Original review: Don't waste you money on their batteries. They conduct a private test without providing data to determine warranty replacement. They are saying the battery is good but still doing the same thing.
Nathan has helped me get the parts I have needed for my vehicles several times. Today was no exception! My wiper blades literally fell apart when I used them today and went straight to O'REILLY and although a ladder was needed to reach my blades on my 350 super duty, he changed them for me! Thanks so much!
Horrible customer service!!! Bought a brand new lifetime warranty radiator from them and it failed not even six months later, take it in for my warranty and it had a little bit of mud in it and the guy behind the counter would not warranty my part because he said he can “tell it’s for off road use or racing” and said I would have to buy one new if I wanted one!!! Mind you he asked me if it was for off-road use or racing and I replied with NO. If there was an option to give a no star review I would!!! #autozoneitis
They saved our vacation! We pulled in when our check engine light came on and had them do a free scan. They were fully stocked and had what we needed. Dennis, the district manager happened to be in the store and came out and assisted my husband with the job. He even grabbed some different tools we didn't have to make the job go smoother. Thank you O'Reilly! We are back on the road!
