The woman who answered the call was nice, the driver showed up and apologized for being 5 minutes past the time given, also very nice and professional. Great experience, definitely recommend!
Top notch. They had exactly what was described at a fair price with great service. I came in a day earlier than they thought and still was taken care of within an hour. They pulled the parts and I was a very happy camper. Definitely recommend the crew at Price's!
Top shelf employees in my opinion. Witness and accident and this towing company pull up to block traffic to protect the people involved while police arrived. To the driver of the black pearl, you are a class act. Definitely would recommend them on this act alone. Great job!
They posted parts for sale on Facebook marketplace only had one picture of the part I wanted and when asked for price location hrs of operation and a specific picture of an area since I live an hr from them they completely ignored me. They looked at my messages but never replied. Now I have wasted 4 days trying to communicate with them to no avail. My recommendation is to go anywhere else because they obviously don't care about their customers or their building.
These guys came right away when my daughter accidentally locked ours keys in our car. Very nice, and professional. Very well priced too, was actually affordable. I'm very happy with their service.
Used my insurance roadside assistance for a tow. Was told they'll be on location in an hour, after an hour I called they said they're still an hour out. So I said I need to leave the vehicle and told them where keys are located.. needless to say after 5 hours of what was originally supposed to be an hour response I finally got my vehicle where it needed to be.
Jeep roadside service dispatched Price's Towing to my house for a lockout, on a Sunday afternoon, 22 miles from their shop. The driver arrived in 75 minutes and had my Jeep unlocked within 2 minutes. Then I was off to enjoy my #sundayfunday. Thank you for the excellent service.
Waited over 2 hours for someone to show up and get a call from my insurance company saying “my keys weren’t in the car so he left“.. we were waiting there the ENTIRE time for someone to show up with a 3 year old in the car with me. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Call an actual reputable towing company. This place will tell you an incorrect eta, then say 10 mins, then it's "oh 45 because we had another tow." It was very unpleasant to have my day wasted. Call Kreagers or Best, they will actually get you taken care of!
Lindsay was extremely helpful and has excellent customer service!! Helped me get my jeep towed quick (and cheaper than other businesses) without any obstacles! I will be using this business in the future for any tows or repairs. Thanks guys!
Used the roadside service through my insurance and they sent Price's to pick up my truck in downtown St. Charles. I sat there in front of my vehicle for an hour after the time they were supposed to arrive. I called and they told me their driver was there 20 minutes ago. Which he was not because I was sitting there and no tow truck showed up. Their driver said he couldn't pick up the vehicle because there were other cars around it and I was out of luck and basically hung up on me. Even if he couldn't get to my truck, you would think they would call me instead of just letting me sit there. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable towing company!
Had a flat on a Friday @ 5:15 ish. I had no spare. Called Discount tire and it would have been 275 for a rim and tire. They closed at 6. My wife called Price's and they had a used tire for $50 and they were open until 8. My brother came and picked me up, took the flat on rim to them. They had the tire ready to mount and in their office when we walked in. First tire ended up not holding air, they had more and found one that did and got it mounted on my rim. Was there maybe 25 minutes. What a life saver on a Friday night. Friendly, professional, kind, and seemed very family oriented. I don't recommend any business usually unless the service is exceptional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone that is wants affordable family friendly service. Last night 02/05/2024 I was on the side of the Rd with a flat tire and my insurance company sent prices towing to my location the eta was 90- 120 minutes so I called the towing company and told him my situation and the dispatcher called his guy and rerouted him and they was there within less than 10 minutes. They towed me to the gas station to put air in. I was so thankful. But then my tire was completely bad and I didn't think I had a spare so I called the tow truck back and they was there within 5 minutes I was going to have them tow me home but the tow truck driver popped my trunk and I did in fact have a spare. So he changed it for me which he did not have to do that. I am forever thankful for the dispatcher and the tow truck man. Thank you guys so much. I got home safely thanks to you guys your amazing and I will recommend you to anyone anytime. Thank you so much again.
I had a run in with a deer this morning and needed to have my car towed. The police officer called Price’s Towing for me and they were there shortly after that. Besides responding in a timely matter the gentlemen who was on scene first wanted to make sure I was okay. He talked with me for a bit and suggested I get checked out because I would probably be pretty sore by the afternoon. And he was right. He was also heading out towards where I live and offered me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait for someone to come get me. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and was so kind. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone!!
thisis a late review but i had to use Prices towing services twice and the guy that I got both times was amazing. so helpful and easy to talk to. ill never go anywhere else this man went above n beyond! wish I remembered his name

Last night we were picked up on the side of 75 after my moms car broke down and our auto insurance had us waiting for hours to get towing. Zachary was very professional and very friendly. He towed us to the dealership where the insurance wanted us to tow the car to. And today Mike picked us and the car up from the dealership and towed us all the way back to waterford. These guys were prompt, professional, friendly, and very reasonable. Will definitely recommend this company because they were great!
The crew at best Price Towing is very professional and friendly. They got the job done quickly and efficiently, and were very personable and great to work with, and at a very good rate. Would definitely work with them again and would highly recommend them!
Good price and great customer service. Driver/owner was a all around nice guy working for hard him and his family. I would highly recommend this company.
