I am absolutely amazed at the level of service and the timing that has been provided to us. Not like anyone plans on having a car towed, but if there is a need, I would certainly highly recommend the company and their employees!
Nate got there much earlier than expected, knew exactly how to navigate the city lot I was stuck in, handled it courteously, quickly and professionally.
After waiting 7.5hrs for my actual insurance towing (just for no one to show up) with my keys locked in my running vehicle. Someone came to unlock it. He was Extremely quick getting there and was Extremely fast getting it unlocked.

Today has been a day for me…I am a package delivery driver and I had gotten stuck in a customer’s driveway who refused to help me get out of his driveway after he got his package. I tried so hard to get myself out but couldn’t. I called Grand Valley towing and omg they came to the rescue and so fast. The dispatcher didn’t even hesitate sent help as I told her I had packages to deliver and my tow truck driver was amazing as he kind of got stuck himself. He got my car almost out without towing it but it was to steep of a hill and icy. He hooked me up and got me out. I definitely put them in my phone for next time because I know I will need them again. They both were so caring and thank you to the both of you
Very polite on the phone and patient with a stressful situation. Arrived in a timely manner to my car when I needed it towed. Finally, tow truck driver was kind, patient and explained everything clearly!
My car had a flat tire this morning but I still had to go to work. I called and they took my info, they sent someone quickly and towed my car to a tire shop nearby without issue. It was dropped off and they sent me an invoice and pictures to show there was no issue. This was great service!
Overall it was ok but an error occurred when the first driver was winching the car on the truck and an irreplaceable plate on the front of my classic antique car was significantly damaged. The second driver who came out did a great job.

Telephone call answered by a very friendly and helpful lady (sorry, wish I could remember her name). Response time for the wrecker was about 20 minutes. Tow truck driver was very friendly. He secured our vehicle and had it loaded in minutes.
Grand Valley Towing has always done a fantastic job for me. My trailer with a boat on it had a wheel bearing go bad and they were able to put the whole thing on a flatbed and get it to the trailer repair place for me. Made it nice and easy and gave me peace of mind. Great job John!
