  The staff was friendly enough but you had to sit in a old mobile home crowded with parts and tires, while you waited for a guy to go into the yard and pull your parts. Nice kitty on the desk though.

  The guy was really rude to me and literally hung up in my face for no reason. I was just trying to get my car towed and was willing to pay whatever. Worse experience ever with this shop/company. Would not recommend
