight and tell you to leave and they will try to get more money off of you. Me and my wife DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL
We are from Traverse City and headed to Saginaw for a family crisis. The transmission starting smoking in a car that was bought 12 days ago and we were stuck on the freeway for three hours with knowing no one around us. We were towed safely and we appreciate it in our time of crisis.
My vehicle was towed by this company and the tow driver improperly hooked the tow chains up to my vehicle and caused excessive tension and ripping my exhaust pipe completely apart BREAKING ALL 3 BOLTS at the mating surface of the Y pipe. They then proceeded to just rest the pipe (while being completely broken) on top of the differential while the back half of the pipe was just dangling there slapping around and clunking while driving. I called to report this and they were willing to do nothing to stand behind there work even though I have videos of it happening on my ring camera. I’ve worked in automotive for 12 years and I’ve seen first hand what ignorant and inexperienced tow drivers are capable of and it blows my mind I wasn’t even informed of this damage. When calling to report they told me there’s nothing they can do and I need to reach out to my insurance or finance company to move forward. My vehicle was also returned with blotches of blue paint throughout the entire exterior of it which is also strange considering my vehicle was locked and I had both keys in my possession. Stand behind your work. I was told they took pictures of the undercarriage for damage and ironically enough that portion of damage was not photographed.

I couldn’t be more thankful for Johnny. I liked my keys in my car at the bank while trying to get my 2 littles in (trying to be a responsible mom and locking the doors as I walk around to the other side, except forgetting I put the keys in cup holder). Well, my son was petrified. Johnny came in minutes and was SO quick. A beyond genuine human. He let my son check out his truck and couldn’t have been kinder. Johnny, you deserve a raise with your compassion! As my son has been telling everyone the rest of the day “Johnny saved me! He’s a super hero!” Thank you form the bottom of my heart!

I had a flat tire while on my way to the store woth my two small children. I was connected with Best Towing through state farm road side assistance. They showed up within 10 minutes of my request and had the tire fixed and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Kyle, for your speedy service!
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This horrible driver was yacking on the phone and nearly ran me over. Then he honks at me as I go by. Watch out for these trucks!!
Best towing was excellent with us today. We had a tire come off on our truck on the expressway and when we called them to have someone come and put the spare on they not only were very professional but did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Best towing for any of your towing needs. We will never hesitate to call them if they need again.
I needed to get my 911 porsche to my mechanics shop and the guys from Best Towing put my 911 on their tow truck at my storage unit in Shields. They did an excellent job getting my car on their flatbed which wasn’t an easy task and delivered my car in excellent shape. Very satisfied with the service I received.
I always use Best Towing. I was recently in an accident, and I left my wallet in the tow truck. As if being in an accident wasn't stressful enough, I had to deal with being without my wallet.
The next day they dropped my wallet off at my house. Above and beyond, I would recommend to anyone!
Fantastic, quick experience with Best Towing. On 5/24/2024, we blew a tire on I-75 and we called AAA, waited 30 minutes for no response from a technician, so we finally decided to call someone local and Best Towing said they knew exactly where we were and a tow truck arrived within 5-10 minutes to help us change to the spare. I noticed another reviewer had a similar experience calling AAA first, then Best Towing - much faster than AAA if you need the job done quickly and safely. The tow truck driver also made sure to follow us to the nearest exit with their hazards on which made us feel safer and made getting back onto the highway easier.
The stole about a thousand dollars worth of stuff from my vehicle when I went to pick it up they had scratched the paint, swapped out the batter for a dead battery, they acted as if this was thier vehicle. Warning make sure you check your vehicle over very well and if anything is missing call the police on them.
Very happy with the experience. Used them to tow me about 80 miles to my home. Unfortunately for me AAA was nowhere to be found. I was still waiting for a AAA response when Kyle from Best Towing arrived. Kyle was a very nice & pleasant young man. I appreciated his help & conversation. I would tecommend them.
Best towing company! Was standed on 75 @ 7am calling multiple 24 hour services ( that had no answer) One company said call back after 9am. Its was 4 degrees I was already getting numb toes. Thaddeus seen my tail lights and stopped on his own, set up the tow on his phone and get me a Reasonable price emailed to me. Thank goodness for kind people. Then to top it off i drop something in the truck and he didn't hesitate to get it back to me. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE.
Going to be using this place as long as I live out here! Incredible individuals. They came to tow my car, we tried to jump it first which was successful. And the guy was nice enough to follow me to the mechanic in case I broke down again. Incredible!!!
I thought I had a bad starter and requested a tow to an auto shop to get it fixed. Kyle from Best Towing first attempted to jump start it before loading it on the truck. I'd previously attempted a jump start from another car that wasn't successful so I was surprised when it started right up. He saved me some money and time, and gave me some great advice. I'll definitely remember Best the next time I need this kind of service.
Joe is awesome!!!! This company has a great team for sure! I was heading to work my tire gave out and I was a little stressed out! Joe was calm had a positive attitude definitely went above and beyond to help find a use tire for me while also sending someone out to get me and working with me on the price to making sure it was affordable while giving the best customer service you just don’t find this kind of service or act of kindness I really did appreciate everything he did!!! I just wanted to share this let him know that every little he did went a long way! Best towing service I’ve used! We were very impressed with Best Towing. When we needed a tow they were very helpful and professional and within 15 minutes of meeting the driver, our other car broke down! He came back and towed our other car to the mechanic too. They were genuine and were not cold to us with our crummy situation. Thank you so much!! We know who to call if that ever happens again!
It was the holiday weekend and our car broke down and we needed a tow.Our insurance company couldn't seem to get us a tow truck any quicker than 3 hours because they coordinate from outside my state. Best truly is the Best!!When I called them they picked us up within 20 minutes and had us home within 15 minutes. The young man who picked us up was named Justin. Thank you so much!

They got to my house in less than 30 minutes even though they were super busy and estimated an hour wait. Bill had the car unlocked before I even got outside. He was so nice and very polite. I would 10/10 call again and recommend to every one I know!!
