This group was amazing! Dispatcher was fast and friendly. Mike, the tech, knew we needed to get moving and went above and beyond on a Sunday for us!!! Super reasonable for a Sunday service call.
Drew from Kreager Towing showed up 5 minutes after receiving the call. He works very efficiently, was informative and had a nice and friendly personality.
This whole team is something else. Awesome team! I had called numerous tow companies at 10pm and couldn't get help. Kreager will be the first one I call next time! They dealt with Farmers Insurance. They had a tow truck with in 30 minutes of my call in Bay City! The dispatch lady (forgot her name) was kind, sweet, and actually cared to get my car picked up that night without any hesitation! Her alone gets 5 stars. The gentleman that picked up my car was courteous, respectful, and went above what he needed to do to get my car to shop! Thank you Kreager!

I could give them zero stars! I requested tow truck service for a box truck, and my experience with this company was terrible. First, they took a long time to get to my location. But that wasn't the worst part; after the driver set up the truck, it seems he didn't tie it down properly, and it came loose, dragging the tire along the road. Upon noticing the worn tire, I called the company and reported the incident. The manager was rude; he said he would ask his employee if it really happened and that he would call me the next day. He didn't. So I called the company, and another employee told me he would call me after the holiday (four days later). They didn't call me after the holiday, so I called. I spoke to another employee, and she refused to let me speak to the manager, who told me he wouldn't refund the cost of my damaged tire because they hadn't done it. In other words, the driver blatantly lied, and the manager isn't even capable of taking responsibility for the poor service provided by his employees! Companies like this shouldn't exist. Because companies exist to provide solutions to their customers, not losses.
Drew was amazing he went above and beyond not only to get my car loaded up and towed quickly but he made sure my daughter and her new baby were SAFE It says a lot about his character and quality of staff at Kreager. I thought all towing companies were the same, I was very wrong!!! You have a customer for life!!! I would definitely recommend this company
They said they could get to us in 20 minutes and showed up on time, on a Sunday evening. We couldn't get our spare tire dropped on our SUV. Drew got it down, replaced our damaged tire, and got us back on the road.
Blake responded to an issue with our RV, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a jump start and suggested a new battery. We followed him to his nearby shop where he quickly replaced the battery. He then directed us to the nearest on-ramp to get us on our way again. Since his installation, the RV restarted a dozen times to date with no issue. Blake provided swift and friendly service.
I cannot say enough good things about Joe from Kreager! He came out to help me with my dead car battery in the pouring rain, and from the second he arrived, he was all smiles and positive energy. Despite the weather, Joe was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help. He didn’t just jump my car, he went above and beyond by replacing my battery on the spot, quickly and efficiently. His great attitude turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly pleasant experience. If you ever need roadside help, ask for Joe, you won’t regret it! Total lifesaver.

Kreager Towing was GREAT! The lady answering the phone was very nice. They were fast get to me. The drivers Blake and Brandon were awesome!!! They were very careful with my truck loading and unloading it. And very helpful when dropping off the truck at the dealership. Even letting me know where to drop my keys off in the drop box. Thanks for all the help.

I had the absolute pleasure of being towed 177 miles by Robert, and I can honestly say he turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly positive one. From start to finish, Robert was professional, respectful, and handled everything with confidence and care.

Car wouldn’t start after a visit to the doctor. Kreager Towing came out promptly, brought my car and me to my regular mechanic. Service was great. Getting stuck is not on anyone’s list as a pleasant experience, but Kreager Towing certainly helped solve a lot of problems. Their driver Johnny was courteous, friendly and professional. Very high accolades to him and his company.

Something so expected happened to me, and I needed a tow. Googled the nearest company, and this popped up. Getting the help I needed from the company started off rocky. However, the great customer service I experienced from the professional dispatcher and Taylor (Tow Guy) made things better! Very accommodating as well, given my predicament. Would recommend to anyone in need.
On our way up north from downriver area (150miles) called AAA the company stayed in contact let us knoww he had to get gas for our long tow home. Got there within an hour. I had progressive and have waited 8hrs for a tow down the road then got cancelled, never notified. Well not with these guys, the guy who towed us was really nice to my son towed my buick verano all the way home to taylor (hrs both ways) trans line blew off on the freeway , very nice, punctual. Kept us in the loop on time of arrival, which is really nice. Would definitely recommend! Thank you guys again!!
I used triple A requesting a tow the driver (Robert) showed up extremely quick despite being so far he was extremely nice and took the time to actually see what was wrong with the car he was towing best driver and company I've ever dealt with.
I was driving up I75 on a Saturday morning when my car stalled and wouldn't restart. I was able to ascertain that I'd lost fuel pressure and that my fuel pump was likely at fault. I was a couple hours from home, so I whipped out the old smartphone and googled a local towing company. Kreager was the first to come up so I gave them a call. The dispatcher was professional and courteous and was able to recommend that I have my car towed to the one shop in town that was open on Saturday. The tow driver arrived around an hour later and worked efficiently to load up my car. While waiting for him, I had booked a one way rental car so I could get home to my dog that afternoon.
The tow driver took my car to the open shop, but they turned us away stating that they don't do fuel system work. (I probably should have called them ahead of time.) They recommended the shop across the street that was closed until Monday. The tow driver took my car there and unloaded it without complaint and he then, unexpectedly gave me a ride to the airport to pick up my rental so I wouldn't have to take an Uber. This company goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. If I ever break down in Saginaw again, I know who I'm calling.

#48 Jon B is the man. Had battery issues and he was able to figure out the problem on the phone and resolved the issue in literal minutes. He was friendly, professional, and efficient.
I had my son start my car and turn the heater on for me, before we left the house. Well, he locked the doors after starting the car. So my keys were inside, while the car was running. I called 2 other places before calling Kreager. One place quoted me $225.... TWO HUNDRED AND TWENTY FIVE!!!! dollars, to unlock my car!!!!! Then told me it would be a 60 to 90 minute wait for help. Another place I called told me it would be a 2 hour wait, as they were dealing with some unfortunate car accidents. (Completely understand) After I called my third and final place, Kreager. I was given a QUICK quote of $65 and that they would be here in 20 minutes. Sure enough 20 minutes later a man with exceptional manners showed up and helped me. Had the door open within 5 minutes and we were on our way.
I am SO happy with how quickly they were able to help! Not to mention how cheap it was compared to others. 10/10 recommend. Hopefully i never have to use this company again, but if I do, I know I'll be taken care of!
Saying this company was unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude is not enough. I am a college student who had my car parked in the wrong lot for too long and got towed. As a college student, I don’t have money to spare as I work to pay for just college. I got a call that my family was having an emergency and found out my car was impounded. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude asking for my information and then told me my total for my car getting towed (10 minutes from Saginaw Valley) and for sitting on the lot not even a half hour was $320. I had to pay money already to my college for the parking tickets and could not afford $320 on top of this. I told them that it was an emergency and tried to set up a payment plan or take a couple dollars off and the emotionless front desk lady was rude and the manager watched me cry and did not care at all, just continued to disrespect me even more. I live 2 hours away and my dad called to pay over the phone and they would not let him and demanded he come pay in person. They were rude through the entire process and the workers smoking was giving me a headache. Do not go through this company unless you want to leave there shaking and crying and stand there helpless being disrespected and talked rude to. They are TERRIBLE.
I honestly wish I could give them no stars. All they care about is money and they were the rudest group of individuals I have ever met. The lady at the front desk not only overcharged me but was disrespectful towards me. The manager on duty, a taller gentleman with dark hair was beyond rude to me. There were workers in the back obnoxiously watching youtube and smoking. Do not go through this company unless you want to be disrespected!
Fast, efficient, fair, and friendly service. They quoted me 45 minutes to one hour arrival, and came within 10 minutes. Jim was awesome and treated my car with care. Even tried to troubleshoot before towing. I recommend Kreager Towing.
Johnny was so helpful. He managed to get my tire loss car home and parked with no more damage occuring. He made me feel like he knew what he was doing. And thought outside the box to get the job done thanks Johnny for saving us tonight
My daughter was involved in a accident on state st and Midland rd. Kreagers showed up because we couldn't move the car. The driver was very nice and polite, he asked me where I wanted the car towed to, I told him Garber on State st. less than a mile away. The driver told me that Garber didn't like them to drop cars off after hours,he said he could take it back to there yard in Carrollton and tow it back to Garbers the next day, I told him that would be fine. Now the fun part begin. The accident happened on Tuesday night, on Thursday afternoon I get a call from Garber that there's more damage than the cars worth and before I know it the car is heading back to Kreagers, with no call from anyone as to where I want the car taken to. I contact Kreagers and they tell me I owe $627.00 for the three tows and the one day storage. I asked if my AAA roadside service covers any of the tows, they tell me no because it was an accident. AAA tells me that it should be covered. I feel like once Kreagers found out that the car was considered totaled all they wanted was the car for resale on parts,forget what the customer what's. I was not very pleased on how this all turned out. My insurance company told my that Kreagers took advantage of me. And Garbers also said the same thing. I think the next time this happens I'll try Mike's wrecker service. In the end I found out that if you don't have full coverage on your vehicle always have it towed to your house.
