This company did a great job. The communication was very good and they did good quality work. I would recommend them to anyone who was involved in an accident.

This place is amazing. Everyone is so helpful and amazing. They took care of everything for me with no worry or hassle. My car looks amazing and they kept me informed with where my vehicle was in the process. I got my vehicle back and I am beyond excited it looks so good. They made a not so great situation into a positive great result/situation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done. So professional and nice.

I recently had two repair jobs done here. Aubrea and staff were very efficient and friendly. Timing and quality of work were outstanding and I would recommend Midstate for auto repair work that deeds to be done.

I was referred to them after an unfortunate accident to my vehicle years ago by a friend who knows Justin H, who works there. I have used them 3 other times since. Just recently had to! And he is always right on top of things for me. Always friendly. Time efficient! He makes sure I have a vehicle while mine was getting worked on every time. I'm always satisfied with the work that is done on my vehicles. My car was washed and looking like a brand new car when i picked it up! Thanks for everything!

I have been going here for 3 years for repairs & never leave disappointed!.. It took 2-weeks for repairs, which is understandable due to how much damage my vehicle sustained. Although loaner vehicles are offered on their website, I was unfortunately unable to receive one due to unavailability… Overall, I am pleased with the work Midstate Collision has preformed, as well as appreciate the help Justin Hildinger provided.

Midstate collision was amazing 👏. They took care of everything and made a bad experience with totaling my car, tolerable. They were prompt with responses when I asked a question. Very professional and just genuine good people.

It can be scary getting dings and dents, and even filing a claim with your policy. In this process I interviewed some who had high reviews yet said they would be accepting new jobs in December, and then they would need it for two months because it is a foreign car. This became a problem for me because it is September and the policy only covers thirty days of a rental car. This represented a potential extra $900 out of pocket. Back to the drawing board! I researched on Google and found Midstate Collision to be highly rated - as in 4.9!. I decided to make an appointment with them. I met Aubrey who made time immediately for me. There was no talk of you have to leave your car for two months. In fact, because they have empathy, are humble, approachable, credible, and appreciate the human condition, I can tell you that whatever care their factory trained and certified technicians make to bring your car back to excellence, they do this in a fiduciary capacity - they treat your car as if it was theirs and act in your best interest even more than theirs. In fact, Aubrey and her team make even more of an effort to connect with their customers with empathy, and treat their customers even better than they will treat the cars they are bringing back to life. It is if Henry Ford was speaking directly to the owners Aubrey and Mike when he said, "The most important part of my business is our people. You can have my buildings, and cars are things." When my family needs prompt and efficient repair of our car, we will select Mike and Aubrey, owners at Midstate Collision. We want to forget the impact of the collision. We will never forget the impact of the level of service recieved or the depth and scope of the purview in their tool box to make sure our expectations are exceeded. The team of professionals here, including, Bryttany, would have me walking away from the table saying their company was better than the food.

Took my 2012 Jeep Patriot in after a minor car accident and Aubrey and the crew did such an amazing job fixing it up in an impressive amount of time. They were so forward on good communication and were extremely helpful when the insurance company wasn't. Couldn't be more satisfied with the work. Took my truck to Midstate after hitting a deer in the winter of 2020. Was referred from co-worker who had a great experience and said they do great work. I’ve now returned 3 times after my original repair. Been back because of parts/plastic still broken in the front end to clear coat peeling on a fender they repainted to being given the wrong spare keys for my vehicle … they may do quality work in other areas but seem to rush vehicle’s in and out the door. I’m just hoping I won’t have to return anymore an the third time is the final time…..

We got our suburban detailed and they did a wonderful job! It looks brand new, inside and out, and we are very happy with the result. We have also used the shop in the past for vehicle body work and we highly recommend Midstate for all your vehicle needs. Justin is excellent to work with!

Sometimes you have a great experience and just cant wait to share the experience with future customers. Aubrey runs an excellent shop. The moment I walked in the door she was on the phone going to "bat" for her customer with another company. I knew at this time that this place was the shop for me. I encourage anyone in need of some work to check this shop out. I have not had anything repaired here yet and I will follow up with this review when/if I have the repairs completed. I was greeted by great customer service and a very nice loaner. Vehicle was picked up today 8/29/22. They did a great job. I easily notice issues and was impressed by their work. They did a great job blending their flawless work with 6.75 year old factory work. My fog light was not working and it was a quick fix. They plugged it back in. In the process they were kind enough to change another bulb I thought was not working due to their work but they said they did not work in that area. They still replaced it. I offered to pay for the bulb and they declined to take payment. Thank you again to everyone.

I don’t even know where to start! As soon as I walked through the door at midstate I was met by a very warm welcome from Aubrey. I told her what I was looking to get done and she said we got you covered. Being a college student they worked out the best deal and had the best customer service. My fender was repaired better then new truck came back to me cleaner then when I dropped it off even interior. Justin is such a cool guy who cares about the work midstate puts out. Mike I also a great guy talked to him while waiting on my ride. If you want quality work and someone that treats your vehicle like their own go to midstate. I’m a hard customer to please I chase perfection as I detail cars and correct paint all the time. They gave my truck back with amazing paint job looks new. Keep up the amazing work midstate staff I felt like I was treated like family. You can tell this is a true family owned company and ran super well!!

Midstate Collision is awesome!! They got my car in immediately., completed the estimate and fixed the damages. Justin is very professional and kept the adjuster updated while going above and beyond to be sure we had a loaner vehicle even during the mist of Covid. I have taken my vehicles there previously and would highly recommend them. Thank you Midstate for the great service.

Took my cars and truck in there for a fender bender and they did a phenomenal job fixed everything that needed to be fixed even replace my headlight the owner there Mike is great he works with you on everything you need and they also have free loaners reliable cars and charges reasonable prices and great quality work… time after time Justin And Aubrey go above and beyond to make things right . Aubrey and Mike are outstanding to work with . While I am probably the most picky customer to deal with , they far exceeded my exceptions. Perfection is what they have accomplished here . My Commercial van looks better then when I drove it home from Ford . Quality work , detailed service , constant communication and flawless execution . ALMIGHTY Thank you to your entire crew and team . Body shop is set up as a high volume commercial business , yet you can tell the owners are completely involved and inspect what they expect . We brought our 2001 Toyota Echo to have front end damage repaired. Mike and Aubrea were able to locate difficult to find parts for the car and their body shop did a fantastic job matching the paint. The end result was excellent and the price unbeatable for the quality of their workmanship. In total we have brought three vehicles to Midstate and have been very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Midstate for auto body repair.

I was driving down Midland Rd. and just by happen to pass this place. That was five plus years ago. This place is top notch. They are the most professional and nicest people we have ever worked with. They have always went above and beyond for my family. They have taken the stress out of fixing every damaged vehicle we have ever taken to them. (With a teenage son through the years I can’t even begin to count!) :) As I am writing this review they Have just finished working on my husband’s vehicle. Went to pick it up today. Another awesome job!!!!! If you are looking for a place with people you can trust and your vehicle being repair with no later issues look no further. A BIG shout out Midstate to your whole team who does such an outstanding job!! My truck looks GREAT!!!!

First of all I hardly ever write reviews but I must say that 5 stars are not even close to rate this outstanding collision shop and staff. Mike and Aubrea are all about customer service and provide outstanding service through out the entire process of repairing your vehicle. They stop at nothing to make sure your completely satisfied with your experience there. They take their time with you to make sure your completely comfortable having your service done at their beautiful, professional, spotless facility The exceptional work performed on my 2015 Ram PU is their signature of the flawless quality you will receive. As it says in their video, you will absolutely feel like family with your experience there. I will be going there for any of my needs in the future and I live 70 miles away. I am extremely happy with the work done by Mike, Aubrey, and team on my truck. I am not an easy person to please, but they absolutely killed it! My truck has never looked better and this is following a good bit of damage to both drivers side doors and the box. They made the entire process simple. I never once dealt with the insurance company after they got the truck in their hands. I can't say enough good about how it turned out and again I am quite the critic when it comes to my vehicles. We had a fantastic experience at Midstate Collision and I will recommend this company to everyone. Aubrey's customer service from the beginning was friendly, organized and reliable. They provided continuous communication throughout the period of time my vehicle was being serviced. I am extremely particular about my vehicle and I could not tell that there was any damage done when I received it back. I cannot emphasize enough the impeccable customer service and detailed damage repair that was given to us. Great job Midstate!

Midstate Collision went above and beyond! They ran into a few hurdles that I believe most places would have made the customer deal with, but they didn't!!! Their work is AMAZING and so is their customer service! This is going to be the only place I take my vehicles to in the future. I cannot say enough good things. I seriously cannot remember having a better experience with another business.

I've had work done here several times and they always do a great job. They are also very quick to complete the job and go out of their way to make it easy for their customers. They brought the loaner vehicle to my place of work, they stayed after close so that I could pick up my truck when it was done. The work is great and the service is even better. They also are extremely competitive with their pricing {they have always given me the best price of all of my quotes/estimates}. HANDS DOWN 5 STAR BUSINESS!

I recently hit a deer and needed my car repaired. I was given a nice loaner car to use and estimate that was under the competitors. I had seen their work and was happy with some of the work they had done. The staff is very friendly and helpful during the process. The car was fixed in a timely manner. The staff was in constant contact with me during the repair process with updates. When I picked up the car I was very happy with the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Aubrey and Mike from Midstate Collision are absolutely wonderful. My Audi A4 had some minor surface damage over a number of panels on the roof. Since I was already having the work done, I asked if they could take a look at painting the lowers, which were previously grey and touching up an area that was scratched on the front bumper. As you will see from the picture, the work that was done is outstanding. The car looks and seems new. This is a 2003, which most people are surprised to find. I selected Midstate Auto Collision due to the high marks they received on Google Reviews as well as Yelp. Having just moved to the area, I wanted to make sure that I chose the most reputable company I could find and was not disappointed. Thanks for the great service, the high standards and the estimate being right on point. More than that, the result is quite impressive. I highly recommend Midstate Auto Collision without hesitation.
