Sean Dontell (apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly) helped me last weekend get out of a ditch! His communication was exceptional, he worked with my best interest in mind. He walked around my car and checked for any damages. He was just so kind and made an annoying situation to be in so much better. Really appreciated our interaction and his towing service!! The guy was really sociable and gave pretty solid advice. I’ve always had good experiences with them in the past through their partnership with AAA. They do great and honest work and make the experience stress and worry free.

Sean got us out of a serious bind!! Manual Ford Focus with seriously bald tires stuck at the bottom of an icy hill. Had to leave it for two entire days because nobody could get it up the hill, but Sean with West Michigan towing got it done in less than an hour. Top tier service, will be recommending to my family and friends.
I was told it would take 30-60 minutes max for tow truck arrival, and instead it took 2 hours. I would have called around or went into a business so I wouldn't freeze, if I was provided with an accurate estimate. The dispatcher needs to be more forthright, particularly when customers call back for updates. The tow guy was great though.
We arranged for towing thru our insurance carrier and are so fortunate West Michigan Towing was selected. They were professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish. To start, I received exceptional customer service from dispatch. She went over and above to arrange a specific time to tow the vehicle (our daughter’s car and we’re not in Holland), but also eased my mind. Thank you! West Michigan Towing and Tim were wonderful! The key fob for my keyless car got lost and I needed a tow to the dealership to get it replaced. Scheduling the tow was quick and easy, Tim called right when they said he would, showed up right when he said he would, and had my car on the truck in no time! It was $121 and change for a 4 mile tow which felt more than reasonable! Tim sent a picture confirming the drop off and went the extra mile making sure the dealership was aware as well. I will definitely be using West Michigan Towing for any future needs!
Tim was my tow driver, he was awesome. Came and lent a helping hand when my car battery stopped mid-drive. He also gave me incredible advice on checking the health, ignition, and other possible issues. World class, would definitely recommend Tim and the rest of West Michigan Towing, if the company holds to his character.
New car battery died while on a week’s vacation. Service dealer provided the number for our roadside service warranty. The response was polite, helpful and thorough. The service driver responded a couple times to provide his ETA. He arrived as quickly as he said in the text and had our car running in minutes. Super good service! Larry
West Michigan towing was great. My call was quickly answered and the operator was kind and quick with giving me information on when they could get to me( sadly I picked a busy day to get stuck) after waiting a little bit which was the time I was told it would be Tim showed up with the truck. He took one look at my car for straps onto the car directed me with nice clear language what he wanted me to do. And with in 10 minutes my car was out and back on the road. Tim was super nice and friendly and although I'm not happy I needed to call them and get my car pulled out the company and driver were amazing to work with. Little on the pricy side at 175 but it was also 7:00Am and on a busy day.
West Michigan Towing moved my truck twice in a week because it wouldn't start. They were amazing and helped me out a ton in a very frustrating situation. They were very quick. I didn't have to wait longer than 30 minutes for them to arrive. I was getting regular updates by text on the ETA, and spoke with the driver (Sean) on the phone when he was close to arriving. Loaded and unloaded quickly.
Sean is the best! He worked quickly to get my son’s broken down truck out of the road after his transmission failed. He went above and beyond and I’d highly recommend him if you ever needed a tow!

I had a great experience. Sean was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, he was able to get to me with very little help as I do not have the greatest sense of direction. He made a huge difference on the rest of my day . He was prompt and had me on my way to work quickly. He definitely made a difficult situation, a pleasant experience. He made sure to communicate with me up until he dropped of my vehicle to a shop.

West Michigan towing was very responsive to my request for assistance and got back with me immediately with a time frame to arrive. The driver called when he was on his way and a link was provided to help anticipate his arrival. The driver was cordial and helpful in getting my car started. It was an exceptional service.
Excellent customer service. Shawn was polite and helpful. He came to jump my dead battery. He also gave me some useful battery maintenance advice. I will definitely be using their service again. I would also recommend for anyone in a pinch.
Shawn was amazing when it came to needing a tow. I was stuck on Chicago drive with a broken axel and he was able to get my car on and off the tow truck without any damage to my car and worked very quickly so we didn’t block traffic for too long. He was so friendly and communicative and helped calm my nerves when it came to all the anxiety that comes along with car problems. He towed my car to the shop and even looked at the axel/wheel and gave me an idea of what he thought might need to be fixed. Very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend them and Shawn!
