I mean overall very nice people, but I paid an arm and a leg to get my heat fixed on my impala and I was under then impression that it was going to be fixed I got the car back it was fixed but then a month down the road it stops working again… it’s the middle of winter this kinda sucks I call them and they tell me looks like I need a core replacement and not a flush well I guess there was some miscommunication because when I brought it in I told them I need my heat fixed because it’s winter but I guess he only did a temporary fix? But being that I paid about 2k to get the heat fixed and some other stuff I thought I would be good to go… when I called they told me it will be about one thousand is that something you would like to set up..
So I had my vehicle brought in a while back and I was informed that I was getting NAPA parts put into my vehicle and I have been having vehicle issues of lately and I put it into the shop and realized they are not NAPA parts. They look like they were bought off of Temu making my vehicle misfire and having to re-buy parts that should’ve been good in the first place
Davis Auto handled the repairs for my deer collision. They did amazing work on my truck! I couldn't even tell it had work done! The repairs were done in a timely manner and they even have the complimentary rental cars. When I got the truck back I was impressed with the outside. When I got inside I was even more impressed, they cleaned the whole thing and shined up my weathertechs! The customer service was great as well. Great Job to the folks at Davis Auto.
As someone who was very skeptical about getting body work done to my favorite car, this place eased my fears and worries. I will be coming back if I ever need or know someone who needs a great body shop. I absolutely love working with Jim and Julie. There was a little blemish that was hidden in certain lighting, noticed when I got home, gave them a call and got it back in in a day and they gave me a free loaner. Very very nice people!!

Since I have had a rebuilt truck from Davis Auto for 10 years and am now selling it, I feel it has been a sufficient amount of time to leave a review. I bought it from them in the summer of 2012 and have never had an issue with it other then operator error. They do phenominal work. If I ever find myself in the market for a great, reliable vehicle at price point below new, I will definitely contact Keith and his team.
Have had my vehicles worked on several times..very nice and trustworthy..when in a pinch while they worked on my vehicle offered me a loaner to use..highly recommend..

Called them....instead of saying come on up we'll work you in the lady more or less blew me off and told me they could do it in about 4 hours just to get a tire change.. so i went down to muffler man
