My car died in a parking lot in Holland. West Michigan Towing was dispatched by AAA to help me get the car to a local dealer for service. The driver did a good job with communications to keep me informed on their arrival time. They also performed an initial diagnosis to see if it was something simple… it wasn’t. They loaded up the car, dropped it off at the dealer and delivered my key to them.

Shawn was amazing when it came to needing a tow. I was stuck on Chicago drive with a broken axel and he was able to get my car on and off the tow truck without any damage to my car and worked very quickly so we didn’t block traffic for too long. He was so friendly and communicative and helped calm my nerves when it came to all the anxiety that comes along with car problems. He towed my car to the shop and even looked at the axel/wheel and gave me an idea of what he thought might need to be fixed. Very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend them and Shawn!
Amazing service by West Michigan Towing! I needed multiple tows to different locations, and each time I received a call within 5 minutes after contacting AAA. My car was towed to my locations quickly and with care. Tim was friendly and quick, but Sean stepped up the game and went the extra mile when we ran into a slight hiccup. If towing was a friendly competition, Tim is the solid warm-up act… but Sean is the headliner! But really, great service all around. Thank you West Michigan Towing!!
I needed a tow due to steering issue with my van. Although Sky had just ended his shift he realized I had been waiting a while so came to help me. I was very impressed with the care he took to load and secure my vehicle even though it was only a couple of miles to my mechanic’s shop. He was both friendly and professional and provided excellent service.

Sean is truly amazing. Talk about having a great disposition for the job, matched with knowledge. The customer service was impeccable from the phone through payment. I loved they gave me an immediate quote where so many companies wouldn’t. They wanted to call back with one and did and hour and a half plus later.

I came out of a restaurant, and had a flat tire. The tow truck showed up to change out my tire within 20 minutes. It was the fastest, most efficient service. Tim was beyond friendly and helpful. Seriously, he made a frustrating situation 100% easier!

Great service experience. Arrived a little earlier than expected time and called to let me know he was on his way when he was about 15 minutes out which I appreciated. The towing representative Shawn was friendly and knowledgeable.

If I had to get towed (which I did ), I’m glad it was by Sean on the West Michigan Towing team. Friendly, fast, and professional from start to finish. Sean showed up quicker than expected, was super courteous, and made a frustrating situation way less stressful. Fair pricing, no surprise fees, and honestly just as good of an experience as possible all around. Highly recommend if you need a tow and don’t want to deal with added nonsense.
Fantastic service. Sean was very friendly and helpful. I had called for a tow through AAA and he easily could have towed it away to the shop like I had requested. I luckily haven’t had to be in a position to tow anything in probably 7-8 years. So I had no idea how long it’d take. I scheduled in advance and everyone was on top of it. These guys were super friendly and flexible. They arrived earlier than scheduled and had me back on the road quickly. They were extremely careful with my vehicle as well. Definitely not expensive at all; considering my tow was a little more complex than just A to B. Would absolutely use them again.

I tried for almost two hours to change my flat tire and could not get the lug nuts off, so I ended up getting roadside assistance. I was told it would be a 60-90 minute wait for a tire change, but Sean arrived within 10 minutes and called me with his ETA while I was waiting. He was very helpful and understanding and changed my tire efficiently. He informed me that there were metal covers on the lug nuts which made it nearly impossible to take them off with just a lug wrench, so he used a hammer and got them off quickly. It was easy, friendly service overall. Thank you Sean and West Michigan Towing!
